This is the largest Fred Meyers I have visited so far. It is further away from my home, but an easy stop when I am also on my way to the Tigard Costco around the corner. This Fred Meyer's is carries all of your normal grocery store needs but also provides shopping for clothing, jewelry, home goods and design, gardening supplies, electronics and more. Every time I have stopped in, it has been clean and the staff have been friendly. This was not my first trip to this store. I typically will stop in when I want fresh produce, pharmacy OTC items or grocery products in smaller quantities. Last summer this was the only store I could find tomato cages for my garden, so it definitely will remain on my list of stores as a go to market.

We do not have any Fred Meyers where I am from. This is considered a "hypermarket"; one stop shop for grocery, drugstore, banking, clothing, jewelry, home decor, home improvement, garden, electronics, restaurant, shoes, sporting goods, toys, etc. Quality/Quantity - Wow, look at all the choices for the local beers!!!! Makes Safeway shameful... Atmosphere - This place is HUGE, like a Walmart of supermarkets. I think I got lost looking for the beer aisle. How do you own your own jewelry store? Service - N/A. Price - Good, cheaper than Safeway. :) Owner Comment - Congrats on all your success, Fred Meyer, since 1931 from Portland Oregon. 1931-1981 - Independent. 1981 - Acquired by KKR. 1998 - Now part of the Kroger family.

My favorite Freddy's and I shop at several of them! This store is one of the smallest which is exactly why I love it! When I need groceries, I don't want a Costco like experience. I want to go in, find what I need, get out. At all of the other Fred Meyers, especially SW Barber and downtown, you have to wander all over the store and since the footprint is so large, it takes forever. No running in for milk. Until I discovered the Freddy's on SW Pacific and I'm so happy I did! This store wasn't even on my radar as I'm not in this area ever. But today I had to pick up something at Petsmart and afterwards needed some groceries and my helpful Google assistant took me here. Yes, it's definitely a smaller store so they have less choices. For example, the clothing area was just basics. Same with home decor, seasonal and garden. I'm ok with that. I was here for groceries and there are some items I can only get at Freddy's, like their Kroger brand of ultra pasteurized half and half, which has a long shelf life. Even though it was my first time here, I was able to find everything I needed without searching. There were several reps on the floor and they were helping people. Something that is a challenge to find at other locations. Parking was easy. Access to I-5 is a few feet from the store so heading back downtown was a breeze. Will most definitely be shopping here for my basic items. It will never be my only grocery store as there are certain items I like from Trader's, Basics, Whole Foods and Zuppans. But for my laundry detergent, paper goods, canned goods, frozen veggies, produce and seasonal items, this is where I will shop.

There are departmental store like JC Penny, Macy's, Nordstrom and a huge Dick's store. Few other unique places to me were Din Tai Fung and 85C Bakery Cafe. It's popular destination for tourists' shopping since there's no sales tax. The common spaces are wide, clean and have lots of open sky windows. There are plenty of sitting spots available as well for guests. We were in the mall for about 5 hours. We shopped in the Lego store, Tumi, VS, Dick's, 85C Bakery, and BoxLunch. We had friendly interactions from staff members in the all the stores. We also went to the food court on second floor, which was underwhelming compared to rest of the mall. The dining space had old tiles on the floor, the chair and tables were basic ones. There were 10-12 stores available offering a variety of cuisines. The food was decent from couple of stores we tried. Prices were little bit expensive. Overall we had wonderful half day spent shopping and dining at this mall. There was a good mix of popular and luxurious brands, offering wide range of products. The food court could use some facelift to match with rest of the wonderful interior of the mall.

For me, I stop here mostly when I need to pick up stuff from Trader Joe's when I'm in the area running errands across the street at Home Goods or getting my nails done. Sometimes I'll stop at Fred Meyers if desperate, but this Freddy's is just too big for me and you can't just run in and out. Also like The Backyard Garden Shop which has great selection of fun and unique yard art, bird feeders, plants and so much more! There are lots of ethnic restaurants in this square. Here are a few: - Tour Les Jours, the French Asian bakery adjacent to Traders always has a crowd, people enjoy their savory and semi sweet pastries. next door. - Tehroon is the first Persian restaurant I visited in Portland area 22 years ago and I've been back several times. Get the tender & delicious lamb shank! - ChimcKing is popular for Korean fried chicken. - Friends of mine love Nothing Bundt Cakes, they sell both large & individual size plus mini buntini's - Birrieria PDX has a cart and outdoor eating area next to gas station - Pho Van for Vietnamese - Thai Aspara has lots of tasty options, i usual do take out - Starbucks - Koba Grill for Korean BBQ - Monkey Subs for sandwiches - Gyro to Go - Potbelly Access from SW Canyon or Beaverton Hillsdale Hwy and an easy exit off 217, it's a popular area. Even a few gas stations including Fred Meyers Gas where you get discounts. And surrounded by even more stores and restaurants.

I have a few Lululemon items, but my eldest daughter (26 yrs old) and my mother (88 yrs old!) have wardrobes with a TON of Lululemon clothes. And everything lasts forever. Seriously. I have a fanny-belt bag (as does my kid and my mom) and it's nearly a decade old and as good as new (and still looks great, too). No broken zippers or torn seams or broken buckles. Still fashionable, like the leggings I got eons ago. Their fashions and the quality definitely do withstand the tests of time. I've not tried on their new running shoes as I am loyal to my Hoka brand shoes, but this store has a prominent display of Lululemon athletic sneakers and, if they're anything like the rest of their product line, I'm certain they're of high quality, and they will make sure they fit you properly. The only reason why I'm not giving this store 5 stars is because no-one greeted us or spoke one word to us while we were in the store, despite it not being too busy there when we visited. (Note: this is atypical of Lululemon stores in general. Usually they warmly greet visitors and ask if they can help find anything). My kid and I weren't in the market for anything in particular, but we browsed around a bit. As usual, they had a few items on sale, but few things were in the sizes we'd need. Still, it's fun to look, and you ever know what you'll find on the sale rack.
