Vegetable Quiche was excellent

Stayed in the hotel so had breakfast here for convenience but was pleasantly surprised with the food quality. They were serving Hawaiian style dishes and appreciated the creativity from home made spam to kim chi Rueben sandwich. Stopped by the second day for breakfast as we were encourage decided to try the pastry and was also surprised it was better than expected. Vegetable quiche was good and the hazelnut cheesecake. Staff was friendly too.

Loco moco

We stayed here for one night in the hotel and it was great. We came down to have some breakfast and boy was the line long! My breakfast bagel was very delicious. I will say it was very pricey. My husband got the loco moco and was very disappointed because of the price and how much food it was. It also didn't say in the description that there was kimchi on it. If he had known he wouldn't have ordered it. That kind of ruined his breakfast. Coffee was decent as well. The service was nice and friendly.

Walk up to order. Service was friendly and prompt. Ham egg and cheese croissant was good. Cinnamon roll was gooey and yummy. Visiting Seattle so not sure if prices are this high everywhere or not but felt a bit pricey which is why 4 stars.

Located inside W Seattle my husband ordered a few drinks and an appetizer as we were awaiting our dinner to be delivered. He called and the order was brought to the room within less than 15 minutes. Room service has social distancing enforced and are leaving the orders at the door with items sealed for patrons protection (very nice.) He really enjoyed his drinks Rye Tye, and the fancy fries were pretty good as well.

This bagel sandwich is amazing!!

I was in the area during a work conference and found Trace to have a ton of positive reviews. I decided to stop in for breakfast with a coworker, and was pleased to find the reviews to be on point. I loved their breakfast bagel and my coworker raved about the avocado toast. I highly recommend stopping in and checking out the menu.

Excellent options next to the W hotel. Good local coffee from Fonte and a wonderful assortment of bakery items and sandwiches too. And they have Hone Matcha too. Great friendly fella at the register who was efficient in taking my order. Wish I knew about this earlier in our visit

Avo toast, banana bread

Tried 5/7 of their breakfast items. My favorite is the avocado toast. It's a fresh take on a classic breakfast item. The blazing bagel sandwich was extremely messy to eat because all the sauces were dripping. The bagel itself was slightly burnt. The sandwich itself would be good if they put less sauce The breakfast casserole was ok, but very carb filled and not much veggies. It was just cheese, egg, potato, and sausage. There was little spinach and cherry tomatoes given on the side and the menu made it seem like the herbs would be mixed into the casserole which they weren't. They gave some bread on the side, which was slightly burnt. The fuel bowl is good if you are a fan of kimchi. It is packed with nutrients The cinnamon rolls were decent, just your classic cinnamon rolls. I've also tried the banana bread, matcha scone, and croissant. The bakery items were all fine. One downside is they over heat it and borderline burn them when you ask for them warmed up. I think they just run their toaster/oven for slightly too long because all the breads and bakery items came out slightly burnt.

An awesome London Fog with #TeaForte and drip coffee just black!

A great place to grab a bite in downtown Seattle. We were staying at the Hotel Pacific and needed to start our day off right. TRACE hit the spot. My croissants was perfect, and my wife lived her avocado on toast with greens.

Very cool little breakfast spot. The line was fairly long but moved efficiently. The blazing bagel sandwich was amazing and just big enough for two meals. Very friendly and helpful staff as well.

Paid $25 for this? And waited 20 minutes. This is ridiculous!!!

Terrible food and service. Waited 20 minutes for a regular scrambled eggs. Way overpriced.Extremely small portions. Disappointed. Will never come back. Do NOT recommend this place.

I walked in and decided to give them a shot. Try something easy ..I got the wonton soup with egg noodles.. the broth was umami and garlicky, and warmed up my soul. The wontons were nice and tender, flavored with shrimp and pork. It was like a warm hug. Hit the spot! Second, I ordered the crispy spicy fish. It was an extraordinary presentation even my Chef friend was delighted to see the culinary expertise of the Chef. And it was also very reasonably priced. The service was excellent. They were very welcoming. The decor of the restaurant is super upscale. It looks like a fancy club. This would be a great place to bring a first date. He offered great menu suggestions and shared the story behind the restaurant--his brother designed the space, and he built it with the help of friends, which made the experience feel even more special. The menu is Thai-forward with a few standout dishes from other Asian cuisines mixed in thoughtfully. The décor is gorgeous--an elevated, glamorous tribute to the water buffalo that feels bold yet refined. We ordered the Miang Kham, Crying Tiger, and Mango Salad. I always order Miang Kham when I see it since it's such a rare find, and this one was excellent. The Crying Tiger was tasty but came out more well done than the medium-rare we ordered. That said, we still finished it because the dipping sauce was fantastic and the purple-and-white sticky rice was delicious. The Mango Salad was beautifully prepared with shredded mango that had just the right crunch and tartness. Generous portions served. Even during a busy late afternoon, the chef handled guests with ease and a big smile, serving beautifully executed dishes and cocktails. Very impressive. We'll definitely be bringing friends here next time we're in Seattle. Tip: They do true Thai spice levels here--proceed with caution."

Everything was delicious, noodles, bok choy, and the broth was killer. I drained it after I ate everything. Staff was really great and helpful, we had a kid in our party and they had no problem making a spiced up order of their kids noodles. Get the black sesame ice cream, it had a peanut butter flavor and was super creamy and smooth.

Moonraker was one of the rolls we got. I highly recommend it! In addition to that we got an order of the Spicy Tofu... again delicious and made an excellent side with our sushi! I got a hard alcohol I wasn't used to getting. It was fun and it was quite good! It was Shochu which is a distilled beverage and involves sweet potato. If memory serves I got the one with sweet potato and pear. Very different but very good. It had a nice dryness to it. To wrap it all up we got some deep fried mochi ice cream. It held up nicely to being a great finish to a very high quality meal. We are definitely coming back!

I booked a reservation weeks out and we got our party of nine right in for brunch on a Sunday. We just loved the vibe of this place from the moment we arrived. The decor. The ultra friendly staff who greeted us and sat us at our table. And I always love an open kitchen in the dining room. This was the last meal with family before we headed back home to Hawaii later that evening. So the goal was to order as many dishes as possible and share share share. We ordered the Tower of Chengdu Wings, Japanese Zosui, Burmese Laphet Thoke salad, Caribbean Pineapple Cornbread, World Butter Board and Beirut Hummus. Talk about a dance party on your palate. Every dish was so flavorful, thoughtfully prepared and so damn tasty. Broke da mout to be exact. The wings were amazing and packing heat with Thai chilies all over. I avoided the chilies and devoured the chicken. Yum. I loved the Burmese tea salad, cornbread and hummus. The World Butter Board is a must if you're in the mood. They have a great selection of cocktails and beers too. The Kat Chai was refreshing and delicious...and the Rupee Beer Basmati Rice Lager was something I never had before. That was really nice as well with the meal. After we finished our meal we couldn't help but notice all of the different collectibles displayed in the wall. This character with big red hair caught my wife's attention. She was excited to find out they actually made shirts with the character on it...so we also left with some Nue swag. All in all a great Sunday morning for bunch here at this spot. Awesome food, excellent service and a paid lot right next door for convenience. Once seated and the rest of the party arrived the service was quick and courteous. I ordered the "chicken and waffle", friends had the "sunny bunny" and the French tacos. Shared the corn bread. Chicken was super yummy! The sichuan pepper sure was tingly and the generous sprinkle of birdseye chili on top was giving enough heat to make the coffee a little uncomfortable. And no, that's not a bad thing, quite the opposite. Cornbread is almost impossible to cut without turning into a head of crumbles, but the flavor is on point. Note: the "topped with coconut shavings" is an understatement. There's almost as much coconut as corn here. So if you're not a huge fan of coconut you may want to steer clear. The place is hustling and bustling, and there is little space between the tables, but while seated you don't mind; the noise level is ok and your conversations don't carry between tables. Been quite a while since I was here last, and as with every time I do I wonder why I don't come more often... Great place.

Back to my rave: this place is comfy and a great place to just sit in when it's chilly outside. There's a comfy couch near the entrance, many knickknacks strewn around the inside and it's brightly lit to the point where you feel like you're at home instead of a cafe. The owner of the place is very sweet and welcoming, and the pastries shown around the area looked so delicious. For this visit, my friend and I got the Thai green tea latte, key lime tea, egg tart and a slice of tiramisu crepe cake. The egg tart was warm and yummy, and quite big too so it has a mochi-like layer inside it. The tiramisu crepe cake had tons of layers of crepe and cream along with the tiramisu powder sprinkled on top. This was creamy, delightful and calming all around, that's how good this cake was! My key lime tea is a mix of Thai tea and fresh lime juice, and I'm surprised that neither part interfered with each other too much given one is sweet and the other relatively sour. The Thai green tea latte was just as great to drink. This place is so cozy and cute, and the owner gave us great service. Strawberry Snowie Frappe - it's a solid dessert. Very sweet and likely double blended because it's not super icy, rather the liquid collects at the bottom.
