For months they delivered on-an-off service with terrible communication. Midway through December 2022 they stopped coming altogether. Make no mistake they still charged us! Texts and emails were responded to late and with promises of "Trey will be there today.....". When I finally terminated our services, they did not offer an apology at all. Now, we are facing "turnaround services" for our pool which is in a disgusting state --- in excess of 1,500 DOLLARS!!! Do. Not. Use. This. Company.
