My understanding of micro soldering is taking a pen point sized spot on a microchip and attaching a smaller wire. This place is awesome. Needless to say my experience with getting basic services was absolutely horrible. Over the course of three months I was given every excuse from we are on vacation to we had to order new print heads to can we not put your computer back together because it's not going to work but we would like to keep it. I recommend epson to remove this place from their list of repair shops. They are clearly only use to doing business with a certain type of people that I'm not a part of. It was extremely disappointing to receive the type of service that I did. The lack of people inside the business and the communication within the operation should have been an immediate red flag.....if your printers serviced I would stay far away from this place if your looking for common decency customer service. I would have given them no stars if it was possible. They were very nasty to me. It's now almost March and I'm just now able to pick up my printers that are not repaired with a $400 bill.
