Crab legs were so dry it was really awful. I won't be going back any time soon. For that kind of money, I can go somewhere good

Reservations are bad because their slots don't allow more people. I think the people checking in are ok so far as far as customer service.

They are very disorganized when it comes to reservations and the wait list. Food is worth waiting for - especially the chicken!

I don't see my reservation for tonight at 7pm? It say make a reservation . I only got directed to Yelp cause it says I have a reservation. Super confused. I wanted to update my reservation to 3 .

In order to make changes to existing reservations, you need to call Treasure Island directly. At least that is what I had to do. I couldn't find any way to edit or modify.

    Do they have kids prices?

With the smoking now being limited to a specific area, that room if you walk through is VERY potent) and in a middle section so if you are walking on the back part, you have to go through it or take a large detour. This casino used to be a little looser but is not showing those signs which is a bummer. It has expanded as they now have even more hotel towers so I guess it is a supply and demand thing. This last weekend we stayed in the buffalo tower. The room was very new and in excellent condition. HOWEVER, the walls were very thin. We woke up to a toddler (?) laughing in the room next to us and it sounded as if the toddler were standing right next to our bed. There was also a good inch gap under the doors so that made us realize the privacy was not as private as you would hope. Overall the dining is a bit disappointing as well, but there are a lot of bars and the drinks are totally reasonable which I can appreciate. My husband went down to the front desk on the morning of our departure and asked about late checkout. He also asked what time the lagoon opened. He asked if the swim up bar is open at the same time as when the lagoon opens and the attendant said she didn't know because she isn't a alcoholic. I found that to be a odd statement for someone at the front desk to say. A simple "oh i'm not sure" would have been way more appropriate...

Then on the left side is the adult section. There's a swim up bar, indoor and outdoor pool and couple of hot tubs. We hungout at the swim up bar until near closing time. I didn't have time to go down the water slide. Bowling is on the otherside of hotel lobby and restaurants throughout the casino. I'm amazed this casino has become more family friendly.

Also, a heads up that a lot of the reviews and photos seem outdated, so I'd definitely check it out for yourself. Treasure Island has put a lot of money and resources into their space over the last few years. I love that Treasure Island keeps things fresh with monthly incentives and promotions. It makes the experience more fun and exciting. The payouts also feel in line with local spots...casino and non. The bingo hall is 100% non smoking, which I appreciate. If you do smoke, there's a smoking area nearby and a break in the middle of the session. I will say, one part of the experience can be hit or miss depending on who's working. Most of the staff are great, but there have been times where interactions aren't exactly the most welcoming. [[Avoid Patty]] Overall, I keep coming back. It's still my go-to spot for Bingo!

We came a few minutes before noon (their opening time) on a Sunday afternoon. I highly recommend coming a bit early because they were already letting people in and by 12:30, there was a definite line and restaurant looked full. They had an area for tables that sat around 4 people and then a different area that held larger parties. Cost is $35.99/adult with tip and drinks a part of the price. Overall a great value. I honestly expected the place to be bigger but it is a nice sized restaurant. Parts of the buffet definitely had some congestion. The food we enjoyed: the stir fried lobster, the grilled oysters, pea shoots, and sashimi were our favorites. The boba ingredients and ice cream cooler were great. The kalbi was flavorful but the meat was a bit tough. Average: shrimp cocktail, soups, and standard Chinese stir fries. Freshly made crepes only included whipped cream. Misses: dungenous crabs were dry and old, dumplings were meh, cakes were dry. We saw but didn't taste: the noodle bar, Mongolian Bbq, drink bar, shaved ice, cotton candy. Lots of choices that are beyond the "typical " Chinese buffets. Service was great. She continually came by to clear our plates. Bathrooms are a bit small for a large restaurant. We would come again but it wasn't an OMG for us. Worth trying once though.

Instead of having to commit to a single roll, I enjoyed being able to try one of everything. Now for the Minnesota nice, yet honest, part of the review: I know how tricky temperature regulation is in a buffet, so I want to give grace, but unfortunately they failed. The cold things were actually cold (yay), but of the foods I tried, the ones that were supposed to be fried, like the wontons, were soggy and "hot" foods like rice, cheese sticks, and some of the meats were cold (prime rib, pork belly). The inside does feel upscale and I can see how it would be a nice place to go with a large group or if you want to eat more clams, crab, etc this could be a great spot, but unfortunately, we will likely not be back as we found the quality of most of the foods lacking.
