If you are still using the "Big Name" pest control companies, you are missing the proverbial boat. The Triangle technician showed up at my house at precisely the appointed time, asked me "if it was still a good time for service" ? Put on protective boot covers, explained the entire service before he started and as he went along. Best part is, when I casually mentioned cob/spiderwebs on a second floor window when the service was over...The web's were Gone! all of this great service. for about 1/2 what I was paying Terminix. Triangle pest control was a phenomenal service. My fiancée and I had noticed a large cockroach in our pantry this morning and we immediately called to get service. As we are originally from up north we have never seen issues with these bugs where we used to reside. The customer service representative was extremely professional and courteous and advised that same day service was available. Our technician, Kellen, arrived 2 hours later!! He was very professional and explained that he noticed there were a few openings where they could crawl (i.e. weather stripping, lack of sealant on plumbing, etc.) and did not think it was an infestation problem. He was quick to notice these issues and explained them to us in detail and gave us the peace of mind we were looking for. He gave us recommendations to help prevent them from entering our home. If we need service in the future (hopefully will not have to :)) we will definitely use this service. If I could rate higher than five stars I would. read more

I've had TPC for a few years now and it has been awesome and impressive great service. I would highly recommend them to anyone. The techs are very knowledgeable and professional. They have various plans and services to fit all needs. And if anything comes up in between planned service dates all I have to do is call and they come and take care of it! let me start with: I have had great service for many years with Triangle Pest Control. we have Termite protection and bond, outdoor service, and indoor service. A couple of weeks ago the technician came out and I asked if he was vaccinated and was told no...is that a problem??? So we asked for a different person to come out. GREAT service. last night we noticed carpenter bees outside and a palmetto bug inside. I sent an email asking for service. I then asked if the tech was vaccinated and was met with...we don't require vaccinations and the employees have rights. WELL -- what about MY RIGHTS as a homeowner???? apparently with this company I do not have rights. All I want is for the company to send out a vaccinated person...but NO can't get one. STAY AWAY from Triangle if you are immune system issues or comorbidities because you can't get a straight answer. so they bill us approx. $3,000 a year...now will be "lost revenue" because they aren't willing to send a vaccinated person to MY HOME...I repeat MY HOME...that is the point....this is MY HOME and I HAVE RIGHTS. read more

Not impressed . they put out mouse poison that killed the mouse and then we had to deal with the smell. I preferred Doing it myself with mouse traps. When we called them with an issue more than once no one showed up . They said they were understaffed that summer . They also claim they cannot do anything about flying insects. that's just what they told me . That is understandable . When you call them they just tell you how you can fix it yourself but if I want to fix it myself I would just look it up online . I'm not saying it won't work for some people it just did not impress me read more

This company was awesome today. Found some signs of mice in my attic and they were here immediately. Brent and Blade the 2 service technicians could not have been more helpful. They explained everything to me and began to fix the problem. They assured me that this is a common problem and they would take care of having the situation rectified. I was convinced I had a bed bug infestation in my home; I called Triangle Pest Control who came out the same day within a few hours for a free inspection. The technician - Ryan - was extremely professional and diagnosed my bugs as carpet beetles instead of bedbugs, saving me a huge amount of money. Very reliable company; if they had agreed with my bedbug diagnosis I would have unquestionably moved forward with costly extermination, so I appreciate their honesty. read more

Awful service. Bought service to perform exterior and interior. Yet when I made the appointment they mentioned they do no include the lawn as part of the monthly contract rate. It is an additional 100.00 to perform monthly yard sprays. 100.00 A MONTH just for the yard! They also are falsely advertising a living social deal. They advertise 200.00 exterior and interior. When asking why they advertise as exterior their response is they spray within 2 feet of the exterior. That is NOT the exterior. LOL read more

You guys are awesome! Friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Never pushy. Never try to sell unnecessary products. And the two technicians that have been to my home were both very patient with my three loud barking dogs. What I love most about this company is with the exterior treatment - they actually scrub the cob webs off the outside of your house!!! I've never known another company to do that.
