Instead of taking advantage of the situation or pushing for a quick reinstall to make money, she took a different approach. Rose carefully assessed my hair and told me that the best thing we could do was wait. She worked with me to create a hair care plan focused on restoring the health of my natural hair before even considering extensions again. That level of honesty and patience is so rare and it made me trust her completely. When we finally did reinstall using K-tips, the result was absolutely flawless.
