Heartland Sprinklers just set the bar for what home service should look like, and Kevin and EZ cleared it effortlessly. I've dealt with plenty of contractors over the years, and the experience is usually the same: they show up late, rush through the job, and leave you with more questions than answers. Heartland was the complete opposite from the moment I called. Scheduling was fast and easy, they arrived right on time, and it was immediately clear these guys actually know their craft and take pride in it. Kevin and EZ were thorough in every sense of the word. They didn't just run through a checklist; they took the time to explain what they were inspecting, what they found, and what it all meant. I never felt rushed or talked over. They treated me like an adult who deserved to understand exactly what was happening with my own system. And then they went a step further and personally programmed all 14 of my zones; something I wasn't even expecting. That kind of extra effort is rare, and it didn't go unnoticed. The professionalism was top-tier, but what really stood out was how genuinely friendly and down-to-earth both of them were. Great people doing great work. And to top it all off, they back every job with a 12-month warranty, which is not just confidence in their work; that's integrity. Don't waste a single phone call on anyone else. If your sprinkler system needs attention, Heartland Sprinklers is the only call you need to make. I recommend them without hesitation and will be a customer for life. Thank you, Kevin and EZ! You guys are the real deal. -- Harper M. read more

We just had Heartland replace to underground valve heads, and they did a full sprinkler tuneup. They also did a top notch repair on our second sprinkler system, which waters our flower beds. They were very polite. They listened to all my requests, and self diagnosis. And they did a fantastic job. Also they were responsive to coming out quickly since I had a water leak in the system. They are now my go-to guys for sprinkler work. read more

Heartland Sprinklers is fantastic! They came out last month to fix an issue with my system, and I decided to hold off on another repair at that time. When I finally needed that second fix, they were at my house in under 30 minutes and had everything working perfectly in no time. The team was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. What impressed me most was that they didn't just fix the problem, they also took the time to show me how to troubleshoot my sprinklers myself, which was super helpful. read more

There is a reason why this business has nothing but 5 star reviews - the quality of their work speaks for itself. We suspect that we have a sprinkler leak and scheduled with Heartland Sprinklers. Heartland Sprinklers is so responsive and professional. My master valve went out, and I only had 2 days to get it fixed in order to water on my one day a week when I'm allowed to, per the water company. I started calling companies with good reviews on Yelp, and Heartland was the only one that actually answered their phone by someone who schedules appointments. I explained the situation, and they came out the same day, fixed the problem, checked the system, and alerted me to other potential issues. And, based on other sprinkler repair companies I've used in the past, their pricing is definitely competitive. read more

They are so great you just can't find fault. They came (very quickly), they saw (found the issues), they conquered (fixed the issues, including one I wasn't even aware of). They simply did a great job and I'll definitely use them again if needed. read more

This is the second time I have had them come out to service my sprinklers. They not only worked on the issues I pointed out but looked at the full system to find what other areas I had problems. Before they did anything they let me know how much each issue was going to cost to repair. They were professional, friendly and did a great job. They came within the time window they promised and let me know in advance of showing up. I wish all service companies were like Heartland Sprinklers. read more

We were certain we had a leak in one of our zones. We called heartland after calling a few other places. They were prompt in their response and came out the next day to inspect our system. Fortunately, all was well. The service and professionalism was exceptional, and their knowledge was greatly appreciated. We'll call them back out if we ever need service again. read more

Gavin, Jessie, and Heartland team did a great job helping us recover from the destruction of our 8-zone irrigation system from a new pool build and fence installation. Gavin came out and helped recover a couple zones during the pool build, then came out later to assess damage and reconfigure with pool. It was a big project. The communication with Afton in office was great and responsive - especially like being able to text. Thank you Heartland team. read more

Excellent work at a reasonable price! I used another Austin sprinkler company before but they were more expensive for the same items/tune-up. I took a chance based on the reviews and now I see why Heartland gets a five star rating. My technician, Parker, was on time, answered my questions and fixed my system right up. I certainly will make them my sprinkler company of choice going forward. It's nice to see honest companies still exist. read more

We were doing an extensive update to our landscaping and needed a complete overhaul of our existing sprinkler system. I found Heartland through their stellar Yelp reviews and set up a meeting over the phone. Their technician, Gavin arrived on time and was a pleasure to work with. He listened to our particular needs, answered all my questions and gave me some great advice at every stage regarding the best solutions at an affordable price. We capped some sections that we are Xeroscaping and added new ones to ensure that the new green areas we are creating will receive the water they need. His two man crew arrived on time on the day they were supposed to and got to work straightaway. Big shout out to Jesse and EZ who worked so hard and were great at keeping me updated on their progress. The two of them completed all the work in three days, just like Gavin had said and they reprogrammed the control box to reflect the changes. The cost for everything was $7250 and I thought that was very reasonable. Gavin and Cody met me a couple of days later and we walked through the new system together just to make sure everything was working correctly, which it was, so I paid in full by check. All of the Heartland staff are very hardworking, very competent, personable and friendly. I highly recommend this local business for anyone needing sprinkler repairs and new systems. read more

Without question the best sprinkler guy in town. The owner did not try to take advantage of my lack of knowledge, completed work thoroughly as if it was his yard and charged me a fair price. Very responsive to voicemails and texts. They did a great job assessing what was going on with our sprinklers and switching out the parts necessary to get us up and running again very quickly. Courteous and knowledgeable staff, from the office to the sprinkler experts that came out. While we thankfully haven't had a lot of sprinkler repairs done, the price seemed reasonable. Great company and would 100% call them again (though I hope I never have to). read more
