Michael and his team are amazing and take excellent care of our babies. Our previous dog, Cornbread(RIP) LOVED going from the time he was a young boy to a senior man. They took amazing care of him through the years and maintained his many medications when he started to slow down. He was placed with dogs who were at his speed and I loved getting to watch him on the webcams. We later adopted a new dog, who is very selective of who he likes...they were so patient with getting to know him and introducing him to camp. Now he loves it and pulls us through the door as soon as we arrive. We love that we can trust he's in safe hands and know he's having a blast. I haven't had any issues with any reservations I have made in the past, pet drop-off has been quick and straightforward as long as you have completed all the pre-work online (pet eating schedule, medication, etc). One of the main reasons why I love this place so much is being able book a reservation only a few days prior to that date and therefore not having to worry and plan months in advance to get a spot for boarding like at some other places.

She called and asked why they did that, and the girl she spoke to to confirmed that none of her paperwork said anything about her requesting that additional service, but since the service was performed she owed the money. She called back and spoke to the manager, Cody, and he also confirmed that nowhere in any of her paperwork did it show that she requested this additional service, but since the service was performed, she had to pay. This is mind boggling to me that this business (basically) admitted that THEY made a mistake and that SHE has to pay for it! Shame on you Pet Suites. You don't make the customer pay for YOUR mistake. Check your invoices everyone. Pet Suites is trying to collect more than they're owed.

Dropped both of my pups off for boarding for 5 days and this has been the best experience I've had…read moreat a doggy daycare. To begin with their facility they do an evaluation (FREE!) which entails essentially a free day of daycare as they recommend for them to be dropped off at least for 4 hours. In addition, they are running a promo for 2 additional free days of daycare after the evaluation!!! In regards to the actual care for the dogs, you can absolutely tell the staff love the dogs. Or puppy at other daycare was extremely nervous to play/potty but not here she had SO MUCH FUN (never too much). For boarding, they give you a daily report card that includes so many pictures of the pups! In addition, they actually encourage owners to bring a bed/toy to make them feel more at home which most other places do not. On the last day they even gave both dogs a bath that wasn't requested by it was an incredibly appreciated thing they did. They have a webcam as well but I did not feel the need to check on it since I knew my pups were safe and having so much fun. It really took the worry out of our vacation I can truly not recommend playful pack and their staff more, we will absolutely be coming back!!

At one point, I think it was 5 dogs all under 10-15 lbs each. You have to call for the special pricing, but I found it convenient to book on their website. But again they adjust the pricing after. The owners are super friendly along with the manager that I spoke with in the past, they get booked up quickly though. They can be disorganized especially with extra services - we've had to get credited for doggy baths they didn't get a chance to do. I think they have some time management issues. But for overnight boarding it's a great place, clean facility, dogs are always happy and seem well cared for when we get them.
