I do not know where to start. We arrived at this location for my friend's birthday. This is where she wanted to go. She had never been there before but saw it. We sat down at 12:35. We did not get any service water or anything till1:15 pm when we finally got water, which I would think that was from the manager she did not ask us anything. They were not that busy so I do not understand why she could've not taken our order or answered some questions. The waitress never made eye contact with us. Explain hey we're really short staffed anything nothing we just sat there and sat there and sat there. You would think that if it was the manager, she would come up to make things right nothing. I had the Greek sandwich one Friend had the pesto chicken and the other Friend had the eggplant Parmesan. The food was OK nothing extravagant or nothing that I would say would bring me back. After we ate, she brought over what I would assume would be. The check but no she looked at me and stated that'll be $55. I was shocked first of all. I'm taking my friend out to lunch. She does not need to know how much things were. I was so embarrassed you don't do that so to make a long story short, I will never return to this. I will not pass it out that it is a good restaurant. I don't know if they'll make it, but I would rather go next-door to OG's because I know that place is good so do yourself a favor don't waste your money on this place. It's not worth it. read more

6 of us went for dinner on a Friday night. The band was really good, but so loud ( 90 decibels) that we had to move to another room to get away from it. Our group was split -3 likes, 3 dislikes. I ordered the chicken piccata; it was way too salty and did not have any capers on it. The chicken itself was cooked nicely. My husband ordered the pesto salmon and loved it. One couple ordered a bruschetta board and loved it. The table bread was awesome. The other two ordered chicken Parmesan and said it was cold and bland. We had a wonderful waitress (Candy), but the wait was long for orders and food. We were there for 2 hours without dessert or appetizers. read more

We also shared a flight of Mimosas, there are several flavors to choose from and they even have frozen Bellini's. The decor is tasteful making it a comfortable dining experience. 2nd visit was rough. We went at 4:30 for their HH & it was an older crowd all sitting in the bar area. Literally no one was on the left of the restaurant which I realize saves the staff steps. We were greeted promptly & seated with everyone else then nothing. Finally waters came then another 10 minutes to take our drink & food order but 20 minutes passed and we never got our drinks. We let our server know we were leaving. Not impressed. Hopefully they will get it together because it's a pretty neat place. read more

I paid for my sister lunch and my own during the weekday. Was out 40 bucks and left hungry. My food was not edible and I picked out what I could eat. My egg sandwich, which was grilled had partially uncooked eggs. Also a weird menu for an Italian place. I think they should change the name. There was nothing Italian about except for prosciutto on one sandwich that I can remeber. Probably should have picked that one to eat! My sister's lunch was passable. I like supporting local businesses, but there is a limit. The price of the food did not match the quality. I've been to many great restaurants in the valley and elsewhere around the country. My husband and I stopped by Tre Bicchieri on a whim over the weekend since it was right across the street from where we were. We went during a weekday brunch, so it wasn't too busy. Service was good and our food came out pretty quickly. I ordered the Tre Benedict, which was really tasty and filling. We also got a short stack of pancakes, and those were honestly the star, crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and the cream on top was incredible. My husband got the New York Philly Skillet, which we both found a little underwhelming and kind of skimpy. Usually skillets we've had elsewhere are hearty and layered, but this one was plated separately and just didn't feel like enough food. Thankfully, he had ordered a side of pancakes too. Their drink menu looked really fun, the mimosa flight seemed like a good deal. I ended up with a glass of wine this time, but I could definitely see coming back with my girlfriends for a mimosa day. The vibe of the place was great, spacious, comfortable seating, and I love that you can rent out the patio or back area. I told my husband I wished they had been open a few years ago when we got married, because it would have been perfect for a rehearsal dinner. Overall, a really good find and we'd recommend it. The good: the ambience and decor are really well done. We've tried the breakfast on the brunch menu five or six times now. The omelettes are all stuffed nicely with plenty of ingredients. A+. The bad: The potatoes that come with the breakfast C- . They taste like frozen potatoes and the supposed onions and peppers are almost nonexistent. The toast C- . It's one slice of choice of sourdough or a whole grain and it just sits there on the plate like a lonely piece of nothing. Sometimes it appears to be grilled and not in an actual toaster, which is perfectly fine and other times it just looks like it was thrown on the grill for three seconds. It just appears anemic lying there on the plate. The butter and jelly come in those little plastic prepackaged tubs, which instantly knocked the quality down a few pegs. The ugly: The hollandaise is so important to get right and this place is hit or miss on that. Sometimes it has a nice rich, buttery flavor and other times it's really watery without any flavor whatsoever. The perfect: Coffee is Lavazza and is excellent. Service so far for us has been wonderful. Servers are friendly, engaging and not intrusive. What we wish would change: other than encouraging them to stop serving what appears to be frozen potatoes and improving on their hollandaise, and the other smaller issues mentioned, it would be nice if they changed their hours and opened earlier for breakfast. I realize this is a brunch and dinner restaurant, but the west side is begging for really good breakfast places and this could be one of two that we actually have on the west side with a just a few improvements. We will be back to give dinner a try. We believe in you, Tre Bicchieri and would love to make you one of our go to breakfast spots. read more

We have been visiting this site for years. Previously a Mexican restaurant, we were pleasantly surprised to find it's newest iteration, Tre Bicchieri. The manager and chefs took it over 3 mos ago, had their Grand Opening a couple weeks ago, and the menu they coupled together was vast. Wife went for a shrimp pasta dish, I ha d the short rib lasagna -- both of us were delighted. Heading back this weekend for the brunch which promises to delight. The furnishings fit the space better than the predecessor's; the bar remains a great gathering spot. read more

This restaurant recently opened in the place of a neighborhood favorite. Came with a friend for dinner to try it out. The staff was sparse and not very attentive, we had to ask for more water and flag them down throughout the evening. The wine was average and a less than generous pour. The menu seemed promising but the food was just average. There were issues with our order that were corrected thankfully. Always willing to support a new local spot and I wish them the best but probably will not return read more

I've visited this place several times since they opened, and it just keeps getting better! I'd like to address something mentioned by some earlier reviewers about a new business. In the beginning, they were working through a few service delays, but things have really improved since then, so I encourage you to give it another try! The staff is incredibly friendly, and the food and cicchetti are excellent! They offer a fantastic happy hour menu with a good selection of appetizers and drinks.
