Interesting little place located in the hell hole that is the Westgate Mall to get your sewing…read moremachine or vacuum cleaner fixed and to get various belts/parts/bags for your vacuum. Recently our Hoover stopped working and after deciding that while a new vacuum could be in order due to the age our current model, we would attempt the fix and repair route to save some $$$. I drove over to Westgate and after waiting for a few minutes while a guy bought some bags and a little old blue hair dropped off her sewing machine it was finally my turn and what a turn it was. The place is run by a husband/wife? combo and there son Jer was there. Now I say Jer because I don't know his name but dad kept referring to him only in rapid fire sucession as Jer He talks like Joe Pesci in Lethal Weapon 4. Every two seconds it was: "Jer we gotta do this" "Jer we gotta plug this in" "Jer get me some of this" "Jer get me some of that" and so on. It was comical yet maddening as his son talked about as much as Teller and looked exacerbated by dad's machine gun mouth. But getting back to the story, the vacuum got it's new belts and filter with the total time involved being less than 15 minutes. I thoroughly recommend this place for a job well done and for the sheer comedic value. (Maybe in a future visit I'll see what happens when he asks me my name and I say that it's Riggs.)

Even though he was out of town for the day he was still more than willing to help me figure out what was wrong with the furnace over the phone. Within a few minutes he knew exactly what needed to be replaced. Since it was a Sunday he had to wait until Monday to get the part he needed. He came back Monday and replaced the broken part just as he said he would. I could not be happier with the service he provides and his very fair price. I would highly recommend him. I usually only review restaurants on Yelp, but I'm hoping that this review helps someone out... and…read morehelps out Kasper because they've been amazing to deal with. About 2 years ago, my gf and I purchased a half cow from a local farm. I went to lowes.com, and ordered a chest freezer. Was told it would be here in 2 weeks, perfect because the cow was ready for pickup in 4 weeks. Lowe's kept delaying and delaying, and finally I called them to ask about it, and they told me it was out of stock and they didn't know when it would be in. In anger, I cancelled..... then realized I needed to pick up a half cow worth of beef in 3 days. I called EVERY BIG BOX and no one had anything in stock that fit our needs.... I called Kasper (sad enough they are less than a quarter mile from our home) and they were able to get me THE freezer I ordered form Lowe's originally, at the same price, and next day delivery. Had it delivered by a manager/owner type and was so happy with the situation that I promised to always use them ... Fast forward to this spring, my dryer and washer AND dishwasher were all starting to go. I shopped around and I forgot about Kasper because I was really looking for no interest financing and didn't think a local shop would do it. Ordered all my items at Best Buy with the help of a salesman and was promised Thursday AM between 8-10 AM delivery. I worked second shift that night, and thought "ok perfect I don't start until 1, so worst case scenario if they run a little late, I'll be OK"... come 12:30 no phone call, no nothing from Best Buy. I called the store and was told that they got delayed and it wouldn't be delivered until after dinner. I said I would call and reschedule . I worked the next few days without calling back and the more I thought about it, the more angry I got... I cancelled and wound up during a walk one day stopping in to Kasper. Not only did they offer 12 months interest free financing, they also had better products in my opinion. I wound up spending $150 more per unit, but getting much nicer products for the laundry room, and the install of the dishwasher took about 2 hours longer than they expected due to the poor install a prior owner of the house did on this dishwasher, but no extra charges, no attitude, just great service. Long story short, if you need appliances, check out Kasper, you will not be disappointed. These guys are awesome to deal with, and this time, I mean it, I will not order from anywhere else.
