Came here with some friends on their special Tuesday night or something. I've always got my boba and teas in Rowland despite the crappy drive from Ontario, but it has always been worth it. I've heard of this place in the past, but never bothered going as I rarely get tea/boba anymore. Boy am getting addicted again. I am just a general, milk/thai tea type of person that likes boba. I don't care for any other fruits or add-ons (except for egg pudding), but this place hits the spot. The boba is DEFINITELY on par with Half & Half (which I always considered to have the best tasting boba in the area). Their boba is super sweet and not too chewy, but not too soft. Their milk tea could have used sugar, then again I only ordered "regular" sugar so next time I'll try more. The fact that this place is next to my work (the hospital nearby), makes this place worth it! 5 stars everywhere. This place has it good because there aren't that many good boba shops in the area. Will definitely frequent this place more often in the future. A shame they close at 9:30pm on weekdays though. Would definitely love to stop by on my lunch break in the middle of the night (night shifter at work). read more

I was really excited about my drinks I spent $37 dollars worth and they forgot two of my drinks. They said they are all in the bag and then I left. Coming to find out I was missing two when I got home. I would have went back but I live quite far. read more

It is my first time coming here since I just moved out in this area. I found this on yelp with great reviews so I decided to check out this location for my boba needs. They were passing out sample that was peach, coconut, and almond roca drink. It was actually really good and that's what I end up ordering. The staff are really friendly there. It was pretty busy and I can see why. The drinks are good! I can't wait to try other drinks here. Ever since I tried here, I've been coming here almost everyday. I got to try Peach Rose Green Tea, Salted Caramel Almond Marshmallow Black Milk Tea, Kiwi Lemon Black Tea, and Pineapple Lemon Black Tea. I am still trying to find a green tea drink that I really like. Thanks to the samples they have out everyday, I am starting to find some Black Tea drinks I like too, but I need to make sure they make it extra sweet since when they make the I order doesn't come out as sweet as the sample. I got my older and younger sister hooked on this place whenever they come out to visit me out here. Highly recommended!!! read more

So GROSS!!!! My boyfriend found a fly at the bottom of his drink thinking it was a boba!! Disgusting

Strawberry Peach Mango Green Milk Tea with honey boba is life. Was super excited for Tpumps since we have some locations back in the Bay. Came here at 9pm and there was a huge line out the door. We were worried that we weren't going to make it to the front of the line since it closes at 9:30 but the employee assured us that they cut the line at 9:30. While we waited, we were given free samples which was nice of them. Later the same employee came outside one by one to take orders and he handed our cups and we would just have to pay in the front. That made the line go by a lot quicker. I ordered strawberry, peach, and mango green tea with milk and boba. It tasted so fresh and delicious. I'm highkey sad I didn't get the larger size. $3.50 for 24oz is such a steal and boba is included. There wasn't much boba in my drink but it's worth the price paying tbh. I can't wait to come back here. read more

Tl;dr. My drink was watered down, tasted like sugar and water, and didn't have ice (I didn't request no ice) Their drinks are too sweet, in my opinion. If you order them with less sugar, they're less flavorful...at least in my case when I tried them. Lol if you like sugary milk tea, sugary teas, this is the spot for you. The pumps in TPumps, I would imagine, is literally bc they putting loads of pumps of sugar into yo dranks. I ordered a honey green tea with chia seed (my go-to anywhere is honey green tea with aloe but they didn't offer aloe as a topping). The thing that's different about this place vs other boba places is that when I get something half swret, the tea flavor is still apparent. I ordered my drink less sweet and it tasted like water and honey with a hint of tea lol. Andddd I didn't have any ice (my friend got her drink right after me and it came with ice lol whats up with that?). My drink came out fast and they offer samples of other drinks (someone was passing them out and they had a dispenser at the entrance). Not sure if I will be back. read more

Their menu is a bit overwhelming but offers a lot of different options. If you have time look ahead of time so you can decide what to get. I decided to go with a classic taro with honey boba. The honey boba is amazing, perfect texture and a great sweet but not too sweet flavor. The taro also had a more natural flavor rather than the artificial super sweet version I've had at other places. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. They have tea by the line that you can taste, they had a strawberry lychee tea out that I really liked. They have couches and chairs to sit on along with a counter with seats against the wall. I really enjoyed my visit and look forward to going again and trying new things. read more

Both times I was here, their service was great! It's not often that a boba tea shop serves samples of the teas that they made for the customers to try while they're waiting in line. They also have a self serve station where you can sample a hot or cold tea that they made. What's most unique about them is that you can choose your own flavor (up to 3) and customize your drink however you want. At the back of the store, close to the restroom, they have a fridge for their $2 specials. Those are usually the more typical flavors, or just plain tea. Their drinks are great, and I love everything about it, but I have to give it 4 stars because of the cleanliness of the place. The floor in the ENTIRE store was stick, and it doesn't seem very sanitary/clean to me. Nonetheless, this place is packed with kids waiting to get their boba fix. I'd definitely come back again!! read more

Best boba place ever! We always go and they never disappoint. My sister lives in Pomona and will make the trip to upland just for Tpumps. My other sister lives in Texas && she says that she wishes they had a Tpumps in El Paso. read more

Order the Guava Peach green tea. To me... is very bland, and I have it as regular sweetness, already taste like ice water with a bit of like jasmine tea flavor. If I ordered less sweet, for sure it will taste like ice water. Not recommend the guava peach green tea . read more

Honestly so disappointed. I've always got peach green tea from other places , but this is so watered down . The tea taste is not strong , so is the flavor . It lacks flavor. Maybe try to go to other places than this one. They also don't have any toppings like lychee jelly or any jelly . Not a good variety . read more

Alex and the Tpumps team are still rocking it out and going strong with exceptional customer service and fulfilling mine and my husband's tea drink dreams! We have a long list of our tried and true tea flavor favorites, but a "condensed" version of our favorites that we'd recommend others trying, if in need of inspiration, are: -Honey, Lychee Green Tea -Salted Caramel, Vanilla, Caramel Black Milk Tea -Tangerine, Peach Black Tea -Lychee, Peach Black Tea -Lemon, Honey Black Tea -Kiwi, Mango, Peach Black Milk Tea -Green Apple, Guava, Green Tea (or with their non caffeinated tea) -Blackberry, Raspberry, Blueberry Black Milk Tea -Honeydew, Watermelon Green Milk Tea -Honeydew, Coconut Green Milk Tea -Blueberry, Pomegranate Black Milk Tea -Blueberry, Peach Black Milk Tea Tuesdays are free drink upsizes and they can get pretty busy, so patience is a must. Their honey boba and tea drinks are certainly worth the slight wait, though! Thank you Tpumps for your continued reliability of wonderfully exceptional tea drinks and pleasant customer service. read more

Out of all the boba places I've been to, I can honestly say this is one of my favorite places. My friends took me because I had never been and I was pleasantly surprised. The line was a little bit long but, it went by moderately and the drinks came out with little wait. My drink tasted so good!! Which was made possible by the big menu (bigger than what I'm used to anyway lol). I would definitely recommend this place. It has a chill vibe and good customer service, good place to go with friends or just hang out. P.S I ordered a small, green tea based drink with: guava, watermelon, lychee and extra boba read more

I love boba.. I used to live in the OC and LA where there's tons of boba shops in every town, and I love this place!! I have gone to TPUMPS in SF as well, and I gotta say that this place is great! I love that this place is so customizable, with sweetness and toppings. No sweet is already sweet enough for me! I love that they give samples of combinations you would never try yourself! And that if you don't like your drink- they will adjust it and make you a nee drink! Even if the customer service isn't the friendliest, you know that you can get a new drink if you don't like it, and that's pretty awesome. The only downside is that is that they can get soooo busy- with lines out the door that take an hour total to wait, order, and get your drink. Upland high school is across the street so from 2-5 its an unbearably long line & not enough workers. read more

I have been to sooo many boba place and I love this one! What sets it apart is the service. They have the best service of any boba shop around! I love the way they set up their menu, and tons of options! To all you staff members- great job for being so positive and friendly! Don't forget to tip them y'all! read more

Drinks are great! I like trying new flavors, Love the lavender rose milk tea my favorite

Boba shops all along Route 66 in Upland and I've tried a few, but I think I found my boba spot. Finally. Menu is a bit overwhelming, but once you got how it works, it was easy to order. Check out the store's favorites. Those are good! And if you want, there's drinks already made in a small refrigerator near the back (at a cheaper price too). Drinks we tried out and definitely tasted like it sounded: Coconut salted caramel black milk tea with boba Almond rica raspberry vanilla black milk tea with boba Coconut pineapple green milk tea with litchi Coconut pineapple black tea with litchi Service- good. Drinks came out quickly. There was a steady line while we were there. Stayed about 30 mins. Line was as long as to the door, but not to worry. It goes fast. Recommending the store! Like the options. Tea tasted great too. Glad to have a boba store that's got teas that taste right. read more

my tea tasted like I was drinking a bottle of perfume.... My first time here so I asked the lovely staff member to suggest the best tea drink and she recommended their The rose vanilla lavender tea. I took two sips and almost threw it all up. Heavy heavy perfume taste. I wish I had returned it for something else but I had already drove off before sipping. read more

Love this place. Really good boba at an awesome price. I always order the same thing which is a large salted caramel black milk tea with boba. It literally does taste like salted caramel. I've probably been ordering this same drink since June once every week. The last time we were here though, you could see them make the drink after you order and just watching them put all those ingredients in the drink made me not appreciate the drink anymore because first of all. They put at least 2-4 scopes of that coffee mate powder in the drink, they put the tea, put some water looking syrup in the drink and they put a lot of the syrup pumps on the drink. That's a lot of sweetness if you ask me and it's pretty gross. Next time I'm here. I'll just have someone order for me because yes, watching them make your drink just loses your appetite. I would not recommend drinking drinks from this place more that twice a week as it is bad for your health. Workers here are mostly teenagers as well but they are nice. I always come on a weeknight and lines are always short. I've heard from friends and family that during weekends the line goes all the way outside. read more

This is my go to place for boba! Service is excellent, price is excellent, and the boba is excellent! Lines can be a bit long, and you may need to wait a while outside in the hot Inland Empire heat, but near the front of the line, you get free sample of tea, which is worth it. Sometimes, if the line is crazy long, a server will walk and distribute another type of tea for you to try while you wait. If you expect lots of boba, don't because they give relatively small amounts of boba. However, you are in for the tea experience, rather than a quick boba fix, but it does satisfy my occasional boba fix sufficiently. read more

Super long wait, super disappointing. I should have known when I sampled their drink, gingerbread milk tea? that this place wasn't for me. Maybe it was because it was super late at night and I expected too much from an Inland Empire boba store, or maybe it was a one off/inconsistent kind of night (the boba was super hard). Either way, it was my first and last time t-pumps. I guess I'll have to keep travelling to Rowland Heights for decent drinks. read more

Fist pumps for Tpumps!! Yess!! They really know what they're doing here [ [ s e r v i c e ] ] The second you walk in you're greeted by the staff every time. I love it! They acknowledge me! Not only do they acknowledge me with a "hi!" but they come over with samples too!! That's a way to my heart. Free samples. Yes! And after you order your drinks, they really do want to ensure that you love what you ordered. If not, they're more than happy to adjust it so that you do. I love it! [ [ d r i n k s ] ] --ROSE VANILLA GREEN MILK TEA-- This is my go to! I sampled it the first time I went to a Tpumps and was in love! --MANGO LYCHEE-- Also a great drink!! I've tried a lot of other ones from their samples and honestly, they're all delicious and it just depends on my mood. You can always adjust your sweetness level for your drink too which is always great :D Don't forget to add their honey boba! It's perfectly cooked to the perfect sweetness and texture :D The first topping you add into your drink is complementary anyways, any addition is...extra haha I'll definitely be back! Love the honey boba here! Although they don't give a lot the boba is super good. Always get extra.

Tpumps is another great boba/bubble tea place. Love all the flavor options, including watermelon, pomegranate and cherry which is kind of hard to find and some of my top BOBA places in Rancho Cucamonga dont have. They have $2 teas to go, they offer hot milk teas with BOBA which is unique and hard to find. I had the salted caramel hazelnut milk tea hot with boba and it was delicious. They have lots of sampling going on and friendly service. They will change your order if its too sweet or not quiet right for you. Definitely will return frequently. Great find compliments of my bestie, Traveling Terrier. read more

I was very please with Tpumps and their customer service. The line was very long when I arrived around 10pm on a Friday night, however, the cashier was very nice and helpful. It was my first time here so she was able to give me recommendations of what flavors were most popular. They have many, many options to choose from AND you can combine flavors to your liking. The best part for me, was that on a cold night I was able to get WARM boba drink. I got the hazelnut, almond, Carmel boba drink with warm almond milk as a substitute. The BEST part is their promise to their customers: if we are not pleased with the sweetness of flavor of our drink, they are happy to adjust it for you or give you a new drink. The cashier made sure to mention this after I purchased my drink, which spoke volumes to me. The drink was yummy! I was pleased with their various options and WILL be visiting again. read more

Tpumps - Upland - hazelnut, almond, Carmel warm boba drink with Silk Almond - Bubble Tea Near Me - Upland, California

BOBA: Yes, their tea flavors are delicious and the customization is wonderful but what I think makes this shop one of the best is the actual honey flavor in their honey boba! It's so underrated! Their honey boba isn't just a tapioca ball to chew on - it's also sweet and tasty. I've found this to be consistent at all their locations. I take all my friends who claim they don't like boba to Tpumps because this is an absolute game changer. PUMBO: Minus one star because whenever I order their pumbo (largest size) the milk tea flavor is always watered down. One time I ordered a Blueberry Strawberry Green Milk Tea because it was a display sample but my pumbo was significantly less flavorful. This also always happens whenever I order my go-to drink in pumbo. It's quite disappointing. So now I just stick with getting the regular size and I always get my desired sweetness. SERVICE: Such courteous people! Whenever it's not too busy, the staff will take the time out to have a conversation with me. Whenever it's really busy and the line is starting to exit the door, they'll hand out up to 3 different types of drink samples. This location has great customer service skills. read more

My favorite place for milk tea. They have so many different combinations you can choose from and their boba is soooo good. My go to is the raspberry almond roca vanilla. I hope I got that right. lol They have a few drinks to sample and they're very encouraging when it comes to samples. I know it can get annoying asking for constant samples. Can you really go wrong with Tpumps? No, you really can't. Tpumps is basically a build your own boba place where you can mix a huge variety of flavors together and top with many different toppings. I've been to three Tpumps now and they never disappoint (Pasadena, SF, and Upland). This location has lines out the door as the night progresses so definitely try to go earlier. TPUMP TUESDAYS is a gem and a model that every boba shop should adopt. Every Tuesday you get free size upgrade and toppings? Bringing a giant pumbo size to only 3.50. The tea is always great quality and never has the lingering musky after-taste that some mediocre boba places get by leaving their tea out for too long. Yes the flavorings are artificial but almost every combination taste great and work wonderfully together. They also have great vegan options for milk drinks: nondairy creamer, soy milk, etc. Best part is, there is always a free sample out for you to try while waiting in line! read more

They have so many choices for tea, it's ridiculous (in a good way). There are so many flavor to try that one trip won't allow that. Amazingly, they all taste really good as well, as least the ones they have out for taste test. I however, made the wrong decision and ordered the rose peach tea.. and end up not liking it as much as the one they had out for tasting. Very disappointed in my life making decision but next time, let me get what is popular. Be aware that this is located next to a high school and that night time will have a LONG line forming. It is almost like in and out, where they take your orders while you are waiting in line just to make it go by faster. read more

GET ANOTHER REGISTER!!! This is a great place for tea and I love getting tea from here whenever I'm in town visiting relatives and friends. But I feel it would be a good investment to get another register. Like I have avoided this place when the line is out the door because I know it will be a 20-30 min wait. And even though the tea is great it's not worth that wait. Even though it would be a big investment to buy another register, I think the revenue over a period of time would cover it(since it's a popular location) and it would probably help bring more customers in the long run read more

Best place for tea/boba around Upland. I come here weekly! Tonight I came in and my drink didn't taste right they made it over, right away.
