Bobby is straight forward, efficient, welcomes questions, explains things and if you tell him something isn't quite right, he resolves it. Communication is terrific from Patriot. Sure, you get a standard readout of the service, but there will also be notes from the team answering your question, recommendations, etc. Sure, I'm new, only 2 months with them, but so far, stellar service.

I assume this whole thing was to damage the new holler and blame us so they think they can charge us for yet another replacement whole unit next week.
