I received an email confirming the purchase and telling me where to pick it up. I then sent someone who works for me in a company vehicle to pick it up. He drove 90 minutes to their store. When he arrived, he was told that the item is only available as a delivery. Apparently they don't actually stock it but have it delivered from some warehouse or partner. I asked my employee to have the store call me. Crickets. They simply cancelled my order after telling my guy that it wasn't there. I then called the store and spoke to a young woman who blamed issue on the computer. No real apology. No attemp to make it right. Said I should order it online. Told me the manager would call me after the weekend. Not holding my breath. I checked online and the delivery would be an extra $140 making the product way more expensive than available on Amazon. I really do try to order from small companies instead of Amazon but this was insane. What they should have done was accepted that they messed up and shipped it without the shipping charge. The reality is they attracted my business by misleading about the real cost and intended to make up the difference with a shipping profit. Then they messed up the web site and got caught in their misrepresentation. My guy spent 4 hours, gasoline, and vehicle wear for no reason. I'll buy from Amazon next time.

The room was packed with other attendees & the host seemed overwhelmed. The provided supplies were not large enough including the mixing cups. This meant multiple measuring in tiny dixie cups. The child (not ours) at our table was unsupervised and spilled the resin several times. This made everything a giant mess. We ran out of resin & the host didn't have more. She didn't know what to do and seemed unprepared. I was finally given resin from another table & was able to finish. Unfortunately I'm sure I was given the wrong product because it didn't cure. When I was called 4 days after the class I was told my coasters were ready to pick up. Nothing was said regarding the resin or that I was 1 short. Today I drove 40 miles back to Riverview to pick up. I was unable to go inside myself so sent my 20 year old daughter. They happily gave her the bag & never said a word. Once in the car she reached in the bag to find wet product and resin leaking all over the place. There were bubbles everywhere in the coasters & the coasters were a sticky mess. Looking closer a note was affixed to the bag saying '1 Didn't Cure'. I would have gone back but had another appt. Overall, the time with my friend was great, but seriously disappointed that nothing was said & no compensation was offered. I took the class expecting to learn something new & have something to show in the end. Such a disappointment.
