It's a trap I've had…read morean account with Terminix for years. Over the years, my problem with bugs has varied and as of late has only gotten worse. While their rep was on-site, he talked to me about termite control and the addition of bait stations. I was told my first year would cost around $300 and not given a solid dollar amount. (should have been my red flag) We talked about placement of these stations and so forth. I finally agreed and was told that I needed to sign on his tablet allowing them to come out and complete the service. I didn't realize that I was signing a contract (although retrospectively, I probably should have) and was not offered to read over any said contract before signing. So a few days go by and the tech comes out and performs the service. I get home and was not happy with the placement of these bait stations but told myself to give it a minute and not be rash. Well I really wasn't happy when I bill for $1077 came. I called in and was told that was to cover the installation and first year. After expressing my frustration, I was told the branch manager would give me a call. That took two days and when he called I went over all my concerns to be told "I'm calling to educate you one what you've purchased" So I'm stuck with some $1077 dollar pieces of plastic that I wasn't "educated" on until after you had me in a contract. Thanks for shady practices and a sleazy feeling! Lori in the office is a delight to deal with, 10 out of 10 would recommend.

In aprx. late NOV2020, when the lady who always calls us for our quarterly services to schedule the appointment called, she stated that this following service is the last that we're covered for and asked if I would have liked to renew with her then. I declined, stating I'll just pay in JAN when it's due anyways. Fast forward and we receive a bill stating we've a $90ish balance due. We called today (18JAN2021) to reup our yearly subscription and inquired about that bill thinking it was just a preemptive bill for the following service. After discussing with an employee, and then a manager, that that was indeed a bill and there is a balance due because December was not covered. I informed them that we were told that DEC was our final control and that we would need to renew if we wished to continue. They continued stating that they're not certain why but that's not the case. Despite us using them since 2018, and objectively not having any other issues, especially with the people actually coming to our house to work all being fantastic and very professional; the level of deceit from admin has permanently lost us as a customer. I would highly advise looking into another service.

He was diligent, respectful and hardworking. He had to dig trenches before applying termite treatment. It was very laborious. He was very thorough and careful. He took care of some issues which concerned us and listened carefully to us while he completed his work. We have found all of the technicians from Noosa over the years very competent and Alex did not disappoint. It has been a pleasure working with Noosa over the past 5 years and we will no doubt continue to enjoy that relationship over the next few years. When we've had concerns, they responded accordingly. We once had what appeared to be wings around the house. They came, took a sample and had it tested. It turned out to be organic matter dropped from a nearby tree. We were surprised that they did this and didn't charge for it. They service our crawlspace and Alex took readings to assure us that our dehumidifier was fully operational. According to his careful inspection, it was working excellently. We want to thank Alex and Noosa for their most reliable service.
