I dropped my Stihl Chainsaw to be gone over approximately 2 weeks ago. I received a call to pick it…read moreup and went today, 5/11/2024. The man who waited on me, whose name is Tim, was quite rude. I found out that he is the manager of the store or at least of the store in the back where Stihl equipment is for sale and other items. He brought my chainsaw out without the guard. I said, "Where is my guard?" He went in the back to find it, but I think he brought out one to fit mine, as mine was cleaner. I said, "You didn't clean my saw." He said, "Did u check that on the slip? " I don't know if that question was even on the slip. I also asked if you sharpened the blade. He said, "Did u tell us that?" I thought when you brought in your saw to be gone over those things would be included. There was nothing listed on any slip as to what was done to the saw. He was very flippant with me and said, "Do you want me to clean your car?" Then he said I'm gonna treat you like a queen and clean your saw. " " I said that wasn't necessary." He took it in the back and wiped it down, which didn't clean it at all. He was just being smart with me, and not in a nice way. He did eventually tell me what was done. I would have rather had that on some type of paperwork. I asked if the man who repaired it was in. He was not. I called Ace Hardware up and spoke to a lovely woman who said the repair man would be in on Monday. I said I'd call then to see if I could get my original guard back. As far as the manager Tim is concerned, he needs some lessons in customer service. If he was working for me, he'd be fired!

I needed a really big favor and Bailey's stepped up and helped me out soooo much! I needed space…read moreheaters because I ran out of oil and couldn't get a delivery for 2 days. They accepted a credit card that wasn't mine, but, was being used with permission of the holder. They worked with me and helped me select what I needed...I could not thank them enough as without the space heaters my indoor plumbing might've froze up. I don't frequent the store, but, they were so wonderful I had to hug all of them...Thank you for caring for a neighbor!!

Cost me $400 in materials and my own labor to fix the damage. Called Stephanie at Kuzan's to have someone come out to repair the damage Dennis did to my lawn. She told me she would check with him and call back. 6 weeks later no response so contacted the Better Business Bureau. Kuzan's responded that he didn't know he damaged our flower bed even though I showed him it and have pictures of all the damage he did to our property. RUN!!!! RUN as fast as you can away from this sham company. They are ignorant too. Very arrogant when I ordered it and while I was in the middle of paying for the shed, which was over 2k, they took care of another customer who interrupted. I would build a shed with twigs before buying one from them. And the floor is already chipping and door doesn't close right.
