Just eh! The concept is a good thought but did not follow through. The food was upscale but lack of flavor. The chicken tortilla soup was a miss. The tacos were on dry side. Service was good but did not know gluten free options and menu did not identify. The restaurant had indoor and outdoor options for seating and the decor was very trendy and modern - overall won't go back

Add Santo Agave to your brunch spot list! Restaurant is stunning, the staff is very friendly and attentive and the food is incredible. We devoured our dishes and can't wait to return!

Mayra was fantastic! This was our first time trying Santo Agave, and we will definitely be regulars! The food is incredibly delicious, and they have a very modern twist to their decor. You can enjoy a bit of upscale hispanic cuisine in a gorgeous atmosphere. Mayra explained the menu perfectly, and helped guide us to a delicious little adventure. Highly recommend!

We ordered guacamole, tacos (Barbacoa and Gabernado/shrimp) and there was a complimentary starter.

Absolutely elegant from start to finish. The décor was stunning and created such a beautiful atmosphere. The staff was fantastic--friendly, attentive, and consistently making sure we were taken care of. The food was great at a reasonable cost!

This location (although new), hit every nail on the head as far as execution goes. Upon entering, you're warmly welcomed by a hostess who even assists with bringing a holder for any bags or loose accessories to your table. First impressions of the restaurant are reminiscent of the upscale dining scene in Tulum. They had a DJ spinning some great mixes, which definitely added to the ambience. Our server was attentive and was prepared with suggestions being that it was our first time in. Now let's talk food, I will say we did get slightly carried away with the appetizers since they all sounded like great options, so we went with a variety of mixed appetizers and shared. A standout for us was the rock shrimp. Crunchy, tangy, with just the right amount heat. The cocktails not only looked good, they tasted just as great! Their mixology was fun and intuitive, yet delicious. Filet mignon tacos were incredible! The meat was tender and flavorful. Ask for the spicy salsa at your own risk! Lots of flavor, but also not recommended for people with low tolerance to high spice levels (although the tacos do come with a mild-spice sales). Overall, a great concept and truly brings the delicious flavors of Mexico along with its hospitality right to our city of Peoria. A must try!

We walked past this restaurant several times so decided to give it a try. Note, it is not traditional Mexican food. They promote themselves as a more modern Mexican restaurant. Pros: The restaurant is beautifully decorated, clean, and well kept. It has only been open a little over a month so you would expect that everything is still in good condition. It has a great vibe with a DJ over the weekend. The music was just the right volume so that we can still have a conversation. The service was great. We had reservations and were seated quickly. Our waiter, Alberto, came to greet the table at the right time and gave us some background information. He was the really attentive and gave us some good recommendations. We decided not to try any of the desserts because we already had our fill of sugar with the drinks but Alberto did a good job presenting the menu. Cons: The cocktail menu was extensive and that can sometimes be a sign that they are trying to do too many things and not focusing on perfecting a few drinks. - You can tell that the drinks will be overly sweet just based on the various mixers and syrups - elderflower, agave, and/or other syrups. The drinks were still too sweet after requesting it to be lightened so just ask to have one of the syrups removed. - There were so many flavors in one drink that it all just masked any enjoyment of the actual spirit being used. Drinking a cocktail should be about the taste of the spirit and not all the sweeteners. - The garnishes also did not make any sense with the drink itself. If this restaurant is trying to charge high-end prices, they should not use generic maraschino cocktail cherries. These type of sweet drinks remind me of a kitschy tiki bar with these types of garnishes. - The price point is deceptively good but not for the taste and experience you get from the drink. For the food, again, the price point does not match the quality and portion for what you receive. See receipt. - Guacamole portion was small and lacked some flavor. - Empanada and accompanying sauce had good flavor but they are small. - Oysters were the best deal. They tasted fresh and were large. - Sea bass was too dry and ruined the buttery flakiness you normally get from this delicate fish. - Filet mignon tacos were overcooked and dry. Again the cheese crust on the tortilla was a nice touch. Although the service was great, they did not come by to fill the water glasses very frequently. - The glassware was beautiful but it is probably difficult to tell when the water needs filling.

Amazing food and drinks. Not your average Mexican food, real quality dishes. Not cheap but worth every penny! Service was awesome, I was taken care of all night. I recommend it 100%.

Went to the new steakhouse here in Park West. The atmosphere of the restaurant was very nice. The decor and DJ had you feeling like you're in Mexico. Very cool vibe to it. The service was good everyone was very friendly and attentive. The drinks were great! We had an old fashioned and the Guava Spritz. Both were strong and tasted delicious. The food needs improvement. We got a complementary appetizer with different salsa's and three tostadas. Maybe just serving regular tortilla chips would be better as the tostadas were an odd choice for the dips and hard to share. The steak was kind of dry and sauce served with it wasn't great. The filet mignon tacos were just okay. For the price of the food we were expecting more flavor. The jalapeño mash potatoes were really good! Overall cool place for a vibe, food should be better for the price however.

Kind of underwhelming lol, but it did the job of attracting my party of 3 to the bar. I tried the Sweet Cheeks, which was sweet and unique and refreshingly light. The next time I stopped by was the very next day 8/23/25 for their Super Smash Bros tournament of up to 32 players, $10 buy-in, and cash prize (and other prizes for 2nd and 3rd place). There was 1 set-up with a large projector and 2 MC's. This was my first Smash tournament, but I didn't get to stay long due to work the next day, and I didn't purchase a drink. The event was very lively and crowded, and I wished I stayed longer! Will be back to participate/spectate another tournament. Overall lively dive bar that can provide a fun but chill night out! I'm also looking forward to taking advantage of their Monday-Friday 2-6p HAPPY HOUR if I have the chance.

We made a reservation online ahead of time just in case there was a rush, and we were glad we did. The restaurant is conveniently located in the Park West Plaza area, surrounded by several other businesses, and there was plenty of parking available. Upon arrival, the hostess was warm, friendly, and welcoming. She checked us in promptly and escorted us to our table right away. Our server, Laura, was absolutely outstanding. She was attentive, friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely seemed to enjoy providing great customer service. She answered all of our questions about the menu and drink options, kept our beverages refilled, and cleared our plates promptly without us ever having to ask. Laura truly helped make our dining experience exceptional. Although the restaurant was moderately busy due to the World Cup game, we were pleasantly surprised by how quickly our food arrived. Everything came out hot, fresh, and delicious. For our meal, we ordered: * Two Chicken Sandwiches with fries and ranch on the side * A Jammed Up Burger cooked well-done with extra Jammed Up toppings served on the side The food was excellent. The chicken sandwiches were flavorful, and the fries were perfectly prepared. The Jammed Up Burger was also delicious. Our only minor suggestion would be that the Jammed Up sauce could be blended a bit smoother, as it was somewhat chunky. However, the flavor was still fantastic. One of our favorite features is the Happy Hour, which is offered seven days a week. We understand it runs from approximately 2:30 or 3:00 PM until 5:30 PM and then returns again from 8:00 PM until closing. Happy Hour includes select appetizers and drinks, making it a great value. There was a small discrepancy regarding the rotating cocktail pricing. Our server mentioned it was $5 during Happy Hour, while the menu listed it at $7. We're not sure if the pricing recently changed or if there was simply a misunderstanding, but it may be worth clarifying for future guests. The atmosphere was one of the highlights of our visit. The décor is beautiful, modern, and inviting. There is ample outdoor seating, which would be especially enjoyable during cooler evenings. The patio area features televisions and games, creating a fun and relaxed environment for groups and families. We also noticed what appeared to be a setup for live music. While we're not certain which days performances take place, it would be wonderful to see live music offered regularly on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday evenings. Overall, the service, food, atmosphere, and overall vibe were excellent. Laura provided outstanding customer service, and every aspect of our visit made for a memorable afternoon. We will definitely be returning and look forward to our next visit.

Last night we went for dinner and the service was absolutely awful. The food wasn't great. I feel like this building was built on an Indian burial ground because nothing seems to survive here. The atmosphere is great. The patio music is insanely way too loud. There were only two tables with people at it so we asked if the music could be turned down a smidge as we could not hear one another at all. We were not accommodated. We ended up having to leave as beautiful as it is. I don't know if our waitress was new, but she kind of argued with my friend when she asked for warm chicken on her jalapeño Caesar. She said she didn't know if that was something they can do and I just blurted out give her warm chicken on her salad and then when her salad came, it was literally drenched in Caesar dressing. A quarter of the bowl was full as if someone forgot to actually put the salad in the bowl. My friend had to actually ask for a bowl of salad so that she can fill up the bowl and soak up the drenched salad that was sitting in the bowl. My Chicken Caprese wasn't bad but it was wrapped in very wilty lettuce that just looked gross. The french fries felt extremely hard and stale at the same time. The chicken was so tough when I was cutting it, my french fries were falling on the floor and all over the table. We sat with dirty dishes for quite a long time could not find our waitress. I will never go back here. I don't anticipate it will be open for very long. Hubby ordered the Spicy Vodka pasta. His roll was soggy as it came on the pasta (sauce) He wanted to ask for cheese but not one staff member was around to ask for the entirety of our meal. He was done before we saw our waitress again. I should have known when it was 6pm and we were able to secure a 645 reservation. Whoever owns this place should be there every day for a month and regulate what is happening there

Based on the photos online, it looked like the perfect place for our group to gather. I confirmed my reservation through both the email and text reminders. On the day of our reservation, another partner agency happened to be in town and wanted to join us. Since the website wouldn't let me modify the reservation, I called four times after they opened to see if I could add a few more people. Unfortunately, no one ever answered the phone. We decided to arrive early and ask in person. The Service When we arrived, the restaurant was absolutely packed. The hostess told us we were welcome to walk through the bar to see if we could find a table ourselves, but that they were extremely busy and likely wouldn't have anything available. After looking around, we came back and asked if the patio was an option since the misters made it surprisingly comfortable despite the Arizona heat. We were told the patio was for reservations only. When I reminded the hostess that we had a reservation, the explanation suddenly changed to, "We're on an event menu tonight." She handed me the menu while I stood at the host stand, walked away, and never really explained what that meant for our reservation or whether we would actually be seated. When she returned, instead of offering a wait time or another solution, she suggested we try Thirsty Lion down the sidewalk instead. At that point, it became clear that our reservation wasn't going to be honored. Parting Thoughts I completely understand that restaurants get busy, especially during major events. What disappointed me wasn't the crowd--it was having a confirmed reservation, receiving multiple confirmation requests, making several unanswered phone calls beforehand, and ultimately being left without a table or a meaningful explanation.
