It's a Bob Evan's right off a main road. Good parking lot, clean, they all look similar. The service was prompt, and appropriate from start to finish. The temperature and flavors of the food was fine. However, I went there because they advertised an $8.99 Turkey dinner. They had one. However, it would have been far more honest to call it a "Dressing, mashed potato meal with turkey".(see photo) . Turkey isn't an expensive meat. Turkey is the meat of this season and the star of the show most everywhere this time of the year. Except Bob Evan's apparently, where it's an afterthought. Made it a disappointing experience. read more

This is my hometown and I must say this was not the experience I am accustomed to at Bob Evans restaurants. The parking lot had a lot of trash in it and is in need of asphalt repair/maintenance. The entry foyer was strewn with dead leaves and the restaurant flood looked like it hadn't been swept in some time. A visit to the men's room revealed a wet, sticky floor and a toilet tissue dispenser falling off the wall. Not a stellar look guys. On the upside, the food was acceptable and the table service good, although the table was wet from glass condensation from the previous customer. read more

Traveling through 23 and stopped for breakfast. Worst Bob Evans location I've been to; we couldn't even finish our meals. The pancakes tasted like batter in the middle Portions were small & not a spec of seasoning, salt or pepper on any of the food. My bf ordered onions and cheese w his eggs and the onions were straight raw. Don't waste your money. read more

My first Bob Evans. Not a great experience. However our server Michaela was so lovely and helpful, she did a lot to mitigate the experience. My fish sandwich and fries were hot and fresh and yummy. My companion asked for soft scrambled eggs with cheese; soft bacon, and one pancake. She got hard eggs no cheese, really crisp bacon and a half cooked pancake. Michaela took that off the check and brought her something else. The second entree was just fine. The last oddity was my order of onion rings. There were 2 that did not have a hole. Inside the whole center was filled with the dredging flour, battered and fried. I literally poured a pile of flour out of the middle of it. The rest were ok. Michaela did not charge us for those either. We really appreciated Michaela's friendliness and great service. read more

This place is convenient for me to pick up a meal to take home, but I'm not doing that anymore. Twice they have forgot something on the order once a soup and this time a piece of pie. Also the portions have become so small their meals should be called kids meals. See photo, this is a bowl, really an under cooked egg with some potato and gravy I could not find the sausage. They should be ashamed of themselves but the bottom line is more important than keeping customers. read more

My husbands bacon was burnt . The bathrooms were filthy women's had one plugged with toilet paper towels the other hadn't been cleaned for a while. The men's was also filthy no paper towels the urinals were black a stained. Walking in the doors was not an inviting site the doors hadn't when cleaned for a while. Finger prints. All over the windows. If I could give it a minus I would. read more

Had low expectations for a by-hotel eatery while on a work trip 2/24/25. Pretty basic fare slang by uninspired staff. Quality was a tad better than expected, though. To be fair read more

Do not order from here. Doesn't matter if it's called in or online order they will not get it correct and make you wait longer than expected. After the third time in a row of getting it wrong or completely missing the order I'm done. Eating in is fine very slow but overall good quality. read more

I probably have made my last visit to this Bob Evans location. The last two times I have ordered cole slaw, it has not been fresh, mushy and not a good taste. I used to love their cole slaw, but cannot seem to get fresh and crispy. I ordered chicken tenders. Some pieces were a nice size, but there was also a lot of smaller pieces, even just tidbits of chicken. Chicken pieces were cold when I got home. The meal was to be 12 chicken fingers, 2 sides, bread and total was $40. read more

I hate to keep beating this location up but I think they strive to be the worst. Ordered the turkey and stuffing dinner. Food tasted ok, but you gotta get past the train wreck presentation as shown. The turkey was good but there were only three very small slices. I know the food never looks like the pictures but this takes the cake. read more

Took 45 minutes to get our food. Pancakes were raw in the middle, but the bacon was burnt. They offered to remake them and comp that meal. they did remake, but did not comp. when I realized this, I was just so ready to be done and gone, it wasn't worth it to go back. Never came by for drink refills. Hamburger was really good tho. read more

Breakfast was good, but our server was not. This past Saturday morning I took the family out for breakfast. To our surprise there was no wait, but maybe we missed the rush since we arrived around 10:30 am. I had the country fried steak breakfast which was consistent with other Bob Evans. The breading held up under the gravy, the meat wasn't dried out, eggs were fine, and the hash browns were nice and crispy. Everyone else seemed pleased as well. Our server was a nice young lady, but my coffee sat empty for a while. I asked for ketchup since the bottle at our table was empty and it never arrived. I also waited around to be offered a "to go" container since my youngest barely touched his food. I ended up just leaving it behind. read more

Stopped for breakfast on our way to see my stepson get sworn into the Marines. It wasn't crowded, but the service was slow. Our food sat up there for more than 5 min before she brought it to us. My eggs were dried out, had to ask twice for hr sauce. Staff wasn't friendly at all. Very disappointed. read more

Way over priced, service is slow, portions seem smaller hash browns were cold , building was hot like AC not working

stopped in for the Veteran's Day meal, was seated promptly with a smile. The menu offerings were from a selection of breakfast items even though it was for an evening meal, which is fine by me. We both ordered the Classic breakfast. The food arrived cold; scrambled eggs that obviously sat out all day, rubbery cold bacon, and dried-out cold rolls. I understand the meal was free for Veterans, but why be insulting and rude. The cashier was indifferent and did not care. Please do not do any favors for Veterans in the future...I for one will not be a patron at this restaurant again. read more

First time ordering carryout at the location. Had a $100+ order on a Sunday morning. They shorted us on the meat, gave us double the mashed potatoes, and did not include any plates or utensils. Not the standard of service I expected after decades with Bob's. read more

Excellent food. I had the country fried steak with french fries. Food was very hot and fresh. The server was also very polite.

First off I want to start by saying the server was really good she got everything I asked in a timely manner and made good conversation but someone needs to teach them how to make a medium rare burger the first burger I got was well done and the second one I got was well done they told me it's there policy to make burgers well done unless someone asks other wise I understand it's a bob evans but if I have to pay 9$ for a burger I would at least like it to be what I ordered read more

Stopped on a Monday morning, good service, food was fast and hot. Sausage wasn't as good as I remembered in the past.

Had to wait 30 min on a table and half the tables in the restaurant were empty I should have ran then but I was hungry and already waited 30 mins and waited another 40 mins to eat don't go there if your in a hurry read more

SERVICE WAS AWFUL!!!!! NEVER GOING TO THIS ONE EVER AGAIN! Server didn't even pay attention we had to ask several times for things and the hostess looked sloppy!! The whole experience was awful read more

Saturday evening experience....There were about 6-7 tables piled with dirty dishes. About 10 minutes before were were noticed. Server should have been sent home when he showed up for work with the wrinkled clothes. Server came with his shirt dragging across the salad I was suppose to eat. "So you don't want it?" Ordered two 3 course meals, Salad, entree and even the ice cream came at the same time. Server states order was placed all at once and this is the way we do it here. Child's meal only got egg and bacon and never received pancake and hash-browns. Another meal wild fire chicken salad and potato soup with extra bacon. Never got the soup. Salad came with bacon all over it. Asked for more water.....server took glass and never returned. Dishes were never cleared as we finished a course. Called for the manager. He states his good servers only will work the weekdays. ***Red flag- don't eat here on the weekend. Manager ultimately made it right. We took home all the food that never came or was wrong and did not have to pay for the experience. I still won't go back there. read more

Staff is hateful and rude. No one smiles at you, food takes a long time to arrive. A waitress literally tossed my plate at me. Most unfriendly restaurant in the region! read more

The service here is not good. We live close by this place and keep trying to give it another chance but it doesn't get better. I really think the trouble is in the kitchen. The servers can't serve what the cooks don't fix. Unless you have lots of time to waste...drive on. read more
