It's the BX. They got what you need about 70% of the time. You have to walk in with a mask or no entry. They were not taking cash. Memes are flying off the shelf as families ride together. Lines were short and they have lots of clothes. Barbershop is closed for now

I am sooo blessed to have this place opened even during the Pandemic. I have nothing bad to say about this place from the Staff, to Customer Service & Cleanliness. Fully stocked & up to date. As far as brand names, they have Coach, MK & Kate Spade. Victoria Secret & Bed Bath Beyond w/ promotions to Sephora, Clinique, Estée Lauder Skin care & glamour. Everything like a small Mall. One very happy & satisfied Customer during COVID-19, I learned to appreciate e

We came earlier than our appointed time, but they were more than accommodating and had a VIP room ready for us. We had such an amazing experience with Dana. From the moment she walked into the room, we were immediately more excited and eased how anxious our bride was. Dana was very patient with all of us, and always had the best attitude with all of us. Our bride had a Pinterest board of the vision she was going for, and every dress Dana pulled was a hit. We probably "oooh"ed and "ahhhh"ed at every single one. Dana had her try on every kind of style close to the bride's vision "just in case". She ended up saying yes to a dress (the third dress tried on), and Dana put on a whole production with a veil, sleeves, and a bouquet and even had our bride sit with her thoughts for a minute and envision herself in that dress during the wedding. This was such a great experience, that we cancelled our second dress appointment at a different spot. 10/10 experience!

Genuinely want to write about my experience to warn any future brides of what could happen to them!…read moreWARNING!!! Take caution, as once they secure your money and make the sale, communication is minimal. Save your time and go to a local bridal shop instead!! October 2026: Booked a bridal apt. and tried on several dresses, which went well overall as I returned again for another apt. to say yes to the dress. I purchased the dress, a separate corset, and extra fabric while paying 50% of the total. March 2026: I received the notification that items were ready, so I took the 1.5 - 2hr drive to pick up my items. However, once I arrived, I was then informed that only the dress was available. I tried on the dress to check the fit and make sure all was good. I also remembered discussing what alterations we were considering (hence ordering the extra fabric) from my initial appointments, but no notes were taken down to reference them after ordering. Additionally, the person assisting me was absent for the entirety of the appointment (a different person from my first 2 appointments). Considering alterations, the seamstress assisted me, but made me feel extremely rushed and unheard, even with what seemed like a few appointments occurring in the store. Once that was wrapped up, I was the one to have to request a printout quote of the alteration estimates, only for it to be incorrect and missing part of what was discussed with the seamstress. I asked the estimated date for when the corset & extra fabric would come in, and was told around April when they would let me know. May 2026: Life gets busy, or sometimes things are delayed, but I was the one who called in to see the status of the remaining items. I was told the dress & corset (the dress I already picked up in March) had already come in the previous month, but I was never contacted by Miosa Bride. I was then told the fabric had still not come in and should arrive by the end of May, where they would contact me when ready. June 2026: I still had not received any information about my remaining items and called in again for an update. I was told everything was ready (already had picked up the dress in March), and inquired about shipping options to avoid the additional drive. It was an estimated $35 to ship to my address. I expressed my dissatisfaction with my experience thus far and requested that the shipping fee for the corset & extra fabric could be waived (at this point in time I had already paid in full). I was told that the manager would be informed and would give me a call the following afternoon. The following day Miosa Bride contacts me however, it is the first person who assisted me during my first appointments not a manager. They confirm I want to ship my items, but now quote the delivery for $100 but the address is the same as the previously estimated $35. I reiterate my frustrating experience and ask that the fee be waived. I was told that the manager will be in touch as she was confirmed to be in that day. I am still waiting for the manager to contact me as stated twice before. They have my money and my remaining items, but the manager hasn't contacted me to resolve this. Something that is supposed to be a huge milestone in life has just become unnecessarily stressful, even as a bride who plans way ahead of time. It's not so much about making the wedding date but the events and customer experience leading up to it.

The pier is filled with unique shops, entertainment, and plenty of places to grab a delicious meal while enjoying the beautiful views of the bay. The food options are endless, from the famous clam chowder served in a sourdough bread bowl to tacos, seafood, and classic fair-style treats. As you make your way toward the end of the pier, you're rewarded with stunning views of Alcatraz Island and the bay. One of the highlights is watching the sea lions relaxing on the floating docks below -- a fun and unforgettable sight. Whether you want to stop by for a quick bite, enjoy the scenery, or spend the entire day exploring, this is one of those places that has something for everyone.

The stores are super cute, there are things to do, there are restaurants as well as good quick eats (like the mini donut shop - oh my gosh that's so good - and a cute retro candy shop at the end of the pier. Additionally, the views at the end of the pier are magical, and you get to view it with songs from the sealions! There are also magic shows at the pier you can watch for free and a large carousel! Pier 39 is 100%, touristy, but it is still festive and fun, whether you're an out-of-towner or a local resident. The only downsides are the prices (because this area is a tourist trap) and the parking. Here are some tricks and tips: Look for coupons for some of the pier activities (ie, coupon books, Groupon, and even on the ads in the local map they give you for free). I've found coupons for the Aquarium By the Bay, restaurants, the mirror maze thingy, and The Flyer. You can also go to the Visitor Center office on the 2nd floor of the pier! Just ask politely for coupons, and they'll usually have something. (They gave me 20% off some nice restaurants last time.) As for parking, be careful with street parking because if you are even a minute late, I swear, you'll find a ticket on your windshield! The city ticket workers are like hawks. There is a Pier 39 parking garage that is the closest but costs a lot. You can look for open parking lots further away, like at hotels, which can be cheaper. If you are able to walk, that may be a good option -- or better yet, take public transportation when you can. That is part of the San Francisco experience! One more tip: if it's your first time there, bring a lock to put at the end of the pier! (See photo) There are definitely a multitude of photo opps here!

We all know that their parking lot can be a nightmare, and that varies depending on the time of day. This parking lot is definitely no exception. In actuality, this is probably one of the worst parking lot experiences I've ever had. There's no rhyme a reason to it, it doesn't flow, and unfortunately, the people in the parking lot are pretty indicative of the people shopping in the warehouse. After finally being able to park, and then trying to hunt down a shopping cart, I was in the warehouse and finally shopping. I would consider Mountain View to be fairly civilized location. Boy do they have me fooled. Apparently, shopping carts are the new game of go karts. Everyone is fair game, it's acceptable to push someone or their shopping cart with your own, and run into people and keep going. I thought maybe that was my experience, but as I made my way through the warehouse, it was an everyone experience. I did enjoy the fact that I found some items at this location that I have never seen at the handful of other warehouses that I do shop at, so there is the positive in the story. The lines to check out are absolutely insane and people change lanes with the intent of trying to push someone else out of their way. It goes from being amusing to ridiculous. My plan was to go through self check out, but then one of the Costco employees started picking up all of the hand scanners, and saying that they would no longer be using them because of this particular warehouse, I guess people were not reading things incorrectly, and it wasn't being caught at the door Getting through one of the regular lines was less problematic than it appeared, and the line thankfully moved a lot faster, but not without incident. The people in front of me were literally throwing things onto the "belt", and when some of the jars collided and broke, that made for a lovely smelly mess. By the time I got to the cashier, he had a look of desperation in his eyes, and I promised him that checking me out would be as pain-free as possible. I was glad that I could bring some levity to the situation, and give him a feeling of relief. Definitely not my favorite Costco. Definitely not my favorite shopping experience. Definitely not really planning on going back.
