I have never hated a business so much. I am 21 years old and was t-boned by an unlicensed, uninsured driver. Tracy ford has not only been terrible about returning my calls, BUT they continue to tell myself, and my gap agency that they're able to obtain some documents needed when in fact they AREN'T! They told my gap 4 days ago they'd obtain a document needed to complete the process so I called for an update today and what do you know, they can't/won't help but didn't bother to mention that to anyone. Not only this but last year when I purchased the ridiculous 2014 Ford Focus, it has a clutch issue! So it sat in their shop for days with no update only to be told they wont have a clutch for 4-8 weeks. Eh, I tried to shake it off because I was trying to understand that these cars are famous for this. SO STAY AWAY FROM THEM! And then, ooo the best part. They told me they'd included free paint treatment on my car. Which 1. WAS NOT FREE and 2. Didn't help at all. the paint chipped days after applying the chemical. AND they told met they were able to offer a 7 year bumper to bumper warranty - without asking if I'd wanted to pay for one made it seem like a part of the deal. And I paid almost 4k for it. So, to sum up this rating. I have worked in a car dealership, but the amount of crap they added onto my loan was ridiculous, and had they told me about it I wouldn't be so pissed. And by the time I'd found out all I could do was cancel my warranty, which wasn't a good move considering the lemon of a car it was. read more

Went in 10/7/17 for service on my 2009 F150 King Ranch. Was able to make an appointment online the night prior, which was great. Darcie was my ford advisor and I couldn't of been more pleased. She was knowledgeable and listened to my needs. Her customer service is second to none. Thank you. As far as I can tell the maintenance/repairs seem to be on point too. I had a full service oil change, filters changed, tire rotation and full brake job. Cheers all and thanks. read more

Worst customer service we've encountered. Called Tracy Ford about a transmission issue with our sons car, was told its probably a warrantied transmission part. Brought it to them to fix and were told it was not the warrantied part it was the transmission clutch. $2800 later we pick up the car and its still doing the same thing. we brought it back to Tracy Ford and they said its the warrantied part. After a few weeks of them having the car while waiting on the part to come in we ask for a rental car because we were down a vehicle and having to share. They said yes and sent us to Hertz. A couple months later were still waiting for that part to come in and the rental gets repo'd from our driveway. We call Tracy Ford and they say it was an error and to go down and get another one. Hertz wont rent to my husband again since it was repo'd under his name. They rent a new car to me. We only had the second car for a couple of weeks before our car was finally fixed. Fast forward a month and I notice we were charged $1800 by Hertz for the first car rental. Ford paid part of the charge for the first rental and the entire charge for the second. Called Tracy Ford and got the runaround for weeks. Then was offered only $500. At no point in time were we told we would have to pay anything for a rental. Also we were bamboozled with the initial charge to fix the transmission $2800, and my husband can never rent from Hertz ever again because of the repo. read more

Joel in internet sales took care of us and got us into the truck of my dreams. Never pushed us, just tried to get us the best deal and the numbers we wanted. 2 years ago i brought my 2014 ford f150 in because warning light comes on that back rear door is open, service dept diagnosed that sensor needed to be replaced, they replaced it at $535. Cost. A few days later same warning light was coming on, i brought it back and now they say its a faulty wire in door harness? Ok if that was original issue i justed wasted $535. So now 2 years later door warning light is back again, so the service guy working computer says he can make appointment for friday which is last day its under 2 year warranty so i bring it back on friday, then he tells me its $185. Diagnostic charge if its something else causing the warning light to come on, but wont know until they look into it, i wish he would have mentioned that the day i brought it in and asked questions, they are always trying to make a buck even when its there fault, i dont recommend this dealership, they dont care much for customers time or how they feel, when i explained to receptionist that he is representing ford in a bad way, he seemed not very concerned read more

I was denied service by the service department today. I scheduled my appointment online last week, and after taking time off of work to get my oil changed today, and after driving about 20 minutes to get to the dealership, I checked in with the service department staff only to be told denied service. When I asked why, I was told my profile in there system has been flagged with a note saying I am to be denied service due to a review I gave on my experience the last time my vehicle was serviced there (April of 2022). The review I provided was not a public review on a social platform like yelp or google, the review of my experience was in the form of an email survey the ford dealership sent me asking about my experience that day. My April experience consisted of a three hour wait for an oil change and tire rotation along with customer service that was unsatisfactory. I don't understand how giving honest feedback on a survey sent to me directly from the dealership would get me denied service. That's a horrible business model. It's extremely unprofessional to just deny customer's service just for providing feedback that sheds light on negative experiences they have had. I'd think it would be more appropriate for the management team take that kind of feedback and coach staff in areas customers have concerns with. I've been a customer here for over 5 years, but this service department over the last year does not seem to be inline with the ethics of the Ford Motor Company. read more

I had my car serviced to fix my flat tire and service took my car and fixed it, then called me to pick up my car. I told them that I would be working late that evening and if I can pick it up when I get off at 9-930pm. A friend dropped me off to pick up my car when I found out that my car was blocked in , in every direction and I was stuck. Luckily, 2 police officers stopped to help me call someone at Ford to help me out but NOPE, the emergency number on file was sent to the office with a voicemail. I had to take Uber to a work appointment at 8am in Fremont and Uber home, I called Ford to tell them about my experience and called 3 times and left a few voicemails for Wayne, the Service Manager but no one called me back to 1) apologize 2) offer some type of concession from the bill I paid for Uber to /from work, NOTHING. Easiest car purchase of my life. I did my shopping with Truecar.com and made contact with Leonhard. The price they gave me couldn't be beat by anyone, anywhere - and I shopped around. When it came time to come in and test drive, they were waiting for me. I had a trade in, which they competitively valued. When it came time to make the actual purchase, they were extremely fast and organized. Fastest purchase I've made at a dealership. Dropped off my car at 700 am for oil change and warranty work which all they had to do is look at it and order parts. I picked up the car at 2 pm .....7 hours later . Nothing had been done. They explained to me that my appointment to have my car serviced was different then the mechanic schedule. They explained that even though my appointment was the first one of the day it was nearly the last one to actually be looked at. I'm really confused. We have experienced the worst service from this dealership from the moment we bought our car from them. Went in to trade a suburban for a more economic vehicle. Test drove a liked the Focus. The sales experience actually went smoothly. It wasn't until we received the first bill for payments that we realized they had made a big mistake. Due to the down payment we made we were told our first payment wouldn't be due for 45 days from purchase date. That was convenient for us since the down payment included what normally would have been our car payment. 45 days allowed us to make our first payment on time. Tracy Ford did nothing to make up for THEIR mistake. Some time later our car ended up in their service department with a blown engine. We maintained the car. Unfortunately we didn't have all of our receipts. Lesson learned there. They took over a week to even begin working on the car despite being given permission to do so. We ended up splitting the cost of the repairs because there were some recalls. It took them almost a month to fix the car. Communication from the service department to us, the owners of the vehicle, was terrible. After getting our car back my husband noticed issues with the transmission and the car starting properly. We began contacting CJ about the issue in January. He had us bring the car in and we we assured nothing was wrong. At some point we had the oil changed and brakes done. When we took the car in it took all day to discover they didn't have or brake pads. Also they found a leak that was most likely caused when they had the car the first time. Did the do anything to make up for us having to make a second trip down when the brake pads arrived? Nope! After finding the leak we continued to call the service department to figure out what was STILL wrong with our car. After months of being put of, ignored and lied to We ended up broken down in a parking lot July 3rd. Friday we call to get he car towed into the dealership. We thoroughly believe we are not responsible for these repairs. The car is under warranty, not to mention it was still broken after we paid to have it fixed. By 3pm we still had not seen or heard from the tow company. Finally, after having to be rude CJ admitted to dropping the ball. A tow truck arrived and the rental car was arranged. When I called on Saturday to complain about the deposit on the rental car I was not polite. We wouldn't need a rental car at all if they had fixed the car to begin with. The person "in charge" had no idea about anything pertaining to our car. Its safe ta assume it wasn't looked at. I'm going to wager they will take their time like last time and do everything to cover up that this car is crap and that they didn't repair it correctly the first time. Lets not forget to mention the real service manager, Wayne, is never there and is virtually unreachable. When I called on Saturday nobody was in charge. Its no wonder the work done on our car was shoddy. Recommend buying something other than a Ford. If you do, drive the small distance to a different dealership not affiliated with Tracy Ford. I would also recommend NEVER using this service department. I personally wouldn't have my car there now except that I'm hoping they will fix this whole mess. WORST EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD AT A CAR DEALERSHIP ANYWHERE!!!!! Just AWFUL!! My girlfriend and I spotted an 05 F-350 Diesel out on their used car lot with a very good price. We were helped by Paul Martinez, one of the used car managers for this dealership. After helping us out with the test drive and then later the purchase that same day, we were assisted by Jack, another manager there, and Kendra in the finance dept. From the very beginning, I explained to everyone involved that I had poor credit, and was in process of selling another vehicle to use as a down payment, and that I was not looking to purchase their truck until I had done so. Both Paul and Jack told me they could get me financed for $1000 down and walk out the door with the truck that night, no problems even with my poor credit. I was very skeptical of this, but they assured me over and over again that it was not a problem, that I have absolutely no reason to worry and that the truck was mine. Fast forward about 4 days later... I had been calling the dealership once a day to make sure the financing was taken care of. No one could answer me, and Paul couldn't even remember my name. Finally someone gives me Jack's personal cell phone number, and he tells me they couldn't get the truck financed with $1000 down and that I needed to bring the truck back or get another $5000 down to make the loan work. I turned around and immediately dropped the selling price on my other vehicle to make a quick sale, took a huge loss, but brought the dealership an additional $5000. Jack turned around and told me HE COULDN'T MAKE THE DEAL EVEN WITH THE 5k EXTRA!!! I had taken a loss on my other vehicle for nothing, and now had no vehicle. When we went to turn in the key to Kendra in finance and give back the truck, she told us we would not be able to get our down payment back at that time. It says right in our contract that I am to get my down payment back upon return of the vehicle as long as the vehicle is in the same condition (which it certainly was) . We ASKED yet ANOTHER manager (Nate) If we could continue to hold on to the truck until we got our down payment back. At this point Kendra started muttering swear words about my girlfriend and I and claimed that we told Nate we were going to STEAL their truck. She continued to talk over us and swear at us while Nate threatened to back charge me out of my down payment for wear and tear on the truck and possibly repossessing the vehicle from me, but then said we could go ahead and keep it until 9 am the next day. When we came in the next day to turn in the truck, I was still not given my down payment back, and I spent the next 4 days fighting to get it back, which only happened after I talked to the dealerships business manager Maria, and the store manager Thad.... Maria was very helpful, courteous and prompt, and Thad definitely seemed to be genuinely concerned about our situation and was quite sincere with us. Those two would be the ONLY people I would say were of any help to us, and I will never go to this dealership again. read more

The mistake if there is one is in the ad and not my understanding of what it said. I resent that you are trying to say I misunderstood when I can show the ad that is very clear and not ambiguous in any way. Go check out all the complaints there too before you buy from them.*** I bought my car in 2009 when it was Stan Morri Ford, and I had the best experience. HOWEVER, a few years ago, the dealership changed ownership and has gone downhill FAST. I have been taking my car there for service for years, and the experience there has been mostly fine. My issue is with sales. Looking about a month ago, we checked out the Fusion. After asking if the dealership was part of the Costco program, the sales associate said no. Then this large man - a manager named ED- came over - he pretty much insinuated the poor sales guy was lying. Ed looked us right in the eyes, said they were in the Costco auto program. I didn't like the way he treated his employee or talked to us; as we were just looking at the time, we left. Come to find out - Ed lied - according to Costco, they are NOT part of the program. And according to another dealership, Costco refused to work with them any more because of their shady business dealings. Fast forward to this past Labor Day weekend. We go there again seriously thinking about getting the Fusion, as well as extremely interested in the Escape - that's right: 2 cars. They do have a good selection of cars on their lot. We start talking numbers when big ED comes over AGAIN and spends five minutes talking numbers on a competitor's car. What the heck??? I thought we were here to talk about the Fusion. He spent the next ten minutes being VERY condescending, talking to us like we were children. When we were told there were no deals or incentives for the 2014 model, we said,"Well, why are we here?" Ed, then replied, in an extremely rude tone, "I don't know - why are you." I have NEVER been talked to in such a rude, condescending way. I will now drive OUT of my way to go to a different dealership who will treat us with the respect we deserve, ESPECIALLY when spending tens of thousands of my hard-earned dollars. PS. We went next door to Toyota and were treated well - got ourselves a great Camry. They matched a deal that I was going to get from Tiffany Ford and when I went to finance it was a 6 year loan, not 5 like they said! Completely 100% tried to pull a fast one. And the service dept is even worse! Darrin DeSilva knows how to help someone find the right truck. My old work truck had 250,000 miles on it and it needed a lot of work.. I barely made it home on Friday so on Sunday I went to Ford. My new truck is black on black and it's so comfortable with tons of power and speed but at the end of the day it's a work truck!!! Monday morning I loaded my tools up in it and I haven't had a ride that nice to work through a Bay Area commute in a long time. 1 star to Tracy Ford only because that is the lowest option. When people warn you to NEVER deal with dealerships for car service Tracy Ford is the poster child for why. I'm not typically a complainer. You can actually look at my other reviews and see that I don't spend my time on Yelp complaining about places, but our experience with their service department was so horrible that I feel the need to warn others to look elsewhere if you need to bring your vehicle in for service. I won't bore you with the long list of issues and red flags we experienced, I'll just summarize our experience by stating that once they have your vehicle they really stop caring about you as a customer. In a nut shell I don't think the service technicians or the service advisors we interacted with were very trustworthy. Our service advisor in particular (the same guy mentioned in some of the other complaints on here) showed no interest in working with us with any of our questions or concerns that we had over some of the red flags we saw. The only response he had for us with any of our concerns was that there was a 20% restocking fee if we were to decide to back out. In our case the 20% would have came to about $400 + the $200 diagnostics fee.  Each time we tried to talk to a manager we got the run around and were sent back to our same service advisor who was either not available or not very helpful when we finally did get a hold of him. It was a complete joke. Well anyway, I'm trying to keep it short here, so if any of you want to hear my full horrer story feel free to contact me, I'd be more than happy to give you the complete play by play which is actually kind of unbelievable once you actually see a list of everything that was not right.  I'll add that sending our complaint to Ford's Corporate customer relations only resulted in getting a very brief canned letter that pretty much gave us a case # and a thanks for being great customers because it's costumers like us that keep Ford at a high standard. In other words take it up with the dealership. When we sent our complaint to Tracy Ford's customer relations we got a response from a really nice customer service rep, but when she attempted to make it right with us her hands were obviously tied because as nice as she was the attempt to try and make it right was unsatisfactory!    I'd advize to stay away from this service department! read more

Bought a used car. Told it would be ready for pick up the next day by noon didn't leave the lot until after 6 making me late for a family birthday party. When we got there to pick it up they said the dvd player doesn't work and I would have to wait 30 days until I can take it back in to be fixed. Salesman said it had a full tank of gas, he lied. Had to take it back less then 48 hours later because the car wasn't working right. Said it would be done the following day. I had to call them to find out when I could pick up my car and... oh sorry looks like it won't be done until Friday (5 data later). Was told I when I pick it up it would have a full tank of gas, guess what... it was on Empty. I told them the gas was to be filled so they sent someone to follow us to the gas station with a company card that didn't work. So we waited for someone else to bring a card that did work. Once we finally got our tank of gas that was promised when we bought the car, the car wouldn't start. Had to wait at the gas station for them to come back with jumper cables. Then went back to the dealership so they could replace the battery and check the altenater. After we drove off the lot we went two blocks, stopped to grab something to eat and as soon as I got out of my car I noticed a large scratch in the paint along with a cut in the plastic by the front passenger wheel well, that wasn't there before. My husband wanted to go back but I quickly shot that idea down. I will not go back to Tracy Ford for anything. They are shady. And what gets me the most is that they didn't even own up to putting the scratch in the car. Now I get to pay out of pocket to have it fixed. I will make sure that everyone I come in contact with knows about my shaddy experience at Tracy Ford. Don't let yourself be their next victim. Love my car, hate Tracy Ford read more

I informed the gentleman taking my appointment that I had a coupon to do a brake service and during this time was not informed of any information regarding how the brake services are done. Fast forward to this morning, parked my car in line went in and spoke to the heavy set balding service writer that I would like to use my coupon for "COMPLETE BRAKE SERVICE" for $89.95. He asked me front or rear, I was like it's all four as I assumed that complete means taking care of all brakes on the vehicle. He again insisted a complete brake service is on taking car of the front or the rear axles. I took back my coupon and asked him where does it say on this coupon that it is one the front or the rear brakes? Again he insisted it is only the front or rear axles. I asked him doesn't complete mean all four brakes? He informed me that he cannot do a complete brake service for $89.95 where it states on the coupon, COMPLETE BRAKE SERVICE $89.95!! I was thoroughly disgusted with his attitude and lack of service I didn't go forward with the appointment. It is FALSE ADVERTISEMENT to put that out in a mailer coupon that goes out to the public but then turn around and say that you cannot perform that service! What a joke! We have all seen car dealerships miss-stating a price on a car in an ad but this one is bold face lie. The letter appears to be a copy an email between Jeff and Thad. It states: Jeff, Please try and contact _____ for me. I need his 2013 Hyundai and can offer up to 118% of KBB value plus provide additional incentives towards a new vehicle purchase, if we can get this deal done quickly. I have a buyer for this vehicle. I will make it worth their while if he is interested. You may just want to print this email and send it to him. I will honor this offer thru 11/28 because my buyer is leaving for vacation. Tell them I'll give them a free oil change whether we can put a deal together or not. STAY CLEAR of this dealership! Don't bother with the pre-owned "certified" vehicles. I bought a Mustang in 2017, to date I have taken it for service repairs numerous times. I even bought an extended warranty to avoid the what if scenario. All repairs which I had to pay out of pocket since the repairs aren't covered by my warranty. Luckily, I didn't have to come back to this particular dealer. I definitely dont recommend and wont be buying a car from here again. read more

I have to admit when I decided to attempt to buy a new car I was stressed, scared and dreading the experience. When the phone rang and Matt was on the phone he was straight forward and made the process easy. When I had to talk to financing Baker went above and beyond to get me in to the car I wanted and he did. I was pre approved before I even went in and met with Matt , once again everything went smooth and Baker came in even though it was his day off to make sure everything went smoothly. He paired my phone to blue tooth had the car detailed and filled with gas and made everything perfect. What they don't know is I cried from joy before I even left the lot to drive my new car home, but what I hope they know is how I will send everyone that needs a car to Matt and Baker at Tracy Ford. Updated Review: A day after my voided appointment with Ford, Wayne calls me and asks me about the situation. I explain everything to him, and tell him that i went to Kens Tire Service who told me i needed a reprogramming, and they replaced my drive shaft for me (another dealership told them it wasnt under warranty so i ended up paying $135). Wayne was very calm, understanding, and he went out of his way to extend his offer of reprogramming my car for free and doing a multi-point inspection on top of it. Not only did they have better reviews for me than the Albany ford dealership did from the multi-point inspection ( I just had my oil changed there a week or so prior), but my car now runs smooth and has no problems. It took all day to do the job, not sure if they waited until the end of the day to start it or if it literally took all day to reprogram it, so i had to pick it up the following morning which was somewhat inconvenient because i live in Oakland. I hope Tracy Ford reads negative comments and becomes proactive in providing better customer service. I just called moments ago to find out if they have an under cargo organizer in hopes to just purchase locally and be done with it. I must have waited at least 10 mins (ok, no biggy as I have some patience). The rep gets back on the phone and tells me the part they have is not exactly what I am looking for. I even gave him the part # and he said it is not. That was it. Okay, thanks I guess. It took me over 1 minute to find the part on Ford's official website, it lists both the part I am looking for, and the other part that he claimed is the only one they have that is not what I want. I won't bother EVER to go to this Ford location for service, parts or accessories. EVER! read more

I had taken my car for service for years at this location. My car lost it brakes and towed it to my home and a mobile professional mechanic came to my home and diagnosed my car and came out that my brake fluid had air in it. Tracy Ford did that work on my car. My mechanic told me to take it back to the dealership and I did. I went to file a claim for repairs, but staff was confused so I told them a complaint. I was taking to a private room away from customers and told the service manager wasn't working that day. I came the next day waited 40 minutes for service manager to meet me and went straight to a private room. I told him the problem and showed him the results, he said he was going to take care of every for free and go to my home and pick up my car the next day. Of course, they said the brakes were serviced correctly and that it was an ABS Module needed to be repaired. They think I'm stupid because an ABS module rarely fails without something else going bad like improper bleeding of my brake fluid. So, it seems they reflushed my brake fluid and blamed it on the ABS module which they gave me an estimate for parts $1,800 not included labor or taxes. Basically, they wanted to wash their hands, so they look like they are not of fault. They even delivered my car the next day to my home broken. It's not worth suing due to attorney fees and years of court appearances. My car is still parked on my driveway not operable for their negligence. So be careful when they screw up something on your car. They will say it's something else and wash their hands! read more

I brought my car in for recall work and they got me in and out in one day! They were super helpful and even told me that my tires were low and filled them up for me. And they even have Starbucks coffee!! Such amazing service. Thank you so much to Tracy Ford for taking care of my car. read more

My first time to get my Ford SUV serviced and 2 recalls to get done. I took a day off from work to get this done including a battery replacement and tune-up. I was told everything will be done. 3 hours later, my car is ready, but they couldn't ger the recalls done because the guy that does it has left for the day. Service sucks. There communicate to customer sucks. The people that works there are not very friendly. Never going back there again. read more

Took my truck in for service, had a broken turn signal switch and the brake warning sensor light was on. Brake light sensor turned out to be a malfunctioning master cylinder (according to them). Had the turn signal and brake master cylinder replaced. $1294.00. The parts were marked up 200% from the most expensive OEM parts that I could find listed on the internet. I went in to check on the vehicle, they said the parts had just arrived and they would get started on it. They called me two and a half hours later and said it was done, then charged me 700 dollars for labor which comes to 280.00 and hour. I don't mind paying for repairs but I do mind price gouging at its worst. I won't be going back. read more

This place will sell you a "Lemon" and not think twice about it. My daughter bought a FORD Taurus and it has serious Electrical problems , And they qant to sit here and say"wear and Tear?? Are you f'n kidding me. And then try to sell us an overpruced little ass focus at an outrageous payment to cover there fault. What do we look like, stupid we are not, contacted an attorney and If our car dont come back fixed 100% we will have to proceed with a lawsuit. Or what ever it takes to make this right, I would never buy a car from there ever again nor would I recomend this dealership to anyone not even a desperate person. Stay away from Tracy Ford. On 8/27/18, I took my F-350 Diesel Truck to be repaired. I knew that it was a bad sensor ahead of time, but I did not want to take 3-4 hours to fix it myself. Tracy Ford had an opening, so I went there for the first time. David C was my Advisor. He provided me with an estimate of over $1900 parts and labor, stating the job would take 10 hours! I called Manteca Ford and asked them to quote a price to fix. They gave me a quote of $568 (parts and Labor) and advised the repair would take about 3.8 hours, but they did not have an opening for more than a week. I questioned David C about this. He said he spoke with the Technician, who agreed to do it for $1350, he could not explain the difference in original price, their modified price and Manteca Ford's price. I did not have the repairs done and picked up my truck. At that time, I spoke to Wayne M., the Service Manager. Wayne M could not explain the difference in the originally stated hours to fix the truck. Wayne said he was the one who told David C. to lower the price to $1350. I asked how long "the book" shows this job should take. He said he did not know, but that the book was a estimate and that he could not go lower, nor could he justify his new estimate of 5 hours to repair the truck. Wayne M. said he knew he had a "personnel issue" and that he would handle it and told me I could accept the offer to repair of $1350 or not. I assured him I was not going to do that. I pointed out to Wayne M, that if my wife had came in to repair the truck or someone else with no mechanical history, the company would gladly have accepted the original $1900 quote, which was way out of line. I advised him that I thought that was a horrible business practice (if not fraudulent), which ended our conversation. For full disclosure, Wayne M. did not charge me for the original $250 diagnostic, which he said took 1.5 hours to determine which sensor was bad. The following day, I found Heratiage Ford in Modesto was able to do the repair. I had them do the repair and was charged $650 parts and labor, which was higher than Manteca Ford (no openings for 1.5 weeks), but was still a fair price and almost 1/3 the cost of Tracy Ford. I later called called to complain, but was told Tracy Ford does not have a General Manager and that Wayne M. has the final say in these matters. Tracy Ford is apparently independantly owned and Ford Corporate took my complaint, but advised they really had no power to do anything. In the future I would caution all family and friends to AVOID TRACY FORD. There are too many other quality shops in the area!!!! I truly hope this prevents others from having to deal with this type of incident!! 1 Star because I can't give 0 stars. read more

Worst service of all time... if you're thinking about buying or getting your ford here ..think again.. came here to have my truck worked on since it's under warranty they refuse to work on it.. really? **** it's still under warranty... came here for an oil change and was told it'll be done within the hour ... 4 hours later, no call.. I've been waiting around for it to be complete so I can go with the rest of my day.. I had to call them to confirm the completion. What a complete joke of this place. Ford needs to replace these fools ... next truck won't be a ford that's forsure.. read more

Worst customer service from Amanda the Cashier! Company policy is company policy but how you share that with the customer is what's important! Because a previous client "ripped" you off on a credit card over the phone payment doesn't mean every "Contractor" is going to do that. The service rep pleaded for our business and regrettably we gave it to them. Along with being a week late on repairs, and blaming other reps and parts delays, to cap it off Tracy Ford wasted the time of a co-worker, my wife and my time on a Friday afternoon with arrogance and poor customer service! Our company will not being doing business here and suggest taking your business somewhere else too. read more
