I call...house not cooling First it was a bad belt motor ...replaced, 2 days after initial install and yet again, not working. After yet another lovely call ...the manager Jason got back to me informing me 'it takes time to start working' (there are 2 separate units for upstairs and down...upstairs unit fine but struggling with the rising heat from below) Still not working. Call Friday at 5:05pm...office closed with hours Monday through Friday 8-5 with no emergency options....unless you're looking to buy services (website stated it closes at 8) they answer....I pretended. Sent a tech out Saturday who found another major coil defect and had to shut the system down completely (90+ degree weather of course) I requested a new unit since there were two major mechanical issues. Despite about $14,000 manager Jason denies request (after not wanting to speak with me) saying they just replace parts .... IN A BRAND NEW UNIT They hope the part will be available Monday I regret not calling Morris Jenkins...open 7 days a week , and on call. My old unit from the 90s had the house brilliantly cool.
