Finally decided to get some of my old watches batteries changed. I happened to find them on yelp and decided to give them a try. I did call first to confirm they were open and that their cart is located inside the mall (close to Macy's first floor) The gentleman was nice and he was really quick. Surpringly the prices are very reasonable too. Prices start at $10 and and up. I was able to watch and wait until he finished. I will definitely be bring more of my watches done. read more

I've had it for several years (thanks to Kohl's for having it marked down to $10 when I copped it!); was in need of a battery replacement. I was heading to Sacramento for the Labor Day Weekend, and I had brought my watch with me to get its battery replaced over the long holiday weekend - as it is quite cheaper to get a battery replacement out there than getting it replaced in the East Bay. Lo, and behold - thanks to Yelp - I found this place while casually strollin' at Solano Town Center, to escape the heatwave & to cool down for a bit after bein' on the road for quite some time. The kiosk was located in the lower level, close to Old Navy, and as I approached the kiosk, a friendly man had simply said to come back for my Casio watch in 10 minutes. That was dope to know, since I was expecting to run other errands within the mall's neighborhood AND then come back for it. After dropping off my watch with Tony, I just strolled around the mall - browsin' at a few stores, and even had time to use the restroom, 'til I made my way back to the kiosk, and voila! It was all ready for me to wear - and the watch battery replacement was only $15.00! Ayeee though, that price is hella fair, in my opinion! I've gotten watch battery replacements at other watch repair chain establishments who must not be named, and it had costed me $40. SMH on my part, lol. I needed two analog watch batteries replaced & Sears is sans. I read several positive reviews about Quick Watch Repair & glad I went. Tony had the prices posted which are reasonable and makes it feel like everyone gets the same price. The Watch batteries, in my case, were ten or eleven USD. I also needed a new band and while at first I thought pricy, it is quality. Also, he discouraged me from choosing a more expensive band. He has a kiosk just outside Macy's & I think he's the only guy doing this service. Macy's told me they send out watches for battery replacement... I believe his wife runs a jewelry kiosk next-door, as she offered to show me watches, while Tony was installing a different battery. Nice couple of few words. I'll plan to have Tony replace all future analog watch batteries. He doesn't replace Iwatch batteries but said he has a friend who does. He had a big jar of spent-watch-batteries, which he estimates are three months worth. Try this place, very reasonably priced, great service. read more

Went to get my grandmas watch battery changed, he quoted me $11.99. Only after he opened it he said there's 3 batteries in there, how would I have known? Waited in silence for a bit for him to give me another quote. I mentioned how I could maybe go to the store and buy them? Not trying to take away from his business but he should have provided another quote or quote once opening the watch to inspect it. He he rudely closed the watch and said that I could go to the store and buy the batteries and do it myself. I was very fortunate to read the reviews of others who gave solid 5s to Quick Watch Repair. I had a new watch that needed the band reduced in size and another watch that needed a battery. I visited Quick Watch Repair yesterday and was overwhelmed with the owner's skill and how quick he fixed my watches. I had been somewhat unsure whether the new watches' band could be shortened as it was put together quite complicatedly. He had me put the watch on to let him know how closely I wanted to fit it on my very narrow wrist. He made the adjustment in less than 5 minutes and it fit my wrist just as I wanted. There were no scratches or anything. In fact, it looked the same as it did before he made the adjustment. It was a piece of cake for him to put a new battery in my other watch.
