I have a buddy whose mom went here to look at a 2002 Toyota Camry, she purchased it without having…read moreanyone look it over her fault. However she said the dealer whose name was stan, assured her the car was fine etc. that car has been the devil. After replacing catalytic converters, exhaust, fuel injectors, and a bevy of sensors, oh and the first time it rained it had about four inches of water sitting on back floor boards. We now have it to where the ecm has gone out. Long story short, After some detective work I discovered his name is not Stanley and he has a extensive history of run ins with the law. I'm not surprised by any stretch of the imagination. He took advantage of my friends 70 year old mother and for that I hope he burns for eternity.

Went in and drove a 2018 Ford Edge on 09/11/2025. Should have left immediately when there were no…read moreprices posted on any of the vehicles and I was given them all verbally upon request. Also noticed that a lot of the prices I was given seemed a little low. "Stanley" was very pleasant. I asked if he was okay with me driving the Edge to Dayton and having a shop look it over for me as I am in no way a mechanic. He told me I was welcome to do so. When I took it to the shop in Dayton, they put in on their lift. Within 2 minutes of inspecting it, they called me over to show me the "substantial oil leak". Oil all over the undercarriage. The mechanic advised me that it was likely an issue with the turbo on the engine, apparently a common issue for the make/model. That I would be looking at 4-5k to have them replace it. Obviously not going to immediately dump $5k into a used car (asking price at the dealership was $10k). Upon returning the Edge to the dealership and notifying him of the oil leak, "Stanley" informed me that his mechanic had just replaced the turbo. That his mechanic must have pinched something in doing so. He said he would have his mechanic fix the issue and that I was welcome to have it inspected once again. Things happen, and he seemed pretty genuine so I gave him the benefit of the doubt. I took my mom back with me that following Monday as I had full intentions of purchasing after the new inspection was complete. The Edge was scheduled for a complete inspection at noon. My mom drove the Edge while I drove her car so we wouldn't be stuck at the shop during the inspection process. We never made it to the new inspection. 10 minutes onto the highway she is calling me because she can feel something DRAGGING below the SUV. We took the nearest exit to find that they had "FORGOTTEN" to bolt the undercarriage back on. 45 minutes later his mechanic shows up apologizing because there was a "miscommunication" and he was responsible for not putting it back on. While waiting for the mechanic, we also noticed that we were given EXPIRED dealer tags. We did NOT purchase the vehicle, SUPER SHADY, and will be in contact with the BMV about the expired tags they sent with us. What kind of dealership sends customers with expired tags? A SHADY ONE. Total waste of our time.

I came and drove it, seemed like a good truck, so I financed it. I went by their word as a dealer that I was getting a fair tuck. 30 min to leaving the shop check engine light came on. Camshaft position sensor, changed it, engine light is still on only for same thing. IDK next day discovered snapped leaf springs. After changing the camshaft sensor they reset the check engine light. IDK if this is true but it takes about 40 min for the light to come on after resetting it. This really leaves me to think they turned it off to hide it from the buyer. Now when I turn popping noises happen, another suspension problem. Not to mention the amount of rust and the 1 brand new piece under the truck which someone straight piped the truck to hide there is no catalytic convertor. This also was not told to me prior to buying. Nothing but good was told to me at sell. I have tried several times which I can prove for them to make this right. I am a paycheck to paycheck guy. I trusted them and was completley taken advantage of. I will say I am obtaining a mechanic report and filing suit in the next week. Now I pray my experience is enough for others to see they need to do all they can so this dont happen to them. This guy was so worried about my review and nothing to do with the lemon he sold me. His only care was reviews. Protect yourself!!!!! Oh, he did say I could get the truck fixed there but I would pay for it because this is my truck now. This is the person you are dealing with. KNOW THAT PROTECT YOURSELF!!!! Go through and read the people that had a bad experience. These are hard working people who placed their trust in this dealer and read how he argues with them. Tough guy behind a computer. I think it shows a lot about a mans character not in the best but the worst and how he reacts to the worst ones. I wish to God I had read reviews before going to this place.

At an extremely…read morehectic period in my life, the process was very pleasant due to Matt's stupendous service. He spent a considerable amount of time asking me questions about my needs and what I was looking for so that he could genuinely find me a car that was fit to my unique style, credit/income, and practical day-to-day needs. Being from out of state and in dire need, Matt ensured that I could complete paperwork online - he made sure that I received the paperwork, walked me through it so that I understood all of the information detailed in the fine lines, and the appropriate areas were initialed and signed. Additionally, Matt set up all of the logistics so that my car could be delivered to me in a way that was both time and cost-effective. This genuine approach is what makes Matt stand out from any other car salesman and car buying experience I've had in the past. In the past, I have DREADED just the idea alone of buying a car and all the activities that go into the car-buying process, but my recent experience has changed my perception. I look forward to working with Matt again in the future, andI highly recommend anyone who is looking to buy, trade, or lease a car to work with Matt for their needs!

Coincidentally I was on my way to the Mercedes dealership for a appointment when driving down 75 I ran over a nail. Not only did they fix my flat and had to fit me into their busy schedule but they didn't even charge me. I can't thank Joey and his wonderful team of techs enough. I have to say as I wanted for my car to be done I witnessed Joey with other customers and each and every one of them was treated with such kindness and he truly is genuine. 100% amazing!!! Gina

I'm particular about my trucks. Regular cab, 4WD, not white, standard box. After stopping in Arbogast a couple times and not hearing from them I started looking on my own. I found what I was looking for in Lansing, Mi. Arbogast said they could bring it down and I could buy it from them. A week went by. They told me they were working on it. Another week went by - then I was told it was sold. So I contacted the Lansing dealer and bought it from them. So much for Arbogast.

AVOID CHEVROLET OF TROY AT ALL COSTS!!! Monday 8/3/26, my…read morehusband and I went in and looked at a 2013 Suburban. We sat down with Elijah Kline to discuss purchasing this nice vehicle. He wrote up a purchase agreement which my husband signed. Elijah told us we could not put a down payment on the vehicle because it was not yet inspected but don't worry I'll hold it for you. We heard him make the call and request that it be transferred to him as the salesman. We asked him if we should put earnest money down on it to hold it. He said no you can't do that until after a vehicle has been inspected. He said there's one vehicle ahead of it to be inspected so it should be inspected tomorrow (Tuesday). Elijah assured us he would call us and keep us in the loop for when the inspection is completed so we can come in and close the deal. He even wrote up a purchase agreement with us. Tuesday morning 8/4/26, I received a text (photo uploaded) response to our Monday online inquiry about that suburban listing saying the vehicle is available and asking if I would like to schedule a time to come in to look at the suburban. I texted back immediately and said we have already looked at it and have a purchase agreement signed on that vehicle. We were told we had to wait for the inspection before we could complete the deal. I also told them I don't think anybody should be looking at it as we have a purchase agreement or arranged for that vehicle with Elijah Kline. Elijah called my husband Tuesday and told him he thought it would be inspected that afternoon and he would call us back once the inspection was completed and left the impression that we could finish the sale Tuesday evening. We waited and waited for a call which never came. We finally called and he said the vehicle had not been inspected and hoped it would go in Wednesday morning. He amended that saying that he would see to it that it was inspected Wednesday morning. Wednesday 8/5/26, no call all day. So, my husband called in at 4pm to see what what's going on with this suburban. At 4:11 PM, The sales manager called my husband back. He explained to the manager what was going on and that it seemed like it was taking an exceedingly long amount of time to get an inspection done on a what's going on with this suburban. At 4:11 PM, The sales manager called my husband back. My husband explained to the manager what was going on and that it seemed like it was taking an exceedingly long amount of time to get an inspection done on a vehicle that had a purchase agreement on it. The manager said he would check into it. He asked for my husband's phone number, but never called him back after that. So my husband called the dealership again this time speaking with Elijah Kline at 5:08pm. Elijah said that the vehicle still had not been inspected, but if we would like to put a hold on it we could do that. (even though he told us Monday, we couldn't do that before an inspection was done). He said it would be $500 to put a hold on it and he would get the information to someone who would call my husband back within 15 to 20 minutes to secure that hold on the suburban. An hour and a half later still no call. So at 6:40 PM, my husband called back in yet again because no one had called us. A man said that Elijah was still with a customer, but he would get him a message and make sure he called my husband before he left for the day. About 10 minutes later, the same man who was going to leave Elijah a message to call my husband before he leaves for the day called us back. This man told my husband, "I have some bad news. That suburban you had a purchase agree signed on has just been sold. However, I have a 2019 Buick Enclave for around the same price that I could sell you." We called in enough times about this vehicle that there is nobody in that dealership that could've possibly not known we were pursuing a purchase AND had a purchase agreement on this very vehicle. It appears that it was an internal sale to someone inside the dealership who decided they wanted the vehicle and didn't want to sell it to a customer. This is NOT a dealership that stands by its word or paperwork and lacks even a modicum of ethical integrity!!!! This business is UNPROFESSIONAL and UNTRUSTWORTHY!!!
