I order from here a lot as I'm a truck driver for a company that is in town with this restaurant and tonight for the first time my order was messed up. When I called and told them that they put onions in my food when I asked for no onions I said no green onions. After she said that I did realize that's exactly what I did and inform them I still need to eat so just make another order I'll give this one to my friend and I'll pay for the new one. When I got there they said don't worry about it. They made me another order and set me on my way. At the time they don't have any dine in sitting so they're hurting just like everybody else with covid yet the young lady flat out refused to take money for my screw up. Went yesterday for the first time in 2 years and immediately regretted not going to carbones next door! This place wasn't any better then it was 2 years ago and before that 3 years ago. The last time it was good was about 7 years ago. It's pretty sad when the high point of my Chinese buffet experience was the cookies n cream ice cream before I left. Don't get me wrong the food is edible you will get full. It's just not kept up to tempature and it's very bland and boring for Chinese food this place should either get some passion for there food and business or close the door. I have had the food from here as take out and have had great luck with the taste and the temperature of the food. I went to the resturant this past Friday night and had the buffet, like around 4:30PM. I was not happy. Everything was room temperature or cold. Lacked flavor and everything was chicken and seafood based dishes. Some food was cold and had a crispy coating from sitting out too long. I was not impressed. The food seemed as though it had been left out since 10 a.m. (I went in there around 3 p.m.) The waitress didn't even get off the phone to seat us or when she asked what we wanted to drink. The fried rice was burnt to the bottom of its trey and the sweet and sour chicken was cold. My stomach is now in pain and I fear that I might have food poisoning. Not worth a $15.00 lunch or the time spent on the toilet. Also - the outside of the store had a sign stating that if you "wasted food" you would be charged 25% extra.
