I had to get a new car sooner than expected when the transmission in my old car decided to become a 3 piece combo platter. I was nervous knowing I have a credit score in the Low 400's I went into JD Byrider, to crunch some numbers, and Lo and behold I drive off the Lot with a 2011 Mercury Mariner with under 100k on the clock. Yes the interest rate is astronomical, yes I over paid for the car but I needed a solution. JD Byrider helped deliver that solution. What else am I going to do with a credit score this low, thanks guys. read more

They can actually treat their buyers, with more respect, especially their Finance Company, CNAC Financial. If I had ever been more than 10 days late, they would threaten to repo my car. Yet after I pay it off they say it will be 30 to 45 days before I get my title. WTH? How is that fair treatment. Do yourself and your credit history a favor and don't use them. You are better off, and get treated better at drive time. read more

The Service dept there is fantastic. Up front with you, keeps you posted and fair pricing. Guy who runs the desk if great for as much as he does, always checks on his customers. Appreciate you guys read more

They won't call you back unprofessional and argue with you even when they are wrong and you have prove. This place is ridiculous and unprofessional don't get a car from here go to right way or drive time. You will get treated better plus all their cars are 10 years old or better with 100,000 plus. read more

Maybe the worst decision I've made in years walking through their doors. The Service Department is substandard at best. No one should do business there unless you are absolutely positive that you cannot get financed anywhere else. Good little scam they got going down there read more

Very much dissatisfied with this company. I bought a 2015 Buick encore on November 15, 2023. The same night the car was over heating (literally boiling). The car cannot drive for a full 5 minutes before overheating. I go get an oil change on November 16th and I'm told that my antifreeze is leaking into my oil pan and that I have a blown head gasket. I was sold a car with a blown head gasket. Jeff, the salesperson sat and watched me make a 5 star review (kind of forced) and its making me think he needs that because his real reviews are bull crap. No way i should have been sold a car with a blown head gasket. I haven't had the car a full 24h and it had extreme problems. not minor. I do not recommend this place at all please listen to me. They real money hungry. Very money hungry its disgusting. I'm disgusted and very dissatisfied. read more

PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU COME HERE!!! I HAVE EDITED MY REVIEW WITH UPDATES SEVERAL TIMES!! Every time I bring my car in for service that's under warranty, I never get it back when I'm told it will be done. The service department rarely answers the phone and even when I leave messages, I do not get a call back. My car has been there for 3 days now, and yes, I attempted to get in contact with no response. Here we are going into a holiday weekend and I have no transportation after telling them I needed my car back before the weekend. The service center at this location is awful..and not just with customer service. If it wasn't for my warranty, I would never bring my car here! UPDATE: I just went to them to check on status of my car. I called the number listed by owner below. It's the same number I've been calling and not getting an answer. MY CAR HAS NOT EVEN BEEN TOUCHED! Now I have to wait another 2 days!! They will reimburse me for a rental, but would take 3 to 4 weeks. I can't afford that!! Honestly, I swear I cannot wait til I'm done with this company!! This is the WORST experience!! And I will be posting my experience on all my social media to warn others not to make this mistake since they don't want to communicate with me and get this resolved! SECOND UPDATE: It's been 3 months. My car is still not fixed! In Nov, I was told you were short staffed and it would be a week or two. In December, same excuse and because of holidays. I have tried calling several times this last week and no one answers the phone. I left a voicemail last week..still no response. My vehicle is under warranty for the repairs. At this point, I'm thinking about hiring an attorney. You are not honoring your own warranty contract. UPDATE AGAIN: MY CAR IS BACK..FOR THE SAME ISSUE SINCE OCT. THIS TIME ITS BEEN THERE SINCE APR 1. NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE TO IT!!!!! THE EXCUSE IS ALWAYS THAT SOMEONE HAS QUIT. 2 WEEKS AGO, THERE WERE 5 CARS AHEAD OF MINE. AS OF TODAY, THEY TRIED TO TELL ME THERE WERE 7 CARS. WHEN I ASKED HIM HOW THAT WAS, OH HE MIS-COUNTED. SINCE OCT, JD BYRIDER HAS HAS HAD MY CAR MORE THAN I HAVE. IM LITERALLY PAYING FOR A CAR THAT IM UNABLE TO USE!!! THE ONLY RRASON I TAKE IT THERE IS BECAUSE OF THE WARRANTY!! AT THIS POINT, I FEEL LIKE THEY'RE JUST TRYING TO LET MY WARRSNTY RUN OUT SO THEY DONT HAVE TO FIX THE STUFF THATS WRONG WITH IT. I HAVE GIVEN THEM 1 WEEK TO HAVE MY CAR FIXED AND FIXED RIGHT THIS TIME..NO MORE CHANCES. AFTER THAT, I WILL BE LOOKING FOR AN ATTORNEY FOR BREACH OF CONTRACT. 3 read more

You receive a warranty when you get a car here and they've kept my car for 2 and a half months leaving me with nothing and have treated me horribly about this whole thing. They've never reached out to me I had to personally reach out every time to know why was going on with my car. I've never missed a payment since I've had the car for almost a year now. I would never recommend buying a car from this place to my worst enemy read more

I recently had my car serviced at this location and on Thursday I went to pick up my vehicle. I paid over 1500 dollars and while using my credit card the service employee ran my card twice billing it over 3000.00 I was mad and requested my money back and he called the manager and she stated that there is nothing she could do causing an overdraft fee at my bank. I then call corporate and they said they will get back with me and no one ever did. After all of the financial problems they caused me the still failed to properly repair my vehicle read more

Service department will lie to you and take advantage of you if they think you are young enough.

Horrible experience with this dealership. I bought a car from them and paid 1k down payment and one week later they repoed the vehicle stating they couldn't verify my employment when my employer said no one ever contacted them for employment verification. I asked the dealership for my down payment back and they threatened me with fraud. I should've sued them for it. Do not do business with these people!!! read more

My brother in laws car was at the service center and we showed up on a Saturday to pick it up not realizing the service center was closed. The guy who claimed to be the "manager" or the guy who "runs the whole dealership", I did not catch his name, instead of being a good manager or at the least a decent human being, told my brother in law that he didn't need his attitude, before he even had an attitude we were just bummed we drove 40 miles to pick up the car nothing. At that point my brother got upset for the treatment he was receiving and started to get upset, and told him he need to watch how he spoke to paying customers and it's hard to believe he is the manager.(some curse words used in process) This man then told us we needed to leave the property or he was gonna call the cops on us for trespassing and make sure we never get his car back. Let it be noted my in law has never missed or been late on a payment. Quite simply if you want a good buying experience with someone who at least treats you like a person or cares the least bit, JD Buyrider is not the place for you. Manager guy if you see this all you needed to say without the attitude, was "I'm truly sorry for the misunderstanding if our website does say we are open today I will make sure we get that fixed. I am unable to get you your car with the service center closed, I'm sorry for the inconvenience but you will have to come back on Monday." read more

I'd give zero stars if i could. Never experienced such terrible customer service. The service tecs are slow and rude good luck if anything goes wrong with your car. For more than one reason. read more
