For months they delivered on-an-off service with terrible communication. Midway through December 2022 they stopped coming altogether. Make no mistake they still charged us! Texts and emails were responded to late and with promises of "Trey will be there today.....". When I finally terminated our services, they did not offer an apology at all. Now, we are facing "turnaround services" for our pool which is in a disgusting state --- in excess of 1,500 DOLLARS!!! Do. Not. Use. This. Company. Pool is left unclean, the baskets don't get emptied, and when I complained to Ken, he didn't say anything besides I'll take care of it. What does "I'll take care of it mean?" He didn't send the tech back out, didn't apologize but still charged me full price. I had to clean my own pool and bring back ph and chlorine levels to where they should be. This wasn't the first time it has happen where pool isn't properly cleaned, but I let it go a here and there, but had to say something eventually. Anyway, things happen and I know you can't control what your employees do, but you can control what you do as the owner. No apology, no remedy, but no issue charging full price.

When we first moved here we were told by one company that we needed a 'New Heater'. We wanted a Second Opinion and called Ken and he sent out his 'guy, Steve'. He inspected the Heater and found that the 'Mother Board' had not been installed correctly and with a little adjustment, bam, it worked !!! Saved us money for sure !! Tropical Scapes recently found our pool filled with algae (when we were out of town). Ken called us and 'Shocked' it back to normal.
