We were told he'd be back with traps since he didn't have any in his truck. He never came back. We called and could never get through to anyone. We have dogs and I requested a call before anyone would show up so that we could bring them inside. We were told there was a note on our account to ensure they would let us know beforehand. They NEVER called ahead to give us a heads up. At that point we were over it and had to cancel our contract and go with someone else. If we could have been guaranteed Kevin would be the tech coming out, this review would be 5-stars and without complaint. However, without Kevin this company is not what you pay for. Disappointing.

Communication and followup with the office and scheduler was excellent and they had availability next day to come inspect, unlike 2 others we called. The inspector arrived when expected (texting to keep us updated on arrival time) and was professional, well-informed, and thorough. Even came with shoe protectors to keep floors clean after poking around. He somehow managed to keep a straight face and remain cheerful and compassionate when it turned out to be a false alarm. Pointed out some roof / attic repairs that may be needed, unrelated to wildlife. We learned about PCA through Reddit, from others who actually had wildlife and gave them high marks for removal. Sadly, zero stars is not an option here. By far the worst experience I have ever had with a home…read moreservice company. Had birds in bathroom fan vent, along with bird mites in bathroom, and asked to have them removed and vent cap installed. Technician showed up and reeked of marijuana and said he was allergic to birds. Probably the wrong industry for him. He removed the nest and installed a vent cap, but did not solve the problem of bird mites that we discussed. I was told on the phone by owner Chris that they would use a brush tool to clean out vent tubing and spray solution in the vent to kill the mites. That didn't happen and the technician told me to just spray Lysol in the bathroom fan. Lysol kills bacteria, not bird mites. They asked for payment of originally $199 and then somehow it climbed to $273. I told them I'd be happy to pay if they came back out and actually solved the problem we originally discussed. No phone calls to come back out, only text messages and they never answered the phone when I called. I came home one day to find the same weed-reeking technician leaving my property after having gone in my back yard, through a gate, and climbing a ladder to rip the vent cap out of the soffit while my wife was home along. I arrived home as the technician was leaving and tried engaging him, telling him as I'd done numerous times before over their preferred method of texting that I'd be happy to pay him if they performed the services they described and solved the problem. He refused to talk. The police were called and we are now pursuing damage to property (for the mutilated soffit) and trespassing charges for entering a gated property without homeowner present and without consent. I would steer clear of this company at all costs and not recommend them to my worst enemy.
