I've probably walked past hundreds of kiosks in my lifetime like many of you reading this. On this particular day, I needed some watches worked on and remembered this unassuming kiosk at my local mall. I've visited many of the jewelry boutiques at this mall in the past, but decided on this day to try the kiosk. There I met Tony and I immediately was greeted with a smile and quick "hello sir". I handed him my newly acquired Seiko 5 GMT (Batgirl) which he sized the jubilee bracelet. Took him maybe 4-5 minutes with three test fittings. Done? Not quite. Next up I presented him with a Vintage Nike Mettle Hammer from the 2000's. The battery had died decades ago and it sat dormant in the bottom of a box in my garage until a few days ago. Tony took one look at it and knew exactly what he was looking at. Nike and we'll just call them "other watch repair guys" would defer to another before ultimately refusing to touch it. Tony on the other hand started to put in work. Before you know it two or three customers arrived at his kiosk. Tony acknowledged them and thanked them for their patience. Suffice to say the watch is now flawless! But wait... there's more. I also asked him to recommend a replacement band for another older Citizen Eco Drive where the original band is no longer available according to the Citizen Portal. Originally, it had leather strap with an oyster type clasp. This was my first "fine time piece" I had ever bought and from all places a shop while I was stationed at Kandahar Air Base, Afghanistan. While my other colleagues bought Apple products and protein supplements I bought a nice watches. I wore this watch particular everywhere I went that deployment which probably was unadvisable and probably the main reason the band quickly deteriorated like it did. The watch sat on a windowsill for the most part the remainder of its life until today. After hearing this long winded story Tony recommend a metallic oyster which I never considered because I like my watches original. Tony eventually sold me on the new sportier look and it definitely looks more durable. We chatted while he worked with now an audience of three. No pressure right? Distracting? maybe, but Tony never flinched smiling with light bantering. We found out we once worked the same mall Valley Fair/Santana Row in the 2000's. While we never met previously I found him to be genuinely a good guy. Customer service is excellent. Craftsmanship and expertise top notch. Value... I've shopped other finer boutiques in this mall and found his prices are much lower than their quotes for the same work. I chose "Quick Watch Repair" on a flier and I am very happy with that decision. I will continue to retain Tony as my new "watch guy" going forward. I highly recommend Quick Watch Repair for all of your watch repair needs. Don't be fooled by the kiosk. Ask for Tony. --Robert in Fairfield read more

Battery on 1 of my Casio G-Shock watches went bad. Researched a few other places before coming here, but didn't have much confidence with those other spots. Guy here--Tony I think his name is--looks like he knows what he's doing. And can do a battery swap out from his kiosk while you wait within minutes. Current fee for this service was quoted at $20. He's located on the lower level of the Solano Westfield's Mall close to the old Buffalo Wild Wings entrance. Satisfied customer. read more

I didn't realize that my everyday go-to watch (Casio) had stopped working, and it is my favorite piece of watch to wear! I've had it for several years (thanks to Kohl's for having it marked down to $10 when I copped it!); was in need of a battery replacement. I was heading to Sacramento for the Labor Day Weekend, and I had brought my watch with me to get its battery replaced over the long holiday weekend - as it is quite cheaper to get a battery replacement out there than getting it replaced in the East Bay. Lo, and behold - thanks to Yelp - I found this place while casually strollin' at Solano Town Center, to escape the heatwave & to cool down for a bit after bein' on the road for quite some time. The kiosk was located in the lower level, close to Old Navy, and as I approached the kiosk, a friendly man had simply said to come back for my Casio watch in 10 minutes. That was dope to know, since I was expecting to run other errands within the mall's neighborhood AND then come back for it. After dropping off my watch with Tony, I just strolled around the mall - browsin' at a few stores, and even had time to use the restroom, 'til I made my way back to the kiosk, and voila! It was all ready for me to wear - and the watch battery replacement was only $15.00! Ayeee though, that price is hella fair, in my opinion! I've gotten watch battery replacements at other watch repair chain establishments who must not be named, and it had costed me $40. SMH on my part, lol. Highly recommended to check this kiosk out located in the lower level of Fairfield's Solano Town Center for your watch battery replacements, band size adjustments, and even check out his watches that he's selling! Exemplary service with a smile, courteous attitude, and won't charge you an arm and a leg! Fair prices that has a quick turnaround time - what more could you look for?! Always strive to support local whenever you can!! read more

I needed two analog watch batteries replaced & Sears is sans. I read several positive reviews about Quick Watch Repair & glad I went. Tony had the prices posted which are reasonable and makes it feel like everyone gets the same price. The Watch batteries, in my case, were ten or eleven USD. I also needed a new band and while at first I thought pricy, it is quality. Also, he discouraged me from choosing a more expensive band. He has a kiosk just outside Macy's & I think he's the only guy doing this service. Macy's told me they send out watches for battery replacement... I believe his wife runs a jewelry kiosk next-door, as she offered to show me watches, while Tony was installing a different battery. Nice couple of few words. I'll plan to have Tony replace all future analog watch batteries. He doesn't replace Iwatch batteries but said he has a friend who does. He had a big jar of spent-watch-batteries, which he estimates are three months worth. Try this place, very reasonably priced, great service. read more

I went to have my watch sized and got it done in less than 5 minutes. I found the owner I believe Tony is his name to be straight and honest and a pleasure to talk to. His advice about how to not break my watches moving forward was priceless. It's always refreshing to do business with someone who gives you valuable advise that will save you money. Me not breaking my watch means less business for him but he still looked out for me the customer. He has the most competitive prices around. I never give reviews but the value I received dealing with Tony was well worth my time. Thanks Adam. read more

Went to get my grandmas watch battery changed, he quoted me $11.99. Only after he opened it he said there's 3 batteries in there, how would I have known? Waited in silence for a bit for him to give me another quote. I mentioned how I could maybe go to the store and buy them? Not trying to take away from his business but he should have provided another quote or quote once opening the watch to inspect it. He he rudely closed the watch and said that I could go to the store and buy the batteries and do it myself. Tried to give him my business (love supporting local small businesses *kiosk and not brick and mortars. I've gone to him various times before but I will no longer go there. Superb service. Quickest one I saw change a battery for my watch. I was done in about 3 minutes. I gave him my watch, he changed the battery while I stand there watching him do it. I usually go to that other watch repair at the second level but the battery doesn't seem to last 1 year, so I thought maybe I'll try this guy. read more

I love this place! I just found my new jeweler! My husband bought me an antique watch from the late 70's that needed multiple replacements. I had gone to other jewelers who rejected the repair. I then found Tony from Quick Watch Repair that took on this challenge! Not only was the price amazing, my watch was repaired with original parts and done to perfection! A very difficult challenge that he mastered. Thank you Tony! read more

I was very fortunate to read the reviews of others who gave solid 5s to Quick Watch Repair. I had a new watch that needed the band reduced in size and another watch that needed a battery. I visited Quick Watch Repair yesterday and was overwhelmed with the owner's skill and how quick he fixed my watches. I had been somewhat unsure whether the new watches' band could be shortened as it was put together quite complicatedly. He had me put the watch on to let him know how closely I wanted to fit it on my very narrow wrist. He made the adjustment in less than 5 minutes and it fit my wrist just as I wanted. There were no scratches or anything. In fact, it looked the same as it did before he made the adjustment. It was a piece of cake for him to put a new battery in my other watch. The price was fantastic. I would urge anyone who needs a watch repaired or adjusted to go to Quick Watch Repair. FYI, it is located in a kiosk. read more
