I was super excited to try this place. I hate when my expectations are high... I came in here with a date on Sunday morning. It wasn't very busy. It's got an upscale feel and apparently all the food is made from scratch. My date ordered a mimosa and it took about 10 minutes to get it. I ordered a water and nearly drank the whole thing before she got her beverage. The menu is kind of fun. It's not your normal breakfast place. I got the short rib omelette. It was a little dry, but overall very good. It did take a while for our server to come back and give us our check. There are a lot of other things on the menu that I would like to try next time. I hope the service is better.... 3 1/2, but I'm going to round up.

Food, service and ambience was excellent! Jessica was great! And loved the music of Norma Owens and Don Williams sr.

The atmosphere is so cute, the location is actually really convenient in north Phoenix at 67 and 101. The food was pretty decent, but the service was so incredibly slow. It felt like they were understaffed and they had a decent amount of people waiting for brunch. My favorite was the Monte Cristo. They do have a solid array of mimosas.

So, we found this new restaurant online and decided to give it a try. They're already open, but their grand opening is actually on September 4. We went on a Saturday night, and the place is pretty big, there's even a back area that would be perfect for a party or a big group. Most of the staff were super friendly and helpful. There was this one younger guy who didn't seem too happy to be there, kind of giving off the "I'd rather be anywhere else" vibe. But the family running the place? They were awesome, really warm and welcoming, and they made the whole experience feel personal. We ordered the Bruschetta Boards with Smoked Salmon, Short Rib, and Carnitas, the Seafood Risotto, Veal Parmigiana, and Bucatini Carbonara. Everything was so tasty and the portions were huge! We had also wanted to try the Carpaccio de Polipo and Seafood Cannelloni, but they weren't available that night. Honestly, everything we had was delicious. The Bruschetta was fresh and full of flavor, the Risotto was creamy, the Veal Parmigiana was cooked perfectly, and the Carbonara was rich but not too heavy. You could tell they really cared about making good food. All in all, we had a great time and we'll definitely be back to try more from their menu. They also have brunch, which we're really excited to check out next time. If you're looking for a cozy, family-run Italian spot with really good food and big portions, this place is definitely worth a visit.

This place surpassed my expectations! The mimosa flights are generous and have a lot of interesting flavors and garnishes. Great value! The server was friendly and explained the holiday options really well. Food was also out fast. My Benedict was great and I would definitely come back. Very cute and spacious interior, especially with the Christmas decor.

Service - the greeter was great !!! New place .. had been to the previous one and didnt return due to the service . might still be a thorn. The urgency was lacking for sure . No eye contact from our server and no urgency to get our orders in - Bartender seemed a little pre occupied to get her friend or her regulars their drinks. Our drink orders were about a 20 minute wait of simple flights, it would be nice if the champagne was not room temperature. FOOD - Eggs Benedict - Trio order was pretty darn good !! Short Rib polenta with going back for!! - Short Rib Omelette had chunks of Short Rib ! pretty darn good as well - Dirty Morning Omelette is really freaking good !!! good ratio good meats !! nice touch with the goat cheese! the main order on the dishes are good - the sides are pretty sad - potatoes were a batch of " already been sitting here for a while "-- taste frozen and the " peppers and onion" are non existent . The bread was super sad pieces of just bread - no life. One would think for the evening menu with "Fresh baked bread choices " are part of the menu, why not intro some of those to make it enticing for dinner ? Overall seems the main stars of the menu are executed almost perfectly- and the sides are a sad afterthought. Also, We got our food and they didn't know who had what food order . there were only 3 of us ... Slight chance we will go again.. for the short rib dishes-- forget the sides

Ambience is great. The food was pretty good, Friday lunch but a bit slow coming out. 1 server for 7 or 8 tables, overworked, very understaffed. No follow up after food was served. Seats comfortable, not loud because hardly anybody was there. Poor service from lack of help, lost customers, including us. Won't be back

This is a scratch kitchen, serving brunch favorites in a fun and lively atmosphere, and offering Italian specialties. The place is very spacious (bar, patio, main dining area, and then a separate room for private parties. We were grateful to get seated in the separate party room! We celebrated my birthday brunch here. I got the streak and eggs. The service was ok, we understand we had 12 of us. The dessert platter was the topper, it was delicious!

If you are looking for an authentic Italian food stop by this restaurant and be greeted by an awesome , friendly family and staff. The food takes you back to Italy ! We tried several dishes and they were all good. There are a lot of items on the menu with your choice of chicken or veal. For seafood lovers, you can indulge in shrimp pasta or a nice branzino. The prices were good as well. We also had the luxury of a DJ . There is a very nice patio for the romantics out there. I recommend making a reservation as the word is spreading fast about this Italian gem. Mille grazzie tre bucchieri for an amazing dinner.

We didn't know this restaurant had opened in place of the Mexican restaurant we enjoyed so read the reviews and looked over the menu and decided to give it a try. Made a reservation but didn't know the happy hour was limited to the bar area and outside. We were greeted and offered an outdoor table with heaters but the cold wind blew in and we requested to be moved inside. Our server was very sweet and went in to ask about the availability for us. There was a four top inside waiting to pay and so we didn't have to wait long. We love the variety of choices on the happy hour menu and the prices allowed for us to choose our own preferences for salads and items that my husbands and I might not have gotten for a share plate. Ie, I had the eggplant parmigiana which was excellent. (The two top beside me was there for the first time and an order ahead of us and they loved the items they had ordered as well. ) we had their house salad which was fresh and a nice portion. Our friends had their house salad fried raviolis (as did the two top folks) and they looked good. They said it was good too. My husband ordered the Spaghetti Allo Scoglio which had muscles, calamari, and scallops cooked in a white wine tomato broth. Definitely a nice find. The muscle I tasted was small but sweet. The offer music on some days and brunch. Too many of our favorite Italian restaurants in the area have either gone down in quality or are just gone. This will be our new place to go.

Great happy hour! Amazing and kind staff! Everything is made in house. Love this place, we've been back multiple times and it will definitely stay in the date night rotation. My favorite is the short rib lasagna and they have a great wine selection.

There is a bar of course, a handful of high top tables and a small patio. The place was packed. We somehow managed to snag the last available table. It was full of definite locals as many seemed familiar with each other. There was one man running the bar and though very busy he was friendly, patient and no one seemed to be having to wait long for drinks. The place was clean. I thought it was cool that they offered many fridges of different beers etc to purchase and take home or of course drink while there. If you read my reviews I love sour beers and this is part of why we came here. I tried both they had on tap and unfortunately wasn't a fan of either. We will have to come back and maybe try a few in the fridge section. I didn't want to try anything else and risk mixing wine etc. good local spot of just wanted to have a few drinks alone or with friends.

She so kindly managed to move some reservations around, (they were full), in order to seat us at a table. That meant the world to me, and for my parents!! The old fashioned cocktails were incredible and the food--oh my goodness!!! Our party of six shared about 5-6 options and each one was absolutely fabulous!!! We all were plenty full and greatly enjoyed our evening there! They also had a one man live music performer, I didn't catch his name but he was a perfect choice for the venue and ambience! Bourbon & Bones - Worth Every Penny…read more We were looking for a special place to celebrate my birthday and wanted to try something new. I've been really into bourbon the last few years, so a great steak and an excellent Old Fashioned were high on my list. I was thrilled to snag reservations at Bourbon & Bones just a few days out. I requested a booth in the special requests, and when we arrived they already had a beautiful booth set aside for us, which was a great start to the night. The atmosphere is intimate, upscale, and welcoming without feeling stuffy. Our waitress, Kailyn, was fantastic -- attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely pleasant -- and she was supported by William, who was equally great. Our friends were running late, but we never felt rushed or pressured, which really allowed us to enjoy the experience. We were greeted with crusty bread, whipped butter, and salted pretzel breadsticks -- all excellent. The bourbon and whiskey list is massive, easily the most extensive I've ever seen at a restaurant . I started with their Pre-Prohibition Old Fashioned, which normally comes with Knob Creek 12, but they happily let me swap in Michter's American US*1. It was very good. Later, my buddy and I tried the Imperial Old Fashioned, a barrel-aged cocktail that can be served smoked tableside. The presentation was impressive, and the flavor lived up to it. Easily one of the best Old Fashioneds I've ever had . For appetizers, everything was a hit. My wife loved the short rib martinis so much she ordered a second. I had the jumbo shrimp cocktail from the raw bar, and they were the best shrimp cocktail I've ever had. As expected with a high-end steakhouse, sides are served à la carte and meant for sharing. We ordered the mac & cheese, sweet potato casserole, and I also had a jumbo short rib baked potato plus a cup of French onion soup, which was outstanding. For my entrée, I ordered the 10oz filet Oscar style with crab and hollandaise . The steak was cooked perfectly -- juicy, tender, and beautifully crusted -- and the crab was a perfect addition. The baked potato was massive and had to come home with me. The sweet potato casserole reminded me of Thanksgiving with an amazing brown sugar crust on top. This was the most expensive meal I've ever had, but the food, service, atmosphere, and overall experience made it worth every penny. A perfect spot for a celebration, and I would absolutely return. Clean restaurant, great atmosphere, phenomenal staff -- five stars without hesitation.
