Mom & Pop stores like these are a dying breed. So, I was glad to bring a Casio G-Shock watch here for quick, while-you-wait battery service. I went to the Fairfield Mall 1st and struck out 3 different places for various reasons. Whipped out the phone and learned of this store. Called the owner, who answered immediately and was able to accommodate my work request on short notice. Little sticker shock at the end, as my multi-feature G-Shock required two batteries. And a $50 out-the-door cash subtraction from the wallet. Ouch. But, that's inflation for ya'. The owner's really nice, and she has a unique store, with a lot of stuff to look at inside while you're waiting. I highly recommend this shop if you need any kind of watch repair! I read about this place on Yelp and came here to get some links taken off a brand new watch. I was in and out of the store in less than ten minutes. The watch sizing cost me $10 (compared to $15 with 20+ minute wait time at Solano Mall) and I am very pleased with the result. The store itself is small, but they have a wide selection of watch bands and watches available. There are also a lot of interesting and unique decorations along the walls, so you won't be bored during your (short) wait! Time Keepers Work Shop definitely does not disappoint. I went here to get my watch adjusted so that it would fit my wrist. The watch repairman was very friendly and said it would take about 5 minutes. He actually finished it in 3 minutes. The service cost me $8.00. I was in and out of the store in about 10 minutes. Not much to say here. Friendly staff, quick service, and inexpensive. When they returned my call, I was told I could have both watches done while I waited and they were available if I wanted to come in right away, which I did. Both watches were fixed while I waited, and one needed a minor repair to get it running again, along with a new XL watch band in the color I wanted, PLUS the buckle was changed to match the watch case. On June 5, 2021 I walked into this quaint little shop to get batteries for a watch and got much more than I bargained for. The service was ok, but the pricing went up from 15 dollars to 48 dollars because I did not have cash. Add to that, the transistor radio I brought in for batteries was destroyed. The wires pulled out and ear bud disconnected. I would not recommend anyone do business here, but especially persons of color. Additionally, the watch battery placed no longer works. Accurate, fast, courteous, affordable. Went in for a battery change on a Relic and another watch. I think I paid 20 dollars for both. (Good deal) The week after battery change the watch stopped working. I went back. She opened the watch again, tested the battery, and recommended a little oil on the gears. I asked her how much and she said she would do it for free! Score! The watch started working again and havent had any problems. She didnt have to do that. But she did. If that didnt work she recommended a cleaning. And offered me a discount. I was the store manager at Tourneau on Santana Row in San Jose. Timepieces are an industry. A very lucrative one. I know how this business works. And I know she she doesnt have to be this nice. Will return for ALL of my watch needs. read more

Wow! Excellent service. He asked if i wanted to wait. Said it would take about 20 minutes. I decided to wait and he was done UNDER 5 minutes. I had a swiss army watch band fixed and 2 batteries replaced for under $35. Would recommend this place for sure if you're in the area and need watch stuff done. read more

I can't say that I have a lot of experience with watches or even wearing watches, but after the release of the smart watch, I just found myself with the urge to buy one. They don't have smart watches for sale here, but I had purchased a new band for my watch online and needed to have some links removed. I brought my watch into the shop, and they lady working was able to remove the links for me right then. She only charged me $10 and I was on my way out the door. NEVER go here! While he may be knowledgeable this guy is dishonest, greedy, and a thief. He wanted to charge me $85 for a battery for my Seiko Kinetic watch (after telling me he wouldn't even open the watch unless I paid him $12)... the best part? There's not even a battery to this watch!!! He has no standard prices for batteries (for my other watches) and when I called him on making up prices in the moment he said "I've got to make a profit". Very unhappy with the service I received dropped my watch off to be repaired owner destroyed the bottom of my watch trying to open it. Then said I had to wait 3 weeks for him to order another bottom unless I could find one sooner, Also my watch was water proof when I brought it to him after i found the part and was given a partial credit my watch is no longer water resistant. The owner also kept my old parts and would not give them back per her said the old parts were his due to the fact he paid for them, what kind of business man does business this way very unhappy. I would never go back nor would I recommend this business to anyone. Also THE STATEMENTS MADE BY HIM ON HIS CORRESPONDENCE ARE INCORRECT, apparently he does not even know his own prices I was charged $150.00 not $120.00, I also was offered a 6 month warranty with the repair the watch has been back 3 times since then his excuse is its a replica Chinese movement. If you don't know how to work on replicas or watches you should not be in that type of business. I also did not get a certification tag saying he tested my watch for waterproofness, I did not try to fix the watch myself if I did there would have been better results then taking it to him. What kind of shop destroys your watch them wants you to wait 3 weeks for parts I would not recommend this shop to anyone, his wife also does repairs at Sears just to give you a heads up not to go there either. read more
