Our events run within Downtown, Chinatown, Waikiki, East Honolulu, Windward Oahu, and more...We are renowned for our Trifecta Formula, which combines three elements of engagement. The foremost component of the race is the treasure hunt, taking all participants from start to finish with a series of challenging clues. Clues range from underwater canisters, to decoding, to calling into our 1-800 number. Each team is also tasked with accumulating unique scavenger hunt items and completing fun trivia along the way. The Trifecta Formula challenges a team's mental and physical abilities, & keeps participants engaged.

Treasure Hunts Hawaii started 8 years ago in Hawaii. After years of surfing with friends each Sunday, I was staring at the ocean one day hoping for something different the next weekend. I saw an old wine bottle drift to shore and an idea popped into my head, the ultimate treasure hunt. The hunt would engage people in new activities, push mental & physical limits, lead to unexplored parts of the city, and strengthen friendships. THH now organizes large-scale hunts in Hawaii that are tailored to companies, schools, nonprofits, & private groups.

I started Treasure Hunts Hawaii 8 years ago. After years of surfing with friends each Sunday, I was staring at the ocean one day hoping for something different the next weekend. I saw an old wine bottle drift to shore and an idea popped into my head, the ultimate treasure hunt. The hunt would engage people in new activities, push mental & physical limits, lead to unexplored parts of the city, and strengthen friendships.
For many years I ran treasure hunts once a year as annual gift for friends of mine. The events grew in size and scope, but remained a side hobby to my corporate job, COO of a media company. Years later, I started to explore leaving corporate america to pursue entrepreneurial dreams and hence THH was born to serve the public, THH now organizes large-scale hunts in Hawaii that are tailored to companies, schools, nonprofits, & private groups.
