June 17, 2021 Went to Voss today for an oil change and wiper replacement and the service was professional, efficient, courteous and very friendly. They continue to excel in responsiveness in all areas. Highly recommend this dealership. read more

My stepdaughter has a 2020 Sonata she has serviced there. Evidently her husband was told the brakes needed to be replaced but he decided not to do them at that time. She asked me to look at the brakes. Evidently someone there decided to torque down the lug nuts including the locknuts well over 300 ft lbs. Torque is supposed to be 81 ft lbs. Her lock nuts including the special tool for removal are basically destroyed. I had to use a 18" breaker bar along with a 2' pipe to break them loose including driving a 3/4" socked on the locknuts to remove them. If she had a flat on the road, there is no way for her to, including a good size man to break these lug nuts loose. What kind of service department lets this kind of crap go on. Nothing professional about it. read more

Fred is an amazing person to work with and when I need a new car after my 2024 Hyundai Sonata. I will be coming back to see him. Even when I come in for oil changes, he stops what he's doing just to see how I am doing. read more

Excellent customer service in the service office. We were out of town and needed to see about a potential check engine issue. Sandi, immediately had us pull the car in and looked at a couple of things herself before taking us back into the office to set up a potential diagnostic appointment. Would love to have people like this at the dealership back in NC. read more

I have bought 2 cars and have spent tens of thousands of dollars on repairs over the last 15 years with this dealership and they have lost a lifelong customer. I originally paid for an oil change which was never serviced on my car. I came back later to get this fixed. When I came in to collect my car, they charged me again for another oil change. Instead of doing the work for free to rectify the situation they double downed and 4 staff members ganged up on me, manager included and blamed the issue on burning the oil. 7000 miles of oil in 4 months of barely driving the car! That is impossible! Rather than admit the mistake and fix it, they doubled down and said they could fix my engine for $600 and there is good chance it could hurt your engine. All this for 5 Quarts of oil! Never buy or have maintenance preformed from them. If they scammed lifelong customer, they would do it to you! read more

I am not a fan of buying cars or dealing with dealerships, but I recently purchased a 2024 Palisade and I have never had a better car buying experience. Fred Jordan was an excellent Sales Consultant. He was responsive when he needed to be and was respectful while I made the buying decision. Mark Wuebker got me through the paperwork in record time. I would imagine that I will buy another vehicle from them in the future! read more

Things have continued to get better here so its time for an update. I purchased my Hyundai Santa Fe here several years ago, after having gone to a bunch of other dealerships (see original review). Because of how great that experience was, I continued to come here for service. Over the years there have been several minor issues, but they were always made right. Now that my car is out of warranty, I STILL drive up here from Cincy for my service. Their prices are very comparable, and you are rewarded for being a loyal customer. I have never been advised to do anything other than needed. I always wait for my car, and their waiting room is accommodating with drinks, massage chair, TV, and free wifi. Currently they are undergoing major renovations, so sales and waiting are located in the adjacent Land Rover building. I am considering upgrading to a newer model of my Santa Fe and I will for sure be buying it here! No matter who you speak to from receptionists, to sales, to service, to the guy that washes your car... everyone is great! read more

Absolutely the best sales and service departments of any Hyndai dealership I have encountered. Bar none!

Had a great experience with their service center this week. I brought my car in for a 4:30pm appt on Monday and was helped right away. My car was checked out over night & was ready to be picked up at 8:00am on Tuesday. The service was covered under warranty so I payed nothing. read more

Salesman explains to my wife and I that all vehicles on the lot have been through a "rigorous" inspection. I caught a suspicious oil stain on the lot, right where the car used to sit (they move them on their lot like musical chairs). When I started negotiations but before we got to bottomline, the salesman actually said to me that he would not be able to take any reduction off of the price, even $500 BECAUSE they are the largest volume used car dealer in the area??? This is contradictary of course to the thoguht that if you sell more cars than anyone else, then you can take more reductions than a dealer that doesn't sell many used cars. I put it on him at that point about the oil stain. He said, "Oh no not this car." I climbed underneath it and revealed that there was indeed an oil leak... and it was pronounced... dripping even. I told him that was a deal breaker. He quickly replied, I can put that in th contract to fix it prior to delivery to you. I retorted that he would have to guarentee the workmanship, as well as repair it, and I would now expect to have a much better out the door price. He gave my a line about the boss not being there today.... yada yada yada. I won't be back. read more

They need to hire some friendlier staff and either younger or more tech savvy salesmen because the sales staff is pretty under educated with what's going on in the technological world relating to cars and very very rude I won't be back read more

Update: the service manager's excuse for why I wasn't called when my car was ready was that he "thought I had a different area code", even though my phone number is correct in their system and I was receiving updated texts earlier in the evening. Very soft and unacceptable excuse. The ONLY reason I've upgraded to two stars is because they at least agreed to reimburse my Uber rides (which really should be a given) read more

I wouldn't recommend buying a car here at all... a month and a half after purchasing a certified used vehicle, the engine froze while I was out of town and nothing AT ALL was done to help me, they didn't offer to help with the towing, they didn't offer to help with a rental car and the warranty didn't cover any repairs whatsoever.... trust me, go somewhere else read more

We purchased a car from Voss Hyundai a few years ago. It only had 30K miles on it. We have put about 50K on it. We take it into the dealership because the transmission is acting funny. Come to find out it apparently needs a NEW transmission. A 2016 Hyundai Accent with 80K miles on it needs a mew transmission. The service tech guy was very nice believe me it isn't his fault, but explained to me the previous owner was a rental company and that they probably wore the transmission out.....Great, okay? So Voss had no problem selling it to us, but when the warranty is barley passed they take no responsibility. I'm highly HIGHLY disappointed. I had previous cars that had over 200K miles on them and never had a transmission issue. I'm beyond disappointed, I have no words. We will be shopping around for new cars more than likely or getting quotes from other shops as Voss wants to charge $2500. Just a sad situation. You think you buy a reliable car that you're still paying monthly payments on and a transmission goes out at 80K, what a joke. read more

Last weekend we went to test drive a car at Voss Hyundai. Greg T. was the sales rep who had answered my question I had sent online. We had family come into town and wanted to test drive the car as soon as they opened, but he said he had already another appointment at 10AM. So I had asked if someone else would be able to show us the car, but he did not reply to my question. So, we went later, missing out on quality family time because of it. Once there, Greg was short and not very sociable. After the test drive, we wanted to purchase the car if we could come to an agreement. This is when Greg turned into the most rude, brash, and un-diplomatic car sells rep we have ever encountered. The entire time he made us feel like we should be thankful that he is helping us and even willing to consider to sell us a car. It was unbelievable! Needless to say, we did not buy the car and felt like we wasted precious time there. I was very disappointed by this experience. If you end up going there, I highly recommend to meet with a different sales rep. read more

Service shop is not bad for routine maintenance. I went there for the better part of two years. They don't do bad work, but were far from professional with me. Had a car that was disabled given the recent cold winter, had to have it towed. Could have taken it to a closer shop, but chose Voss because that's where I always went. Unfortunately they were mad at me for dropping off my car on a day the service shop wasn't open. Literally had two people ignore me when I asked for help and talk to each other like I wasn't even there. Then I had to wait for someone come tell me they wouldn't give me a rental. From there I had to inconvenience a friend for a ride. When it came time for me to leave the keys there, secretary was very disrespectful and reminded me that the service shop wasn't open on that day. Of course no one plans on car trouble, so this type of reminder is incredibly misguided and inconsiderate. While repairs were being made, correspondence was good between the service shop and myself. When the car was ready to be picked up, I had a friend drive me there, once again taking up his time. When I walked in the dealership, no one greeted me and a few stares made me uncomfortable. I got to the front desk and the secretary joked about the repair cost, saying something like "it's a dandy." I went ahead and paid, walked out to my car, started it up. All seemed well with its operation. I noticed the trip meter had been reset to 0.0 miles, which is pretty standard for other visits I've had to Voss. As I was driving home, I turned on the radio and found that all my presets had been changed. Further inspection revealed that someone had taken all of the quarters out of my center console. Something else that I noticed in past visits is that every service form was signed by technician "Bob." Just seems fishy. And they really pushed too hard for me to trade in my car when it needed some fairly simple repairs. read more

Me and my husband purchased, to cars ay the same time in beavercreek, ohio. I wish I could go back undo everthing. Anyway this is the worse dealership I have been to. Actually, its the only dealership I had problems with. The processed took forever becaz there was only guy doing the financing. Needless to say, it took a whole day just to process one car, and two days for both I am not exaggerating,. Then went back to the, service dept. One would think they would want, your bussiness, especially buying to cars. I didnt want them to kiss my butt. However being, proffesional was all I expected. Example: hi, how may help you Miss. No, they didn't even greet me, and I was the only one there. So I greeted them, and introduced myself. They acted like I was disrupting their day and very rude. This was not, just a one time incident. The first, time it happened . I shook it off, thinking they are having a bad day. It has been like that the three times I have gone in. The, service, dept was the, worse, and I will never buy a car there, again. I also telli everyone I know about the incedent. Now, I stick the, same dealership I had before them. Thee only reason I happenef to go there was I saw an awesome car that someone traded in, and it caught my eye. I didnt want to give them one star, but You have to; to post a comment & review :( read more

I live in Beavercreek and travel to Centerville for the exceptional service I receive from Voss. Other dealerships have recommended repairs and services that I didn't actually need (as evidenced by the second and third opinions I sought out elsewhere). Voss has never recommended outrageous service for my vehicle. They also wash my car after servicing it. Would recommend service here read more

Good customer service at a reasonable price. Nice to be able to book an appointment online. Convenient location,. Nice waiting area.

have referred several people to Voss Hyundai Service department, everyone I have referred tells me the same thing. Excellent service department! I count on the Hyundai dealerships to keep my 13 year old car running smoothly, but am disappointed at my recent visit to Voss Hyundai. I exclusively use Hyundai dealerships for car maintenance (except once when I was directed to AutoZone) when I phoned to make an appointment to get a new battery. That was a different Hyundai dealership. On my recent visit for an oil change and tire rotation I innocently assumed the job I paid for was done, but when my tires kept squeaking during some turns I decided to look and noticed they still looked low. I checked the air pressure and all four tires read 18-20 psi, way too low! I had to put air into the tires myself. It seems obvious to me the tires probably were not rotated, but at the very least the tires should have been inflated to the proper pressure. This happened to me at a previous Hyundai dealership. I always leave my wheel lock visible inside the trunk so there is no reason the tires were not rotated. I am very disappointed with Voss Hyundai. In the future I will only have one service performed at a time (oil change) and have my tires rotated elsewhere. Ladies, especially, be sure to check that the service(s) paid for and requested was done before you leave the dealership. Under-inflated tires are unsafe, and our lives depend on proper tire and brake maintenance. The service associate, Steve, was terrific, but the mechanic makes me wonder if I shouldn't check to make sure the oil was actually changed! What a dangerous rip-off! read more

Bad experience trying to buy a new 2016 Veloster. Wanted a used car but was talked into a new one due to incentives. We went through the options and were able to make a deal Yet was told days later that they could not find the vehicle I wanted. I went on line and found one that I requested and when I contacted Voss salesman I was told they could not get that car from the Indiana dealer because "THEY DIDN'T DO BUSINESS WIT THEM." I called up the dealer in Evansville Indiana and they tried to make a deal were we would both meet in Indianapolis. Had to pay more than VOSS agreed too, but still got a decent deal from the Evansville Hyundai. Then when I tried to bring it to VOSS for service to reset the radio/Control panel they wanted to have me come back in 4 days. They asked if I bought the car there. When I replied "NO", when they had me make an appointment.I looked up the issue on line and RESET the radio/contorl panel with a pen and 5 seconds of my time. read more

It is a shame I have to give a star. This service center is pure slime. One day after having my oil changed, the BOTTOM OF MY CAR FELL OFF ON THE HIGHWAY! I pulled over and managed to shove it up into the metal. I still had an hour left till I was home. As soon as I hit the highway again, it came off again. I limped to the closest exit and purchased tape to repair my car. I call the service chimp-Mark Atwood- and he directed me to "just go to a tire shop and have them throw some bolts in it." Really? Uh no. And am I ok? Did he ask? No. I took my car to the dealer and MARK ATWOOD WHO SHOULD HAVE BEEN FIRED OVER THIS-saw me pull into the garage and HID in his office. I spoke to what looked and smelled like a drunk who took my car away to fix it. (Later I had to remove and wash the seat cover my car smelled like a drunk donkey had been in it). Meanwhile I spoke to the Service Manager who had NO CLUE this had happened, despite my several calls. They said they would order a new bottom for my car and bolted the destroy one back. I waited....NO CALL. I called, no one knew anything about a part. I was at this point, DONE. I contacted Mr. Voss, who claims to be the greatest dealer in the midwest, and never mad it past his secretary. I eventully had to call in the big guns and get a case advocate assigned from Hyundai USA who took MONTHS to get my car repaired-but NOT at Voss. Trust me, do not use this service department and STAY FAR AWAY FROM MARK ATWOOD. read more

I am not typically a person to write reviews or speak negatively about a business, however, I believe that my experience at Voss is important for others looking to get their car serviced at Voss. I bought my new SUV from Voss Sept of 2013. I was told that they offer great service so I decided to get my routine oil changes done at Voss even though it is 25 minutes from my house. My second oil change in my brand new car resulted in me finding a quart of oil on my garage floor the next morning. I brought it back to Voss for them to tell me that it was a faulty part on the car and they took no ownership on their poor service. They did not refund me but did offer to pay for my next oil change free of charge. I gave them a second chance and made a huge mistake. The same scenerio happened again. (Another quart if oil on my garage floor the morning after an oil change at Voss). When I brought it back they said the washer seal around the plug cracked and it was due to poor design. ( which the manager later said that they over tightened the seal) They also told me they could not refund my money but would offer to pay for a future oil change. (I think not) I asked to speak to the service manager, who was very kind. He DID refund my money before I left the dealership. He also mixed up a bottle of liquid that would help me clean the oil off my garage floor again. Needless to say, two quarts of oil on my garage floor and only 4 oil changes at Voss is not a great track record. You are better off getting your routine oil changes at a Jiffy Lube. I'm not going back. read more
