We love this place. We hate the lines but the drinks make the wait worth it. It's always crowded. It's the place to go for the young kids. Right next to the high school is a great location. I've never been on a Tuesday because I refuse to wait in a line that wraps along the building but it's their special day where you get the large for the price of a small. This place never disappoints! The drinks are amazing, the service is awesome, and the staff is very welcoming. Pre-COVID, they always had a drink for guests to dry but due to covid that has been on pause for now. One thing I love about Tpumps is that they allow you to switch out your drink if you dont like it. Ive tried the rose vanilla green tea and the peach green tea which are both very yummy. I've been to this location at least 20 times, but first time checking in. The line can be slow at times and the parking isn't great, but the drinks are definitely worth waiting for. Most of the drink combinations are great. Service is always good and consistent, they give out different free samples all the time! My favorites are the Chocolate Strawberry Vanilla BMT and the Rose Vanilla GMT. I'm a milk tea and boba addict, so I've tried a lot of different places and Tpumps is by far my favorite. Cool little Boba shop. Ut is usually always very busy with long lines. They have lots of options to choose from and the line does move fast.

This place was surprisingly good. I don't find many boba spots that are good overall there's always something wrong either price or taste or staff. But this place was great! First time here and it was a great experience. I tried the option samples they had out and ended up getting it (which I never do because I always stick to the basic milk tea boba) I ordered this new drink called the tangerine strawberry lychee hot tea and added some honey boba to it. I got a large and it was $3.00!!! You can't beat the price anywhere else. I was amazed. And the staff was extremely helpful and patient with me being a newbie I took a little longer than expected. The service was also fast and by fast I mean I was surprised my name was called that fast. Especially since they had a long line out the door kind of a deal. So obsessed!!! I drive here from Riverside to get my tpumps fix LOL they are always so sweet and patient with me when I come. I get the cookie dough, light sweet with black milk tea and it's so amazing. I get it with almond rica and hazelnut too depending on the day! The employees always ask if they can fix your drink for you, and want to make sure it's perfect! The only "bad" thing abt tpumps is that all the locations are so far from me!! Also, their hand sanitizer smells S OO good!! Right now during the pandemic, it's basically kind of a little stand. The inside of the store is closed! I like it this way because waiting inside scares me, and when other boba shops have the store open, but you wait outside feels weird lol. But yes 6 million stars I love this place soooo much. Had that pineapple peach tea the other night after I submitted my review and it was okay. Little too flowery tasting for me, but it didn't render it undrinkable. I went back today, with the intent to try the salted caramel coconut milk tea, but ended up getting two of their sample flavors they had out- blueberry guava - milk tea with extra boba, and a blueberry peach iced tea. Unlike the other night, I got to experience many samples on this visit, one of which included the salted caramel that I was intending to try, so that worked out nicely. All the flavors that I tried were really good, and like an employee mentioned to me, you can't really go wrong with many of the combos here, tbh. Also, it being Tuesday meant free upgrade today! Even more win. I do have to agree with another review which pointed out the boba. I'd also noticed this from my first visit- there's not as much boba as other places put in their drinks. It's not really a deal breaker because it doesn't really take away from the drink much, but also it's an included topping, so you really can't complain if you aren't getting charged for it like at other places. It's why I ended up ordering extra boba today. So yeah, after my second visit here, I'm absolutely sold on this place for sure if I want boba and/or tea. Sprouts is down the way, which is one I visit when I run errands, so this being on an errand route will make visiting convenient! :) read more

This place is good except I ordered a for my family and I asked for 2 drinks to be smoothies. I received those two drinks in liquid form and was confused thinking that I just didn't understand how their menu worked. I suppose I should have asked but it was so busy, my kids were antsy, and why waste and throw away food(in this case drinks) so I just left and took my order. Their pricing was good, their drinks were good, but just simply disappointed in half my order being incorrect. Being from the Bay Area, Tpumps has always been my go to Boba place. But having to move away, the closest Tpumps is now this location near Ontario. I've been to every one of their locations now, but no matter which location Tpumps always make their Boba in the perfect texture. I have yet to find another Boba place that can make the boba as equally as good this place. I love how you can customize everything. To the tea, flavor(s) and sweetness. Depending on the season or your mood, you can mix and match whatever you want. I mean how awesome is that? And yes there can be a big line, especially late afternoons to the early evenings. But hey, I'm willing to wait in line for a good Boba tea. I take it as a good sign. I've never seen a Tpumps without a line out the door. So as long as I see that, I know it's still good. read more

So good! My favorite is vanilla, raspberry & almond roca. Every time I go they've got me double-fisting with samples! Service is great and all the associates I've come across so far have been great! Amazing! Couldn't be any happier with the drinks and service. Im glad I found this place cause the drinks really are tasty! There are several cons I would have to mention about this place and that's probably not enough boba in the drinks. I get that they need to make a profit but the amount of boba I get for the large size is the exact same as I would get for a regular size. I would think by paying more for the large size, I would get a little more boba to balance out the amount of tea. Also, I've been here many times but there were two instances when the manager I think, an older looking guy compared to the other employees, would gave special treatment to certain customers. There was a long line and the manager I thought was gonna take orders for the people In line to speed up the process to move the line faster. However, he only took orders for the people behind me. The people behind me went to there car and drove to the front of the store and the manager personally walked to the car to give them there drinks. I was just a little frustrated that the people behind me got there drinks way before I did despite the fact I was in line before them. This happened twice. Other than that, I would say the quality of the drinks itself is great. The service overall is great with the exception of that two incident. Just a little advice is to put a little more boba in the larger size compared to the regular size. read more
