I won't be shopping here moving ahead . The value is lost , service is lacking , inventory is scarce. Maybe if your Amish and you travel by buggy this is the only game in town. Cost me $400 in materials and my own labor to fix the damage. Called Stephanie at Kuzan's to have someone come out to repair the damage Dennis did to my lawn. She told me she would check with him and call back. 6 weeks later no response so contacted the Better Business Bureau. Kuzan's responded that he didn't know he damaged our flower bed even though I showed him it and have pictures of all the damage he did to our property. RUN!!!! RUN as fast as you can away from this sham company. They are ignorant too. Very arrogant when I ordered it and while I was in the middle of paying for the shed, which was over 2k, they took care of another customer who interrupted. I would build a shed with twigs before buying one from them. And the floor is already chipping and door doesn't close right.

Sometimes I'm just looking for a roll of tape or a nut and bolt and I really don't want to go on a hike to get it. 9 times out of 10 I will drive the extra few miles to come to this place. Every time I walk in I'm greeted by someone who actually knows where the part is that I'm looking for! They even call another associate to meet me in the aisle! Now, I realize this is the optimal situation and it doesn't always go down that way, especially on a busy spring weekend. But with a little patience, someone will eventually provide assistance. Usually I can drive over there, get what I want, and get back home in roughly the same amount of time it takes me at the big box store.
