When I made my first purchase Diamonds Forever blew me away with the care and the selection. I e bought many pieces of gold from a 70 gram gold chain to a gold bracelet and several different styles of gold crosse's. Had a little issue with my last gold cross and I was hesitant about bothering Diamonds Forever so it sat in my kitchen cabinet. Then I thought since I was going to the mall for Easter supplies. I stopped in Diamonds Forever and they looked up my phone number and asked to leave it for 6 hours and gave me a receipt to pick up cross after their jeweler fixed it same day free of charge. I went to the other jewelers in the mall to look for what i need and people either didn't have what fit my budget or made me feel bad about my budget being so tight. My husband decided to buy me a "real"ring went and picked one out.Originally 2800 got in on "sale" for 675. Had a second appraisel done and not all "diamonds" tested positive.The Baggets were scratched and broken and it was dipped in gold.Went back and asked for either my money back or better quality ring.Refused to give me back my money but did offer another ring.Picked one out with the "gemonologists" who thought the ring was still not worth the price but was real diamonds and real gold.This was on Thursday.On Saturday one diamond fell off! Went back to the store and the "A" hole said I popped it out !
