Trees R Us RESCUED us from the ice storm damage to our trees. RESCUE is the operative word here as 2 of our large oak trees were damaged beyond repair and the trees and yard were in a very unsafe condition. They were able to trim and save a third tree that I thought wasn't salvageable. Mike's and his crews' expertise was invaluable in this devastating situation. Other trees were split and broken so high up that I couldn't believe they were able to trim those branches but they did. They are swamped with calls but they worked safely and quickly, professionally, and cleaned up a tremendous mess in both our front and back yards. Trees R Us have worked for us before and I would not have anyone but Mike and his crew work on our trees. The price was extremely reasonable considering the amount of work there was to do. Trees R Us truly understands customer service. I can't recommend them highly enough. read more

My review is on the owner not the guys who work for him because they are instructed to do what he says. Mike came out and I explained to him everything I wanted done. He wrote the requests down and gave me a written quote. Then when the actual work was done he did not follow through in completing the tasks listed clearly on his quote. read more

Yesterday, Nick's team of guys came out to trim two large trees in our front yard. Right as they arrived, a full thunderstorm rolled in. They waited out the rain for it to lighten up, and still followed through with the appointment. I let them know it was completely ok to come another day since the storm would start and stop, but they decided to complete the job that day. They were polite, professional, and thorough. My trees look lighter and taller and all of the dead, overgrown mess is gone. And all for a VERY fair price. I was very impressed with their diligence and work ethic. Thank you so much! read more

Wow! Never knew that much work on cutting large limbs down, trimming trees, cutting up and hauling away could be done in just one hour. Very quick response from Mitch at Trees R Us after the initial contact. Crew arrived early. Worked fast but professional and courteous. Reasonably priced. Quality work. Will definitely use this company again when needed. read more

Nick and his team did such a great job with our yard today! He responded quickly with my email request. He scheduled an in-person meeting with me to take a look at the yard and gave me a very reasonable quote. He was then able to schedule at my convenience. He was prompt and his team did a wonderful job with both our front and back yard. read more

Mike and his guys were great! I called him and he came out that same afternoon to give us a quote and scheduled us for a week later. Even though I think this was a small job for them (just trimming a few tree branches) he made us feel important and well taken care of. Communication was great both before and after, I even stepped out to ask a question while they were working and Mike greeted me right away. They were quick and efficient and cleaned everything up afterwards, even blowing all the leaves, etc off our driveway and walkway. You can tell that they care about not just doing the job but doing it well. I would definitely call on them in the future. read more

These guys did a great job and our tree looks fantastic!! Appreciate them confirming which branches to cut before doing so. Will definitely use them again! read more

First off, not only are Nick, Perrin, and the rest of the crew personable, friendly guys, they also do a great job! They made quick work of my yard, which included trash tree removals (one hackberry had spiraled around one of our live oaks), stump grinding, dead branch safety pruning, and canopy lifting. It looks like a different house now.. and a clean one at that, as they completely cleaned up afterward! Nick suggested removing some small stumps that I hadn't even considered addressing (thank goodness, because I have tripped over them multiple times). His crew was on time, and Nick was right there with them to give them the gameplan the first morning. From there, it was smooth sailing and I'm so glad we went with Trees R Us... who also gave us the best quote. We will absolutely be calling them for future tree needs! read more

We had all our Oak trees trimmed and one tree removed by Trees R Us and they were fantastic to work with! Extremely professional, clean, responsive and reasonably priced! Will definitely use them every year! read more

Great company to work with. Came to our home to give us a quote the next day after we contacted them. Gave us an honest opinion regarding what to trim and what to leave alone. Good quality work. We plan on using them in the future on long term basis. read more

I was needing my trees trimmed in my new home as the current trees were hanging over the house and getting the roof all wet. Mike came out and gave me an estimate which was a good deal. I picked them out of 8 other tree trimmers. I also asked him for proof of insurance, which he provided so I felt good about going with them. They came out on the day they said they would and kept in contact, letting me know when they were finished and sent me pictures. He was also willing to cut up the limbs into firewood and put them on a pallet that I placed out in the backyard. Definitely would use again and will use them on a quote to xeriscape my backyard as well. Thank you!! read more

I had 2 trees planted in our front yard during the summer of 2016. After we had the outer bands of tropical storm Harvey blow through here those trees were noticeably leaning. I found Trees R Us through Yelp and the owner came over right after I called. The price was fair and several days later 2 men came, dug carefully around the trees, straightened them up, put more dirt around base of the trees, cleaned up and did an excellent job. I highly recommend Trees R Us. They are professional, thorough, fairly priced and timely. read more

Excellent price and service. I will use them again. I had them take down a tree, do stump grinding, and trim other trees. They do it all and clean up when they're done. read more

We have used Nick once 3 years ago to trimmed our pecan trees and they did a great job so it's time for another trim , I called up Nick, he came out quickly to give us the price, then we set up the time. His crew got to work and the result is still great!! Just like 3 years ago, Nick and his crew are very professional , no none sense , no bad attitude! I just love doing business with NICE people like them :-) read more

My yard looks great!!! Nick came out and gave me an estimate. He was timely and very professional. On the day of the visit, they were here on time, and his team was also professional. His team went above and beyond what I asked for and expected. My yard is cleaner than before he started. He went to a nursery and selected my new bushes for me. They were careful with the utility lines. They mulched even the areas I wasn't planting new items in. I will definately use them again and would recommend them to anyone. read more

My wife an I are new homeowners and we were in need of a tree service to help us tame some of the beautiful trees on our new property as well as remove a few trees that could cause us some problems down the road. Nick showed up and did an onsite estimate and suggested the best options not only to get our new home looking good, but keep it looking good for years to come. On the day of work Nick and his crew showed up on time, were ready to do the agreed upon work and were flexible enough to add on another removal of a tree we hadn't previously discussed. Before the work was finished Nick's crew had me inspect the job to make sure there wasn't anything else I wanted to have completed. When they were finished they left it better than they found it- a true sign of professionalism! If you are in need of a tree expert, don't hesitate to give Nick a call! Thanks from Mike and Abby! read more

Excellent Job!!! After getting several quotes, we selected Trees R Us. Not just because their price was better than most, but mostly because the Owner (Nick) took the time to meet me on site and discuss what was going to be done, to ensure we would be satisfied. Nick and his crew are professional and courteous. They showed up early to review the job with me prior to starting, started the work on time, and actually finisher early. We couldn't be any happier with the work they did. We wouldn't hesitate to use Trees R Us again in the future and will be recommending them to all our friends and neighbors. read more

I really needed to get my trees trimmed and my red oak tree removed. I consulted with several different companies and decided on Trees R Us because I could immediately tell that Nick knew exactly what would be best for my trees and prices were very reasonable. He and his awesome crew showed up on time and made my trees look amazing! The red oak was removed and they ground the stump. You can't even tell where it was! They cleaned my yard and it actually looks cleaner than it was before they arrived! I highly recommend Trees R Us! read more

We have had Trees R Us prune our trees several times over the years. They are reasonably priced and very efficient. I would highly recommend their services. read more

Hired for tree and stump removal. They were quick, courteous, and a good price. What more can you ask for?

Nick and his team just did some more work for me, as expected Nick was extremely professional and prompt with his communications, and his work crew was on time, professional, and very thorough. read more

Can't say enough good things about Nick and his crew. I've had them out twice now with great results. They have also taken great care of my Mom at her house. Highly recommend them if you like getting it all - personable service / prompt responses / fantastic work & more than reasonable prices. Tell everyone you know, I do. read more

I rarely write reviews but I gotta say, Trees R Us are top notch! I have had them out twice over the past four years and each time Nick and his crew have been on time, done an amazing job, and have had very reasonable rates. Nick is a very knowledgable arborist and just an all around cool dude. He and his team are quick but very thorough and once they are done he will ensure that everything they have worked on is done to your satisfaction. This last time I had them out, not only did they trim a bunch of my trees, they planted a nice sized oak for me (I had always thought of them as guys that take the trees down, BUT they can also put them up...and reasonably priced too!) Highly recommend! read more

Love these guys! The quote was great, he suggested several minor extras I wouldn't have thought of, they were very conscientious about painting to prevent oak wilt, and the house clearance job looks like it'll last much longer than what my previous tree service did. They even filled up my firewood rack along the way as a bonus! read more

Nick is the best - knowledgeable, responsive and reasonable. I have done quite a bit of work with Trees R US. Def recommend to all my friends and neighbors. read more

Absolutely outstanding work! If someone can make my wife happy then that is as good as it gets :-) The crew did an awesome job of trimming the trees, especially so that the branches were not close to the house anymore, removing dead branches, clearing up mistletoe, and all that comes with a complete tree trimming job. But they also left the front and backyard really nice and clean, removing any twigs, branches, and even excess leaves. And all for a competitively very reasonable price. I must say that in this space there seem to be a number of highly rated service providers and they were all relatively competitive. So, it was a hard decision to make. But I was happy making a decision to go with Trees R Us, however corny that name :-) read more

Amazing! Very happy from start to finish. I requested a quote and they got back to me quick. Nick came by when he said he would for the quote. He listened to my concerns and I decided to schedule with him. He was right on time and wanted to touch base before they started. They delivered exactly what they had promised and I am very happy. They also raked up leaves / branches and blew debris off the driveway and sidewalk. I will absolutely use them again and will recommend them to everyone I know. Thank you Nick and crew! You all do amazing work. read more

Mike from Trees R Us was excellent to work with. He walked the ground and wrote down my concerns and expectations. His crew arrived on-time and were thorough with making my trees shine! I would hire Trees R Us again. read more

Nick arrived right at the scheduled time to do the quote, as well as the day of the actual work. His crew removed a tree, ground the stump, trimmed several other trees and hedges, as well as cleaned the gutters. I was very pleased with the price, since i was expecting the tree removal alone to be twice what they charged for doing everything! They also did a great job of cleaning up all the trimmings. read more

Nick came through again! I called Sunday evening - he was out Monday with an estimate and had removed the large offending hackberry branch resting on my neighbor's shed (no damage, thankfully) by Tuesday morning. The 'branch' was a mere 14 inches in diameter. Nick and the crew are always friendly, helpful, quick and thorough! read more

Hired Trees R Us to do some long-overdue tree trimming. Nick came right on time for the free estimate, and then also came right on time a few weeks later to do the work. Price was very reasonable, and Nick is very responsive to phone calls and texts. read more

Nick was great to work with. He returned my call very quickly and was able to meet with me to give me a fair quote. He followed up with me on the day of service and provided me a update and cleaned up at the end of the job. I could not even tell they were here. read more

Our Oak trees had not been professionally pruned in the 12 years we have owned our home, and were out of control. Poor lawn growth and lack of sunlight had become the norm. My wife found Nick and "Trees R Us" on the web, and after reading many glowing reviews by satisfied clients, we decided to give Nick a try. He definitely did not disappoint. We are truly impressed with the work done by Nick and his crew today, and will happily provide referrals to neighbors, family and friends. In our estimation the 5-star rating is richly deserved. Thanks, Nick !! read more

I called Nick to see if he could fix the "root" problem I was having on my Pear Tree. Unfortunately, there is nothing I could do...... BUT, this wonderful man helped me to know that I have a tree that is dying, gave me such excellent advice on my other trees and gave me wonderful ideas on how to make my trees better. I will call him in September to have him plant another tree for me to replace the one that is dying. I recommend him so highly.. If you tree service - CALL TREES R US AND NICK WILL SURELY MAKE YOU HAPPY AS HE DID ME! Blessing to Nick and his business. read more

These guys arrived promptly at the scheduled time. They trimmed all the branches off my roof; trimmed and pruned 9 trees to open them up, significantly raised the canopy of all of them, and even blew out my gutters. Their clean-up was wonderful, and the price was very reasonable. They did such a better job than the company I'd used several years ago that there isn't any comparison. I would use them again in a heartbeat. read more

My second review for Nick and his crew. I had him come back out and "scalp" my trees (I raked up 19 bags of leaves!). His crew did an excellent job and my "scalped" trees look awesome!!! My brother came over the next day and said how great my trees looked. Good job guys! read more

Both our Ash trees look great with less hazardous branches dangling over my car and in the street. I was really impressed at how quickly they pruned both of our trees and cleaned up after themselves. They even raked up the pile of leaves we had sitting out front for a while. Nick really went out of his way to answer any of my questions and was easy to keep in touch with. Thank you Nick and crew for doing a wonderful job. We will happily contact them again in the future. read more

We have used these guys for years to trim our trees, take out trees, and put in new trees. These guys are THE BEST! They ALWAYS do great work, they're on time, and they are courteous and respectful. Nick is a pleasure to work with and I'll never use anyone else for our tree needs! read more

These guys are AWESOME!!! I recently switched homeowners insurance, and my new company sent a letter saying that I needed to get the trees around my house trimmed back from the roof or else they would pull my coverage. AND, they only gave me a little over a week to get it done. Yay. So I put out several requests for tree trimming estimates. Nick was not only the first one to respond (a few didn't even bother, and another waited until the end of the week), but he came out that day and gave me a quote that was HALF the price of the others I finally managed to get. He was great - he walked around the house with me and made sure to understand what I needed done. And even though he was booked through the end of May, he realized I was on a short deadline, and he managed to squeeze me in a couple of days later. He was always quick to communicate with me on if he was running late or whatnot - so not used to that!! He and his crew were professional and did a wonderful job...they cleaned up everything, down to every last twig. I couldn't be happier with their service, and I will definitely use these guys again and am recommending them to friends and family! read more
