I explained that I would be having my maintenance tech make the purchase and arrange delivery, that I was just confirming what company had the lowest price to expedite the process so that when he finished the job he was working on he would know where he was going to pick up the materials. I can understand not selling the products to unlicensed amateurs but not being able to quote a price to the person who has to make the decisions about where money is spent I promise you is a huge mistake.

After bringing him home, I found fleas on him again the very same day. I reached out by email to ask how this could have happened and to better understand the treatment process, but I never received a response. We had walked over the hat section and again, I asked questions and he answered without even stuttering. Awesome dood cuz he sure knows his ish, hehee! Jovi was such a help and made a solid recommendation of a beef cheek roll chew which was thick and dense for our boy. We also found some great deals like a cooling vest at half off. There were even some clearance items she recommended as they were trying to clear them due to seasonal changes. Tucker got some good socialization from the visit there and is very pleased with all his goodies. We will be back. It is also a plus to see their reward program.
