    I can't say enough great things about this business. They take such great care of my Gracie, who is 16 years old. All of the staff are professional, caring and always have my pups best interest in mind. I use them 4 days a week for daycare and have also boarded her overnight. Highly recommend!

    We left our baby here the other day when we took a trip to the zoo. (Funny... no pets allowed at the zoo... I guess it's so the tigers won't try to eat them?) Believe me it was hard to leave her here... but the place is spotless, the people are nice, they are meticulous about the shot records and knowing all they need to know to do a good job. She was here for 6 hours and it was only 35$! They spend time playing with your pet... there is grooming available, and training too. They are super nice and I have to say they really seem to care. When we came to get Bella she was well and happy to see us! I think she had a good time. We will definitely use this location again... a super value and a great facility!

    My Bella loves the staff! They take such good care of her and make her feel right at home even when she's away from her parents for a few hours. So grateful for them!

    I attended a Be Like Josh meetup today at PetSuites, and was blown away by the facilities! Large play rooms, outdoor area and a bone shaped splash pool! The staff are super friendly and helpful! I came for the event, but left a customer. I'll be boarding my dog here from now on!

    Where do I start? So back story - my partner and I (plus our fur baby, Kash, of course) have been a customer with PetSuites since March of 2020. We started out using the PetSuites in Houston but then relocated to Round Rock, which we are so very grateful of the convenience in locations. We literally love EVERYTHING about PetSuites. Not to mention, they made Kash feel like so loved and important on his birthday. This location specifically is amazing - we are always greeted upon entering, they make a true effort to remember & get to know each dog/family, we absolutely love the text updates, and Taylor (if you're reading this, you are amazing!) she is just great at her job and a wonderful groomer - she achieved the exact look we wanted. We also love the little card Taylor gave us after the visit with grooming recommendations. Oh, as far as PetSuites in general, we have never taken Kash anywhere else for grooming. It is literally a one-stop shop! The pricing is affordable as well, which we love. Every employee that works the front desk is also amazing, they're all personable, easy-going and very informative. (yes, I have more to say...lol) Lastly, after taking a tour, you can tell they take great pride in keeping this facility clean, up to par and following COVID protocol of course. I've made many of posts on Facebook (and Kash's Instagram) about PetSuites because we love it that much. Thank you Pet Suites RR for always loving our baby, Kash! 5 stars for sure and highly recommend for your fur babies. (PetSuites should get some commercials on TV or something, people need to know how great this place is!)

    First time leaving our little boy Leo and the staff was super reassuring, they sent me photos, sent me updates and quickly would answer my text when I would check in on my Leo! Definitely will bring him back!

    I cannot day enough good things about petsuites! We take our 5 month old pup for puppy preschool so he gets a little extra love while we're at work. The staff here are tremendous. They go above and beyond and are always kind. They know our pup by name and are always so excited when we bring him in! Ollie also goes nuts when he knows he's going to petsuites. We've also boarded our pup twice and he gets baths whenever we ask for one. It's a one stop shop for a happy pup.

I was unable to fly with him over the Christmas break, so I made sure to reserve him a spot to board. In prep, I dropped him off for day camp so I could get a feel for the place and he could get used to the staff and the smells. After the day camps and whenever I checked in during his week stay, I wanted to know how he was doing. He's a puppy, so the way he's socializing and his schedule for feeding and potty times are super important to me. Every time I asked, it was so vague. "He's doing great!", but no one seemed to know anything specific until I really pressed for information. And I heard different information from each staff member. My real issue is here: When we picked him up from a week stay, the owner/groomer met us outside to talk about his health. She claimed to be a vet tech for many years, and was concerned about his weight. She made us feel guilty about his grooming and how skinny he was (again, he's a large breed puppy) and recommended adding tuna to his diet. We felt so awful that we immediately took her advice. DO NOT FEED YOUR DOG TUNA. it's filled with mercury. After less than two cans, my dog now has an infection and constant diarrhea almost two weeks later. He picked up an infection (either from the tuna or the place) and is now on antibiotics. Now, I should have absolutely done my research as a "parent." But to claim to be a medical professional and guilt us into making incredibly unhealthy choices for our puppy, makes me so angry and upset. We won't be going back.

We've boarded our dog there a few times. The last time we boarded our dog there they lost both her harness and her food. I only got it back after calling and following up and insisting that I left plenty of food (I always leave a full bag). They suddenly found both her harness and food. I brushed it off as an honest mistake, but after this visit I'm really unsure. I picked my dog up today and the employees came out and charged me, brought out her dry food, and then brought out my dog. As I was taking her to the other side of the truck the owners' dogs got out of their fence (the owners' house is next door to the pet resort) and ran after us. 3 of them were small dogs but one was a doberman (or something similiar looking) and was growling and snapping at us. I hurried and got my dog in the truck and stood there with her while the employees got the dogs back in the fence. I was obviously upset and wanted to speak with someone about what just happened. As I was waiting for one of the employees to call the owners I noticed a patch of missing fur from my dogs leg. No idea if it happened just then or if it was from earlier in the week but it definitely wasn't like that when I dropped her off. The employee had to call the owners twice. The first time he was asking them to come outside and it sounded like they hung up on him. I insisted I wanted to speak with someone and he called again and said they were coming. I had to ask him to grab my dog's canned food that they had forgotten while we were waiting for the owner. At this point I would have been completely happy with someone seeming like they cared even a little. You would think the OWNER of a pet boarding place would care about animals. She made absolutely no attempt at coming to see me or my dog and check on things. She was obviously very upset that she had to get up and come address a situation. When I told this woman about her dogs running after us she kept claiming they were in the fence. I tried explaining they were only in there because her employees put them back. I mentioned there was a patch of missing fur on my dog's leg and clarified that I don't know if it was from this incident or from earlier in the week and her only response was to ask "is she bleeding?" and follow up with "well there's nothing I can do then". You're the OWNER. There is plenty you can do. A simple apology would be a great start. Mostly I just kept getting her saying "I hope you have the day you deserve" since apparently my day should suck for interrupting her relaxing to speak with a customer. Now that we're home and looking more closely at our dog we see a missing patch of fur on her leg, her ID tag that we made for her is gone off of her collar, she has what looks like some kind of sore in her mouth, and she's scratching at her eyes a lot. We're going to get her checked out by a vet because we are not experts in dog healthcare, but we're concerned about several things we're seeing on her that definitely were not there when we dropped her off. All we can do at this moment is document everything and get a professional opinion. A few things are concerning to us here but honestly most of it would have been assumed to be stress on our dog being away from home if it hadn't been for the way the owner behaved. I am so baffled by the fact that the owner of a pet boarding company seems to not care at all about the pets or the customers for that matter. I'm trying to wrap my head around how someone can get paid to board others' pets and then have so little concern when their own get out and run after a customer and their pet. Who do you want watching your fur babies? Someone that cares deeply for animals or someone that cares deeply for a paycheck? Edit: I disagree with quite a few of the 'facts' that Beverly responded with. I've sent her a message letting her know she's welcome to contact me if she wants to discuss my experience. I'll be happy to update my review afterwards but I'm not going to have a back and forth on the yelp page. For now, my experience with this business is listed above.

At one point, I think it was 5 dogs all under 10-15 lbs each. You have to call for the special pricing, but I found it convenient to book on their website. But again they adjust the pricing after. The owners are super friendly along with the manager that I spoke with in the past, they get booked up quickly though. They can be disorganized especially with extra services - we've had to get credited for doggy baths they didn't get a chance to do. I think they have some time management issues. But for overnight boarding it's a great place, clean facility, dogs are always happy and seem well cared for when we get them.

Have you ever visited some place and someone looks at you with hate in their eye when you know without a doubt that you have done nothing to them? That's the feeling I started getting here. So you come to pick up your cat and there are no cats being boarded except yours, you would expect your cat would have the common area to herself, but she is locked in a cage and see looks stressed out. This is a short medium build hispanic woman maybe in her mid thirties with glasses. I have had good service in the past with this company I would go back if I didn't have to worry about my cat. I am still traveling and still paying thousands of dollar to board my cat and will gladly pay the additional 25 to 30 percent more just to know that my cat is well taken care of.
