I figured I would try it out since my dentist was already located there. I am so glad I did because if I didn't I wouldn't have found Rob the owner and Niko! Rob and myself always have great conversations on current times and he is a straight shooter ! Now we get to THE HAIR MASTER NIKO -Let me tell you .... Niko is a true Hair Master - let me explain...... when you ask him something pertaining to your hair you are going to get it all. What I mean is he will tell you what happens to the hair , when you do certain applications to it, also what is good for it and what isn't . This is what you want! Someone that is there for you not to just earn a quick buck . He does my toning , bleaching washing , blowout and line up trimming and it always comes out the way I want it! He is the Hair Master! He will always focus on you and only you during your appointment ( gotta respect that ) He has no disturbing drama or phones ringing and is always there when he is scheduled! The agreement says, he can charge 50% if not cancelled ahead. The guy charged the full amount to the credit card on file. 2) My other son went for a perm for what he expected was $120. When I checked the card charges later, the charge was for $189. Unfortunately, my husband who paid for the service did not question the charges. Regardless, the guy should not have added extras without disclosing. 3) My daughter scheduled a haircut with no blow dry. When I am paying, the guy charged for the amount with blow dry and blamed my daughter for not speaking up. Because of that guy's lack of customer service skills, he just lost a family of 6, and earned a bad review.

They don't have the prices up on their sign board but they haven't them listed online. My technician was very thorough and the nails look nice. When I went to pay, the receptionist shrugged and said their credit card system wasn't working. Maybe she just found this out, but it would have been nice to know before coming in or I would have brought cash. There wasn't any apparent attempt to fix it. She just said to Venmo the money. I don't have Venmo so I had to spend like 10 minutes setting it up, adding credit card, then paying a fee on top of it to process credit cards. There was no apology. She then said they'd raised their prices but not on the website and not in the store. That felt super shady. The services were good but the tech issues of payment and nonchalance to it was frustrating. If you do come here, make sure to ask before service what pricing or else they'll just charge whatever they are in the mood for that day.
