During our experience the rest of the staff all stopped by to check on us and see if we need anything. Honestly say I was blown away by the service of the entire staff. Thank you for the experience and we can't wait to come back again.

We've eaten here several times and every pizza we've had has been the best one yet.No pizza is mediocre. The crust is top notch as are the cheese and toppings. ( meatballs are a wow factor) In addition the wings are unforgettable. Tried a brand new wing flavor with spicy peach salsa. Gotta a feeling once customers try these wings that they will be a sellout! I love that this quaint little restaurant is family owned and operated. It's run by the same family that owns the Southern Creamery.

Despite the name, they do have indoor seating, which is where we ate, along with a really nice outdoor area. We started with the wings and tried the Spicy Peach, Jamaican Jerk, and Garlic Parmesan. All three were awesome, but the Spicy Peach wings might honestly be the best wings I've ever had. The flavor was incredible and definitely something I'll be coming back for. Choosing pizzas was nearly impossible because so many sounded good! We wanted to try the Figgy Piggy, Hot Honey Roni, Jimbo's Special, The Moonshiner, and Tipsy Hog, and they were nice enough to let us do half-and-half pizzas so we could try them all. Jimbo's Special and the Tipsy Hog were my two favorites. Jimbo's was especially good--their meatballs are made in-house and were fantastic. They also make their own pizza dough, and the crust was perfectly crispy with great flavor. We somehow saved room for the homemade Blackberry Cheesecake, which was the perfect way to finish the meal. (They had several other homemade desert options as well, like Tiramisu cheesecake and Key Lime pie) One of the things that really impressed us is how much they make from scratch, including many of their sauces and dressings. You can tell they put a lot of care into the food. Just as impressive as the food was the service. The staff was exceptional--extremely courteous, friendly, and incredibly attentive. We felt very well taken care of from beginning to end. Their outdoor area is also going to be a great hangout spot. They're adding a bar and TVs just in time for football season, which should make this an awesome place to gather with friends and family, watch the games, and enjoy some great food. They also have a Sunday brunch menu, so we already have another reason to come back. If you haven't tried La Louise yet, put it on your list. Great pizza, incredible wings, homemade food, outstanding service, and a really cool atmosphere. We'll definitely be back!

Sad to say we're likely done for foreseeable future. In a growing trend, they've had problems with the beverage station. Usually, it's no unsweet tea but we've also seen the fountain drinks out of order too. For the tea, they say their 2nd tea urn "broke." Ok, you're making $2.75 profit off of every $2.95 glass of tea you sell. Buy another urn. Or - as some places do - get a 2-gallon pitcher, boil water, add three 20-cent tea bags & you're good to sell 25 or 30 units at probably $3 each! But the final straw is that they seem to have adjusted the fig-prosciutto pizza recipe, swapping in basil for arugula. And last visit, they put the basil on before cooking so their blazing wood-fired oven nearly incinerated the basil. Then, when wife asked for some arugula, they brought out some wilted scraps for her but then could be seen refilling the arugula bin with a fresh batch. There appear to be only teenagers working when we go - which admittedly is usually a weekend - but maybe the owner should check in now & then as they've now lost a fairly regular customer.

Adam was our server, and he took wonderful care of us! We started with wonderful warm garlic rolls and marinara sauce, then a very nice bottle of Italian red wine. The House and Caesar salads were good ways to prepare for the main courses. I had the Crab and Lobster Ravioli which was spectacular, and my wife had the Tuscan Chicken that was equally as fantastic. The portion sizes were healthy, and we judiciously made sure not to overeat so that we could box up leftovers for tomorrow while allowing ourselves the ability to splurge on desserts. I loved the mini cannoli while my wife was in heaven eating her tiramisu. It was a perfect dinner date, and we will surely be back!
