Called again and the lady said she would relay the message to the service dept. No response. Called again and left another voice mail. No response. Tried the online chat and was told they would get back to me. No response. Called again and cancelled the appointment and told them I would find another dealer. I paid all cash for my car and tried to see if they would knock at least a little bit off the car and was told and shown all the "work and money" they put into the car so they couldn't drop the price. I bought a 2005 Honda Accord. This car has the screen navigation system and I was told that it needed the updated cd for the navigation system and that they would get me one. I was also reassured that they checked the navigation system and that it worked. Well I slept on it and thought about it for the night and decided to go ahead and buy it the next day. Right after I bought it I noticed that there is a big dent in the side of the car 3 hours after I purchased the car my check engine light came on and turned out I needed to replace 1 of the sensors. Then noticed that the oil, break fluid, power steering fluid, and coolant was all below the minimum line. 3 days later I get notified that I am going to have to buy the navigation cd myself that they can't give me 1 like I was originally told. 4 days after I got the car the oil change light came on. Not even a week After that the alternator went bad and I had to get that replaced as well. The battery that came with the car was too small for the battery. Then not even 10 days after buying the car I had to replace all 4 tires due to being dry rooted. When getting the tires replaced I also had to replace the routers and the break pads and get an alignment. I finally get the navigation cd in the mail (that's the only way to buy it plus it was over 100$ alone) and find out that the cd player the navigation system is in is broken and that they also lied about that. and now I can't get anyone from voss to contact me or answer me. The crazy part about that is I am trying to contact someone to see where and how I can get the navigation system fixed because I can't even control or turn on my AC it has to be done through that navigation screen. and I need AC before summer because one again I have a child and a newborn. I am highly upset because I paid 5,000 for the car and had to put over 3,000$ into it already after being promised and reassured and shown on paper that all of this work had just been done. I stressed over and over the importance of needing a safe car and if I would have been told truthful information I would have bought a newer nicer car with less milage on it. The fact that they are going to lie to someone and saying and show whatever they feel like just to get a sale blows my mind. Especially when I stressed to them that I had kids. Not only did these damages and issue affect me but they also affected my children. My daughter had to miss over half a day of school because of the alternator then every time we pass the spot that the tires blew she gets anxious and talks about it. Plus now I am behind on all my bills almost lost my home all because some guy just had to make a sale. I had to spend my whole entire savings on fixing a car that I had just purchased. I even stressed to them that I was going to be on unpaid maternity leave that I needed a car that I wouldn't have to worry about for a couple of months. I will now never go there or buy from there again and I will make sure every person I know never buys from there I will do anything in my power to make sure someone I know doesn't get scammed or ripped off just because some A-hole wants to make a sale.

I am not here to ruin anyone reviews are to let you know my experience period. I seen a truck on…read moremarket place said zero issues, runs great and more info on the truck. I came and drove it, seemed like a good truck, so I financed it. I went by their word as a dealer that I was getting a fair tuck. 30 min to leaving the shop check engine light came on. Camshaft position sensor, changed it, engine light is still on only for same thing. IDK next day discovered snapped leaf springs. After changing the camshaft sensor they reset the check engine light. IDK if this is true but it takes about 40 min for the light to come on after resetting it. This really leaves me to think they turned it off to hide it from the buyer. Now when I turn popping noises happen, another suspension problem. Not to mention the amount of rust and the 1 brand new piece under the truck which someone straight piped the truck to hide there is no catalytic convertor. This also was not told to me prior to buying. Nothing but good was told to me at sell. I have tried several times which I can prove for them to make this right. I am a paycheck to paycheck guy. I trusted them and was completley taken advantage of. I will say I am obtaining a mechanic report and filing suit in the next week. Now I pray my experience is enough for others to see they need to do all they can so this dont happen to them. This guy was so worried about my review and nothing to do with the lemon he sold me. His only care was reviews. Protect yourself!!!!! Oh, he did say I could get the truck fixed there but I would pay for it because this is my truck now. This is the person you are dealing with. KNOW THAT PROTECT YOURSELF!!!! Go through and read the people that had a bad experience. These are hard working people who placed their trust in this dealer and read how he argues with them. Tough guy behind a computer. I think it shows a lot about a mans character not in the best but the worst and how he reacts to the worst ones. I wish to God I had read reviews before going to this place.

Coincidentally I was on my way to the Mercedes dealership for a appointment when driving down 75 I ran over a nail. My tire quickly was going flat I took the next exit and pulled into Dave Arbodast Buick. I was met by the sweetest older gentleman who quickly bought me in and handed me over to Joey. Not only did they fix my flat and had to fit me into their busy schedule but they didn't even charge me. I can't thank Joey and his wonderful team of techs enough. I'm particular about my trucks. Regular cab, 4WD, not white, standard box. After stopping in Arbogast a couple times and not hearing from them I started looking on my own. I found what I was looking for in Lansing, Mi. Arbogast said they could bring it down and I could buy it from them. A week went by. They told me they were working on it. Another week went by - then I was told it was sold. So I contacted the Lansing dealer and bought it from them. So much for Arbogast.

INCREDIBLE people to deal with !…read more My New Car Salesman Kevin, and the dealership owner Jacob were incredible from start to finish on my wife's new Tahoe RST. I think this is our 5th or 6th New Car Purchase from them and I cannot say enough about their level of care and professionalism, to the point that it was difficult for us to find the time to get there to pick up the Tahoe due to work and children, the BROUGHT IT TO OUR DRIVEWAY 30 minutes away from them !!!!! I had shopped every dealership within 100+ miles too and some dealers beat them on a part of the deal to make it look better than it was, but when running the total numbers at the end, Chevrolet of Troy came out on top by $1,000s which made us incredibly happy buyers. Do not get fooled by advertising and marketing campaigns from dealerships that offer crazy prices that for this reason or that reason will not honor them once you get there, 99% of them will do that to you......Chevrolet of Troy not only honored their advertised price but found $1,000 more for us on this particular truck due to an incentive that was just coming into the market.......they could have not told us that and pocketed the $1,000 difference, we had totally agreed to pay that, but they did not and that alone left such an impression me that they will continue to be our "go to" place every time we purchase ! Integrity is worth more than Money, and I feel that the entire team at Chevrolet of Troy proved to me that they do truly care about their customers. This team is the benchmark for what all car dealerships should strive to be ! HIGHLY RECOMMEND !!

Chevy of Troy…read moredidn't just use tricky sales tactics--they went out of their way to dodge real conversations about the car's value and hammered relentlessly on monthly payments to trap me into a bad deal. It was manipulative and downright insulting. To add insult to injury, they tried to nickel-and-dime me for a missing vehicle charger that should have been included from the start. And then they completely botched my vehicle registration, leaving me to deal with the bureaucratic mess on my own. It's beyond unacceptable. If you want honesty, transparency, or even a basic level of professional integrity, do yourself a favor and stay far away from this dealership. They deserve every bit of this one-star review.
