A car then pulls in the drive thru the male employee took their order and came up to get their item. Then another car comes and he takes their order. I then hear the female employee tell him to go get our order after he finishes with that car. He comes over, takes our order, we pay. He never washes his hand, no gloves at all. He takes a couple of the donuts from an open container that had been sitting on top of donut case and puts in our box as well as a couple from the case. The place was a bit dirty, crumbs on tables, sticky floor in areas, etc. All the kiosks were down, and there was a wait at the one register open. My first choice before the footlong was to ask if they had barbecue beef sandwiches, as it is often a standard item on DQ menus - I didn't see it on the menu - sure enough, this sandwich was also not available. Once I worked out my selections the food I did purchase was well prepared. They appear to have a dining area inside but I used the drive-thru window. The employees were friendly and it wasn't long before I was back on the road.
