I'm really not sure what all of the areas separated by glass are for, and there wasn't anyone around to help. I was looking for something specific for my dog, but never could find an associate walking around in the store. There were no customers at the checkout counter so I was walking up to the girl there and she turned away and walked into the back. I thought that was kind of rude so I waited. But after a couple of minutes I gave up and left the store. I hate that is the only big pet store in town and I guess I will try some of the smaller locally owned ones.

Now unless it was a very talented large dog with hands, I am pretty sure it was human. An older male employee asked if he could help and I told him the problem. He kind of smiled and said he could smell it too. He ended up getting me a sack from the other side but did nothing about the one with urine. We were able to pick several options and she even offered us some "trials" to see if he would eat them before spending the money on the larger bags. The dogs looked fine, so I paid it, but unexpected price increases without prior communication aren't acceptable. Today was worse. I scheduled grooming for three dogs over a week in advance and arranged my work schedule around it. The morning of the appointment, I received a call cancelling all three because a groomer called out. I understand staffing issues happen, but cancelling long-scheduled appointments at the last minute -- with no effort to accommodate, reschedule same-week, or offer any solution it shows a lack of planning and respect for customers' time. Taking time off work and budgeting for a significant service only to have it cancelled hours before leaves customers stuck with very limited options. Between the pricing discrepancy and the day-of cancellation, this business has proven unreliable. I won't be returning and wouldn't recommend scheduling here if you need dependability.
