    Came in to get my dyson hair dryer fixed at 1:30(checked the other photos of when their hours of operations were) realized the hours have changed. 2pm is the afternoon start time, totally fine waiting 30mins. Was greeted by Shawn(hopefully i spelled it right) he was very informative and helpful considering he was new. 15 mins after taking a look, he let me know it wasn't repairable and gave me options going forward. He was very hospitable and handled the situation very well. Service 5/5 Side note - he said i got the last professional(licensed beautician) hair dryer they have in stock so if you need a replacement make sure to call!

And then... absolutely nothing. No update. No call. No text. No follow-through. Two days later, we called *them* -- only to be casually told that he "had to order the part" and that it would be Monday or Tuesday before they could return. Monday came and went. Tuesday came and went. Still nothing. After multiple calls from us, the company finally admitted **they never even ordered the part at all.** Not the first time we'd asked -- only after pressing them for answers a week later. No apology. No sense of urgency. No ownership. Just a vague "maybe later this week." This has been one of the most unprofessional, disorganized service experiences I've dealt with in a long time. We're now a week into this mess, completely without a functioning washing machine, because they simply didn't do what they said they would do. **Save yourself the frustration -- look elsewhere.**
