I think this is our 5th or 6th New Car Purchase from them and I cannot say enough about their level of care and professionalism, to the point that it was difficult for us to find the time to get there to pick up the Tahoe due to work and children, the BROUGHT IT TO OUR DRIVEWAY 30 minutes away from them !!!!! I had shopped every dealership within 100+ miles too and some dealers beat them on a part of the deal to make it look better than it was, but when running the total numbers at the end, Chevrolet of Troy came out on top by $1,000s which made us incredibly happy buyers. Do not get fooled by advertising and marketing campaigns from dealerships that offer crazy prices that for this reason or that reason will not honor them once you get there, 99% of them will do that to you......Chevrolet of Troy not only honored their advertised price but found $1,000 more for us on this particular truck due to an incentive that was just coming into the market.......they could have not told us that and pocketed the $1,000 difference, we had totally agreed to pay that, but they did not and that alone left such an impression me that they will continue to be our "go to" place every time we purchase ! Integrity is worth more than Money, and I feel that the entire team at Chevrolet of Troy proved to me that they do truly care about their customers. And then they completely botched my vehicle registration, leaving me to deal with the bureaucratic mess on my own. It's beyond unacceptable. He told me that they did not have time to run a diagnostic on the electronics but they would get to it the next day and the cost would be $140. "Did you test the battery?" I asked. "No but we will when ready we run the diag on the electronics. The battery test is included." he answered. Then I asked "Why run the diag?" "Because the car wouldn't start." It was logical to me that a simple battery test would be the first thing to do. Josh had ruined my trust it was obvious that he was trying to scam me. I'm finished with Arbogast. After 34 years of buying and servicing my vehicles at Troy Ford\Arbogast dealerships, I have no need for them.

I'm particular about my trucks. Regular cab, 4WD, not white, standard box. After stopping in Arbogast a couple times and not hearing from them I started looking on my own. I found what I was looking for in Lansing, Mi. Arbogast said they could bring it down and I could buy it from them. A week went by. They told me they were working on it. Another week went by - then I was told it was sold. So I contacted the Lansing dealer and bought it from them. So much for Arbogast.

This time after having a semi truck hit our truck I was more than willing to allow them to fix it and they were my first choice..However, after having a very initial rude first encounter, followed by miscommunication between my insurance company and myself and trying to get it straightened out. Then speaking to another person in the office and her basically telling me that she didn't understand what I didn't understand after asking a question. I called my insurance company and told them I was taking my truck somewhere else. I am very saddened by the lack of customer service. It is apparent that they have enough work and won't need my business but I truly couldn't believe the way the talk to people. Not everyone is familiar with the way things work in this type of industry and while your not always helping people customer service would have gone a long way.

Terrible workmanship and very dishonest. The person at the counter told me that if I would get the…read morerust protection in addition to the window that I was getting re-tinted, he would have my car detailed for me. They then refused to detail it. He claimed he never said that. I had a bubble in my original back window tint from the Sun. I wanted the back window tint removed and replaced. The rep told me that I had to sign a waiver stating that, even though they used chemicals and a hot air gun to remove old tint, there was a chance that a small portion might not come off and would have to be scraped. There was a chance that that may damage the defroster. I asked him what are the chances that that would happen? He said the guy that was doing my job and 25 years of experience and it was extremely rare to cut through the defroster circuit. Based on his claim of "extremely rare", I signed the waiver. They scraped away nearly my entire defroster and antenna. Picture attached. I presented the window issue to two experienced tinting companies. They were aghast. Both said that they guaranteed that job had I done it with either of them, with no waiver. They said there are chemicals to remove old tint and you never, ever use a razor blade near a window defroster. It cost me $667 to get the window replaced so I can have a working defroster and antenna again. And another $139 to get it re-tinted. I can't find my bill right now but I think I spent over $800 with Ziebart that day. It cost me $806 to correct their terrible workmanship.
