The only thing they did was wipe the dash and shine the tires. There was garbage from the first over in the center console, glove box, and under the seats. Was not vacuumed. They told me to call to BRING IT BACK to be detailed... About 6 months go by, I explained how the vehicle was starting to overheat, ABS/traction light came on, radio would not work ( I purchased a bumper to bumper warranty.). I was informed they could not replicate the overheating issue. On the way home, vehicle started over heating, coolant leaking everywhere from my hood to my windshield. Within an hour of leaving the dealership, I had to have it towed back to the dealership, which I was not reimbursed after multiple attempts. They had my car for TWO MONTHS. I had to receive a whole new engine because it had blown. (Radio never got fixed.) After picking up the vehicle I immediately called and spoke with the manager to inform her it was doing the same thing again with the coolant temperature. I asked if they fixed the problem that caused the engine to blow or just swapped engines. I was assured "it got a whole new (used) engine. There shouldn't be any problems". Fast forward a few weeks, power steering fluid had a leak caused from swapping the engine (so I was told). A month after the engine was placed... surprise surprise the CHECK ENGINE LIGHT shines bright. Auto parts store scanned. Coolant thermostat needs REPLACED. I'm thinking this was the problem in the first place. If I didn't have a warranty through this dealership, I would not take my vehicle to be serviced here again or buy another vehicle from them. I was so excited for my vehicle and it's been nothing but a nightmare.

It was quick repair with very little turnaround. I'm so glad to have a small town dealer that I can really trust. They take very good care of me. He told me that they did not have time to run a diagnostic on the electronics but they would get to it the next day and the cost would be $140. "Did you test the battery?" I asked. "No but we will when ready we run the diag on the electronics. The battery test is included." he answered. Then I asked "Why run the diag?" "Because the car wouldn't start." It was logical to me that a simple battery test would be the first thing to do. Josh had ruined my trust it was obvious that he was trying to scam me. I'm finished with Arbogast. After 34 years of buying and servicing my vehicles at Troy Ford\Arbogast dealerships, I have no need for them.

My tire quickly was going flat I took the next exit and pulled into Dave Arbodast Buick. I was met by the sweetest older gentleman who quickly bought me in and handed me over to Joey. Not only did they fix my flat and had to fit me into their busy schedule but they didn't even charge me. I can't thank Joey and his wonderful team of techs enough. I found what I was looking for in Lansing, Mi. Arbogast said they could bring it down and I could buy it from them. A week went by. They told me they were working on it. Another week went by - then I was told it was sold. So I contacted the Lansing dealer and bought it from them. So much for Arbogast.

Unfortunately, my experience was frustrating. I had tint installed on my new Traverse at the Troy…read morelocation, and after the initial installation I found scratches along both side windows and a chip in the windshield banner. I brought it back to have the issues addressed, but after picking it up, I discovered debris trapped underneath the passenger-side tint as well. I had to make multiple trips from Huber Heights to Troy to address these issues and ultimately had the passenger window redone at the Poe Avenue location. While the issue was eventually corrected, customer service did not provide any compensation for the repeated issues, inconvenience, or multiple trips required to get the installation done correctly. Hopefully, the company can improve its quality control and customer service when issues like this occur.
