Well I spent 20 minutes waiting for someone (any manager) to approve my exchange. Even though I had the exact same tool in my hand (Clear Kobalt insignia in the handle) but the item number wasn't the same. I explained it may be because this plyers was purchased in a set of 3 different sizes. They refused to exchange plyers saying I have to contact the manufacture. Going on line Lowes own's Kobalt. I called Hamburg Lowes asking them the same question, they said bring it in they'll replace it Hassle free. Thanks to Betty in "Returns at Hamburg" I got my broken plyers replaced with "No Hassle" . I will never shop the Lowes in Muhlenberg again.
