We had issue after issue and we had to fix things that he said were already done. it was never safe and was in the shop constantly. Since our daughter is getting ready for college, we needed to sell and get something reliable. We tried to sell it ourselves and one gentleman was thinking of buying it and took it on to get someone to look at it before he purchased. There were still so many things wrong and they said that we were so lucky our daughter wasn't in a ditch somewhere. From being a plow truck with rusted power steering lines, brake lines to a rigged O2 censor so it wouldn't alert any problems,,, the list goes on and on. Knowing all the problems, we just couldn't sell it to anyone so we contacted Kent and told him we were turning It back in. Kent (owner of Tip Top) gave us some money but we took a &13k loss. He said he wasn't going to resell the truck because it was dangerous and would take it straight to the auction. FOUR days later he now has it for sale and is advertising the truck for $18,995 On his lot. This is ridiculous. We have paperwork stating all the problems. Run from this place.

Dan was faithful to his word. Everything turned out exactly the way it was supposed to and the transaction was handled in a timely fashion. This year I called Dan to find out if White Allen Honda would be interested in purchasing an auto from me. Dan answered all my questions. I took notes again. Everything Dan told me would happen worked out exactly like he said it would. The transaction was simple and I didn't have to spend a long time waiting for anything to be completed. Since then we have had to put $1000 into it and it still needs the whole front suspension replaced. The transfer case went out and he tried to force my daughter to say she hit something, thank goodness he didn't succeed on that. When transfer case was replaced there was no evidence she hit anything and there was evidence it had been changed before, mechanic thinks the bolts were over tightened and cracked. Because the car has been down and in repair more than its ran my daughter hasn't been able to work, therefore they had no food, no Christmas for the kids, and she's being evicted because she was unable to work. I'm particular about my trucks. Regular cab, 4WD, not white, standard box. After stopping in Arbogast a couple times and not hearing from them I started looking on my own. I found what I was looking for in Lansing, Mi. Arbogast said they could bring it down and I could buy it from them. A week went by. They told me they were working on it. Another week went by - then I was told it was sold. So I contacted the Lansing dealer and bought it from them. So much for Arbogast.

My stepdaughter has a 2020 Sonata she has serviced there. Evidently her husband was told the brakes…read moreneeded to be replaced but he decided not to do them at that time. She asked me to look at the brakes. Evidently someone there decided to torque down the lug nuts including the locknuts well over 300 ft lbs. Torque is supposed to be 81 ft lbs. Her lock nuts including the special tool for removal are basically destroyed. I had to use a 18" breaker bar along with a 2' pipe to break them loose including driving a 3/4" socked on the locknuts to remove them. If she had a flat on the road, there is no way for her to, including a good size man to break these lug nuts loose. What kind of service department lets this kind of crap go on. Nothing professional about it.
