It's a small store but Ali was very knowledgeable, especially when he learned we wanted something very reliable. We had a pair of Maytags that lasted 37 years, something that doesn't happen these days with appliances. Ali suggested the Speed Queen washer and dryer which had 5 year warranty and 10 year for the motor - wow! Got both machines delivered the next day, fantastic install. It was all so quick, great advice and service. We don't live in Manassas but are in Fairfax so we really appreciated the next day delivery. Awesome.

It is nice to deal with a small business and not a large box store with employees that either don't know their products nor really care to help you. They have a wide selection at great prices, plus excellent customer service! My kitchen is small, so I needed a smaller model, and they had them in stock. They delivered it the next day. After searching Lowe's, Home Depot and Bray and Scarf so I had an expectation that I would spend a certain dollar amount for what I needed, and I was able to find what I needed and wanted for less that amount at AAA. I got my low profile microwave, a stove with pan storage and a built in air fryer, my counter depth French door fridge, and a dishwasher so silent I thought it wasn't working. :-) It was nice to have personalized service, which meant I was able to call back and make a last minute change once I came back home and checked some measurements, and there was no trying to figure out who I spoke with after being placed on indefinite holds. Delivery was scheduled for the following weekend, and the installation and removal was completed efficiently and with consideration for my home (and cat who wanted to be in the mix). Would definitely recommend for anyone in the DMV area, it is worth the ride if you're in need of new appliances and are over the big box store approach.

One word for that: egads! We did a frantic online search to find appliances, and stumbled upon Appliance Land Etc. The Appliance Land website didn't show many details about specific appliances in inventory, but we went anyway, trying to avoid the big box stores if possible. They had a great selection, but really only one in the size that we wanted (30"W 66"H 30"D) but it matched exactly what we were looking for. Dennis was amazingly helpful and awesome. He checked the inventory and saw that he had last year's model of a fridge in the size that we needed. He offered us that model for about $50 off the normal retail since it was a floor model. Turns out, the inventory was wrong and the model on the floor was the 2015 model. He offered us the same discount on the fridge, and we're having it delivered for free on Tuesday. I'll write an update to my review after the delivery. They offer haul-away for $20 and they will recycle it. A couple of notes, we found the same model fridge at either Lowes or Home Depot, and it was the same retail price. We chose to support small business. Dennis also gave us some good advice on microwaves and how easy it is to install them in lieu of a vent. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone shopping for appliances. We're looking to redo our kitchen in a year or so, and we'll definitely be visiting these guys when we shop for appliances.

Rather than stand by their work, Kleppinger told us that for $350 additional dollars, they would install new hinges for us.
