Really bad place to go get any vehicle from. I'm less than a year on my 3 truck. Each one was horrible and over priced. Each one had a bad transmission. This one one one transmission went out they put a used one in incorrectly. I was in the market for a Subaru Crosstrek, and needed to sell my current car at the same time. No small feat - especially during a supply chain shortage! I found Trinity through Yelp, sent an inquiry, and Arman got back to me within the hour. Even though he warned me that there was a SEVERE shortage of vehicles, he got to work, and managed to wrangle the exact car I was after, down to the color, features, etc., I think within a couple of days. The experience was surreal. It was simple and stress free. It was as if I ordered a car through P0stmates. The most challenging part of the process was signing the paperwork outdoors on a windy day. (So if you aren't accepting visitors in your home, check the weather. If it's windy, meet at his office.) -- I sent a request for a Yelp virtual consultation to 5 brokers. Arman answered in 1 minute. I called him on a Tuesday at about 3. He provided me with quotes for the models in my price range. (I had been scouring websites for days, so I knew the quotes he gave me were good).
