Choosing pizzas was nearly impossible because so many sounded good! We wanted to try the Figgy Piggy, Hot Honey Roni, Jimbo's Special, The Moonshiner, and Tipsy Hog, and they were nice enough to let us do half-and-half pizzas so we could try them all. Jimbo's Special and the Tipsy Hog were my two favorites. Jimbo's was especially good--their meatballs are made in-house and were fantastic. They also make their own pizza dough, and the crust was perfectly crispy with great flavor. We somehow saved room for the homemade Blackberry Cheesecake, which was the perfect way to finish the meal. (They had several other homemade desert options as well, like Tiramisu cheesecake and Key Lime pie) One of the things that really impressed us is how much they make from scratch, including many of their sauces and dressings. You can tell they put a lot of care into the food. Just as impressive as the food was the service. The staff was exceptional--extremely courteous, friendly, and incredibly attentive. We felt very well taken care of from beginning to end. Their outdoor area is also going to be a great hangout spot. They're adding a bar and TVs just in time for football season, which should make this an awesome place to gather with friends and family, watch the games, and enjoy some great food. They also have a Sunday brunch menu, so we already have another reason to come back. If you haven't tried La Louise yet, put it on your list.
