It seems to be kept fairly neat - the bathroom does not need to be locked down which is a plus. I have also noticed it benefits being closer to Portland s you get a lot more of the local stuff that we do not get at the Beaverton one which is technically closer to me. This also seems to have one of the better bakery locations. For mobility, their motorized carts seem to be well maintained and there is always an ample supply fully charged and ready to go without hassle. I also really appreciate a lot of lanes open with great cashiers there to help you if you need it or leave you alone when you are doing ok by yourself. This store seems to have their sales figured out to as some locations I seriously take photos now since checking out of some stores feels like hostage negotiations arguing the prices of everything which is ridiculous and annoying. So I appreciate it when the sales reflect on it. Even better - I read the sign for Clearly Canadian wrong and was missing one to get the discount. He knew! He explained it and I said I wanted to get the third one for the huge discount and without missing a beat he offered to grab me one. I intend on doing my shopping at this location because the ones closer to me are managed horribly and making shopping there a mess.

He was that perfect friendly and helpful combo. He wanted to help and that is so refreshing but seems to be the way of this store. That makes a lot of difference is a shopping experience and also makes you want to go back. Their produce actually looked pretty great as well!

When I got to a checkstand I told the emplee Juniper that I was told I was being followed and gave the description of them. Juniper told me it was "PROBABLY" an in store shopper since they wear regular clothes. Which would make sense and be fine but I'm sorry can you tell your "in store shoppers" to not follow the one alone young female around???? And why don't your employees already know the description of your stalkers so they can at least give reassurance and confirm it is an employee when your customers don't feel safe??? I made it through the whole store with maybe 5 things in my cart so I wasn't even a big loss of inventory if I was trying to steal. I didn't even have a purse or pockets and my wallet was visibly in the cart. He had no excuse to be following me of all people. I've been a regular for almost 3 years I come in every other morning before work and I'm always in and out in 5 minutes with around 5 things max and always obviously pays. I even stopped at the deli first and spoke to an employee to get my food so why would I even try to steal after that? In case anyone is here and sees a man of Mexican ethnicity in a tan hat with a tan american flag on it dont worry and have your heart race while checking over your shoulder until you get home like me because its probably just an "in store shopper" like Juniper wants to downplay. Also as an Army Veteran myself seeing someone wearing a hat with the flag on it while literally stalking people and making them uncomfortable isn't a good look and very disrespectful just doing your job or not. Often I spot a cute sweater or jeans on Instagram and order online for quick pick up at the store. They bring it out to your car making it incredibly convenient and one of my favorite reasons to buy online. Right now it's spring and I'm in the mood to plant some annuals for immediate pops of color. Their prim roses go for $1,99 at Walmart while Freddie's sells for $3,99. Same with pansies and violas; Definitely buy them here if you need several since the savings adds up.

Let's start with online pickup. The inventory is never accurate, which is why I place pickup orders before driving 30 minutes to this location. I NEVER get to shop without my toddler, but since this was for Easter, I had someone watch them so I could actually shop alone. While I was in-store--basically doing the job of the employees--I thought I'd treat myself and try something on. I waited about 5 minutes for help. An employee came up, told me it was closed, flipped the sign from open to closed, and said "too bad." I explained I live 30 minutes away and rarely get this chance. She told me to just buy it and return it, then claimed no one in the entire store had a key. So either she lied, or there's a serious security issue. Imagine a situation in a fitting room where someone needs help and no one can access it--that's unacceptable. I checked out with the item I had to find myself, then went to customer service to pick up the rest of my order. They told me I had to leave the store and drive to a pickup spot--even though I was already inside. When I asked again about the fitting room, another employee said they could have opened it... after I had already checked out. I was willing to overlook the pickup issue because things happen. But the way I was treated pushed it over the edge. This store needs serious management changes. I will not be coming back to this location. I'd rather drive farther than deal with this again.

I had nearly $300 worth of groceries in a completely full cart and had to scan and bag every single item myself. Not one employee offered to help. What's the point of paying grocery store prices if customers are expected to do all the work themselves? This was a frustrating experience and a reminder to shop at places like Whole Foods or New Seasons when I want actual customer service or WinCo if I'm expecting to bag my own groceries. Very disappointing experience, especially heading into a busy holiday weekend.

I stood there, like a helpless lamb, making eye contact with several different ppl behind the counter multiple times and no one came up to me. Also the signs for paying/ordering are confusing: order at the deli counter first, they give you a ticket, take that ticket to customer service to pay, come back to the deli counter, hand them your receipt, and then you're all set. After that debacle, the jjajangmyeon itself it pretty yummy and for $10 a bowl seems decent. The noodles are plump and chewy. The black bean sauce is thick too. Food by itself would be a 5/5 but I hated how convoluted it was to order.
