Great staff! My weed wacker died. It was late in the day. I needed a hand tool to cut down high grass. I did not see what I wanted in the display area. But I knew it was something that TS would have. I found and asked an employee who knew what I was talking about. He dropped what he was doing, looked in the display area for me, he didn't see it either. He then went to the back room asked other employees and found what I needed. THAT'S CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I wish that they carried Stihl brand power equipment. Though Husquvarna is good too. read more

This is the worst Tractor Supply in the chain. They are constantly out of stock on even the most basic farm supplies. I've been there four times in as many months and they didn't have the basic items I was looking for on hand. The staff is always quick to apologize and share in my frustration that stock just doesn't seem to come in. This past weekend I went I went there for a very commonly sized tractor tire and they were out of inventory (yet again). It's ironic that Tractor Supply doesn't have common TRACTOR TIRES on hand. An employee was quick to tell me I could order it from the website and have it in a few days. I ordered it there, while standing at the store, from Amazon even cheaper. This is why brick and mortar are going under. I was willing to pay more to have it today. Don't waste your time going there, they won't have what you need. Buy it on Amazon and save a few bucks. read more

I am usually very happy with Tractor Supply but this time things are different. The staff are rude and not helpful. I ordered a water tank from them online to be delivered to the Hillsborough Store. I kept checking in with them if it came yet - they told me today 12-14-18 that it was not there and there was nothing they could do about it. I called Corporate...Corporate told me the tank arrived on 12-5-18 at the Hillsborough store! wow! Corporate called the store to tell them that the tank was there! wow! read more

I just visited the TSC store location in Hillsborough, NC and spoke with a very rude and unprofessional manager named Angie or Angel in regards to returning a Cub Cadet weed eater and power plus protection I recently purchased. I was told that the I would need to take my bought product back to the store of where I purchased in order to get my refund which was a fabricated lie. I also had to wait in the store for almost thirty minutes just to be denied my refund and treated very poorly. The purchase was on 09/03/16 in Rural Hall, NC. This experience has caused me to make the decision to never shop or purchase anything from this franchise going forward. When hiring Managerial professionals make sure they know how to treat people properly. The manager was so unprofessional she got an attitude with me about not knowing where the store location was of the original purchase as if she had no knowledge of the ability to read. I now would like all my money back for my purchase and for the power plus protection plan as I will not be needed it nor the product that was purchased.
