After reading all the reviews, I took it to Blue Diamond Jewlers to see if they could repair it. They went out of their way to fix it. The ESQ company went out of business 8 years ago, so the pin was not an easy fix. I want to give a shout out to Teresa who went beyond the call of duty. They could not source a new pin, so she called me and asked if she could send the watch to a company in LA which has watches like mine, and could possibly replace the pin. That company did replace the pin and put the band back together again. And not only that, I was only charged only $15.00 for the repair.
