As my mom and I spent hours to look for new car price in many different Toyota location, we found Toyota in pasadena. This place has the most helpful service in purchasing a new car. I did a trade in. They helped me as everything i need. I got helped by Matt. He walked us through everything step by step. He asked what we need and made everything workable for us. At the end, we were so happy of what we have. Thank you again.

Toyota Pasadena - First Service Experience (5k miles) 1/2 (C- at best) I wanted to share my first service experience at Toyota Pasadena. I purchased my brand new Grand Highlander Hybrid Max about 8 months ago and brought it in for its first 5,000-mile service. Scheduling the appointment through the Toyota app was easy, and I came in hopeful this would be a smooth experience. My appointment was at 9:15 AM, and I arrived early at 9:00 AM. There were three open service lanes, and I pulled into the third lane behind another vehicle. I stayed in my car, assuming someone would come check me in, especially since I saw an employee checking in the vehicle ahead of me. I waited patiently, assuming they were working in order. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case. While I was waiting, four other cars pulled into the first lane after I arrived, and the employee began checking them in simply because they were closer to him. After the third car was checked in ahead of me, I got out of my car and asked another employee what the check-in process was. I mentioned that I had been waiting before those cars. He looked at me, said nothing, and walked away. That was already a poor start. I then approached the employee doing the check-ins. He didn't greet me, didn't smile, didn't acknowledge me as a customer, just said "I'll be right there." Not exactly someone you'd want as the first point of contact for customers. Once I was finally checked in, I was told to go to a numbered office and ask for John. Turns out there are two Johns in the same office, which seems like a small but avoidable management issue. The John who helped me was actually very pleasant, professional, and straight to the point. No complaints about him at all. He said he'd call when the car was ready, and I left. The wait time was about 6 hours for a 5k service, which felt long, but I didn't complain. Pickup itself was quick and uneventful. The real disappointment came when I looked at my car afterward. I had a portable battery station and a refrigerator cooler neatly set up in the back of the vehicle. If I had known they needed access to that area, I would have removed or prepared everything beforehand. Instead, when I got my car back: * All my devices were unplugged * Everything looked like it had just been tossed back in randomly * Nothing was placed back the way it was To make matters worse, they couldn't even put the trunk floor mat back correctly. It was sticking up on one side. If a dealership is performing a multi-point inspection, I would expect basic attention to detail like properly reinstalling a mat. On top of that, they left their numbered roof cone inside my car, on the passenger-side floor. So the car was returned to me in worse condition than I dropped it off. They were also supposed to update software for a recall, but I didn't see any clear confirmation of that in the paperwork, which added to the uncertainty. I want to be clear: I love Toyota as a brand. However, this experience left me with a very poor impression of Toyota Pasadena's service culture, organization, and attention to detail. For comparison, I've consistently had much better experiences at Honda Pasadena when servicing my fiancé's car. This review isn't meant to be dramatic. It's an honest account. There's something off about the hiring, training, or customer-service culture at this location. I'll be posting photos. Overall rating: C- at best.

I haven't purchased a car from this location quite yet. For context, my wife and I are looking to purchase a new vehicle for our soon to be family. Customer Service: If you have read any of my reviews, you will know that I care so deeply about the customer experience. I have been a server at Medieval Times for over six years, I worked in customer relations, and I am currently an account manager at my work. The reason why I am giving dislocation five stars is really because of Tana! She is absolutely wonderful to talk to and does such an amazing job at creating a welcoming atmosphere. Dealerships are intimidating to some degree. Purchasing a car for many families is a big deal because it requires trust and in atmosphere that is welcoming. Tana had both of these qualities! My next car purchase will undoubtedly be at this location because of Tana. Thank you Tana for being the amazing person you are!

If you bring your car for service here, you might as well get the Toyota Service care plan. I opted for the two year and three services plan for $238. That is an average of $79 per service visit. Pretty good deal in today's market if you want a thorough multi-point vehicle inspection each time you bring your car in. Complementary coffee /cappuccino drinks and clean desks if you bring work. Comfy tv area as well

We recently purchased a rare vehicle that a lot of people were after, and Adrian, along with the sales manager, made it happen for us. Timing, communication, and execution were all on point. The part that really impressed me was how smooth everything went, especially considering I wasn't even in the area. I was hundreds of miles away working on another development when I found out they had just received the car. My wife wanted it immediately. I called, and Adrian didn't waste time. He located the vehicle, locked it in, and worked with the team to make sure the deal got done. No confusion, no back and forth, just straight execution. They went above and beyond to make sure the car was secured for us, and that doesn't happen often, especially with something rare that has multiple buyers lined up. The car ended up being even better than we expected, and my wife loves driving it when she's in La Quinta. That's what matters at the end of the day. Appreciate Adrian and the sales manager for handling everything the right way and making it happen when it counted. That's how you build trust and long term customers.

Services: I waited for 2 weeks for a loaner car to be available, so I can get my car fixed while my car was not drivable at one point. My service advisor promised me that my car will be washed and charged when I pick it up. The car was fixed for sure, but it was not washed or charged. I did not get the services that I was promised. Returning my loaner car: when I pulled up to the drop off my loaner car, I was not greet by "good morning/ good afternoon." Instead, I was greeted by "have you filled up the gas tank?" I was not happy with the greeting, so I said, "yes, I even pull more, do I get a refund?" The guy said coldly, "you have to ask them (pointing at the advisors)." They then walked away. He was pretty rude. I am unsure if he was being treated by rude customers, but I was not rude to him and hoping that he can be a bit more polite. Returning the lease: I parked my car at the parking lot, and walked inside the show room. I told a staff that I was returning my lease, and this staff was friendly that he asked me to wait. However, there was an older gentleman sitting at the second desk yelling out loud to the staff who was helping me, "check the charging cable to see if that's missing!" I told the gentleman, "the cable was untouched for 2 years, and brand new. Do I get a paid back for keeping things new?" He said no and walked away. I have 1 star for the staff who help with my lease return. This might be a good choice that I am not getting another car from them because of the poor services. They gave me a sense that they were trying to pick on customers and charge for extra if possible. It was an absolute unpleasant experience. I hope management can address these concerns to keep loyal customers happy.

Now when it comes to car buying or leasing as we grow older we realize these are not fun…read moreexperiences ESPECIALLY when you are getting a vehicle for someone other than yourself. Nothing makes me feel better than seeing the ones you love most drive off in a car they absolute love and are proud of. So very recently it was time to get out of what was probably the biggest financial boo boo of my life. The Mrs's dream car was a Black on Black Supercharged Range Rover legitimately the nicest thing I can say i've ever owned the car holds the highest esteem in almost every way except it's ever depreciating value so somehow the nicest thing will become your least valuable. If you have the finances and absolutely need to be in a Range do yourself a favor and lease a Land Rover never purchase that's my first free lesson of the day. Once we went down the rabbit hole and visited multiple Lexus dealerships (one in Tustin in particular that deserves a not great review but I don't review businesses solely because they hired a bonehead who is in the wrong profession) a couple local GMC dealers the universe somehow lead my Mrs and myself to a listing for a beautiful brand spanking new White Denali that was sitting at Thorson Pasadena Buick. Both the Mrs and I contacted them separately and by no coincidence (because we don't believe in those) we both were blessed and fortunate enough to have been put in touch with Natalee Saillant. She was instantly even through text (at first) so human and so far from the typical car salesperson she didn't waste any time. Gave her our specifics and what we needed then literally within one phone call in less than 20 minutes she was already getting us in the ballpark of where we needed to be putting all the "veteran" car salespeople we seen in person to shame! We spoke on a Friday, met in person on Sunday and then monday we closed the deal. I brought the Mrs and was able to get another video of her with an ear to ear grin driving away in our first 3rd row vehicle as we approach the new year and hopefully a 3rd a child in 2026! The era of the traditional car salesperson is over find yourself a Natalee they do exist, they are probably quietly doing their job in the background while the "veteran" is making you uncomfortable promising you everything but literally giving you nothing. Free lesson two: If you are at a dealership dealing with someone who isn't trying to serve you and work with what you are giving them or repeatedly say things to the effect of "sorry" or "bad news" take it at face value and go find yourself your Natalee. Someone who genuinely wants to get you in that vehicle first because they are as real as you are and secondly because it's their job that even if they haven't realized yet they are very very good at and the "veteran" sales people should take notes or get out of the way. I did say earlier I don't write reviews based solely on one person and this one review is no different everyone I came in contact with at Thorson were top shelf individuals, and the selection of already premodified GMC trucks made me reconsider how much I love the truck I drive got me thinking maybe it's time for an upgrade. Also can't remember his name but the manager that assisted on our sale also a legend and if their service department will prioritize us for service I would literally have no issue driving out to Pasadena from Cypress just to deal with this cast crew vs what I have locally not because they aren't great themselves but more so because my 5 star experience at Thorson. Hope this helps you on your car journey! God Bless you!

After seeing the truck listed on their website, I immediately called on a Friday and spoke with Walter. I explained my situation, my interest level, and my trade in details for my 2018 Ford Raptor. Walter had me complete the appraisal forms and gave me an acceptable offer on the trade in and assured me that he would make the truck available for me to buy on Monday. Because I live more than an hour away and had family commitments over the weekend, I could not come in sooner, and he acknowledged and agreed to hold the vehicle by placing it in service status. Monday morning, we confirmed my arrival time by text. Everything seemed squared away. After driving nearly an hour, I was two minutes away when I received a call from Chris informing me that the truck had just been sold. I still went inside the dealership to speak with the sales manager. Instead of any meaningful explanation or accountability, I got a simple shrug and a reminder that they "do not hold cars," completely ignoring the fact that their team had already agreed to do exactly that. No real apology, no remorse, no ownership, just indifference. Chris and another associate, Jonathan, did offer to try to locate a similar truck at auction and deliver it to my home for inspection, which at the time felt like a decent attempt to make things right. Unfortunately, that promise turned into nothing as well. I never received a follow up call, not a single update, and no apology from anyone at the dealership. I was essentially ghosted after being told they would help correct the situation. I had gone out of my way to prepare my trade in, rearranged my schedule, and drove a long distance based entirely on their word. The lack of communication, broken commitments, and complete disregard for a customer's time was incredibly disappointing. Thankfully, I found the same model Sierra EV at Culver City Chevy, where I was treated with professionalism and respect from start to finish. I would strongly caution anyone considering working with Thornton Pasadena GMC. My experience showed poor communication, poor internal coordination, and a willingness to make commitments they do not honor.

Pasadena Motor Cars - Aston Martin DBS

Pasadena Motor Cars

(135 reviews)

I bought a 2006 Aston Martin V8 Vantage. Having read about the car, upon taking delivery I…read moreimmediately wanted to install a high-performance Velocity AP brand lightweight flywheel, twin plate clutch, and ECU tune - so I called Velocity AP directly - Without hesitation, they recommended Pasadena Motor Cars, one of the only VAP partners within 250 miles of my house. In short, Pasadena Motor Cars WAY exceeded my expectation- they perfectly installed the flywheel, clutch kit, and did the ECU tune (big job). Further, my car had a check engine light problem that the previous owner's mechanics were not able to fix. Pasadena Motor Cars solved this quickly, carefully diagnosing without randomly replacing parts on a trial-and error-basis like other shops. They identified the exact certain non-OEM parts that were causing the problem and replaced them inexpensively. My car also had a shifting problem and Pasadena Motor Cars took a personal interest in researching the problem, and at their own expense, tried different transmission fluids and replacement parts to find the best combination that significantly improved this factory defect on first-year Vantages (early 2006). They replaced the trans fluid and a few linkage parts at a great value, and in the end greatly improved the stick shifting of the car. Also, my rear bumper insert by the license plate was loose, I was worried it would fall off. Based on the design, to get to the loose bolt, you have to take the bumper off! To my surprise, when I got my car back, it was fixed! They did this for me as a courtesy! Another example of their service: My left front headlight was about ¼" recessed- I asked them if they could just raise it. This turned out to be very significant! The previous owner had been emphatic that there was "no body work or paint work", but in the process of them raising the headlamp back to factory position, Pasadena Motor Cars identified that indeed, there had been bodywork on the front quarter panel ... This is why I would 100% recommend that if you are buying a luxury/high-performance car, you should take it to Pasadena Motor Cars for a pre-purchase inspection. I asked Pasadena Motorcars to do a lot of preventative work, including hood struts, install a fuel injector, replace ignition components, and install high-performance air filters. In conclusion, ALL the work they did was exceptional, and a year later, I have not had 1 single problem with the car, nor any dash light come on - since I picked my car up from them, it runs and sounds like a private jet. To top it off, I was very picky that they do not put any greasy treatments on the interior when they gave it a wash after service- when I picked up the car it was immaculate, and my favorite picture of the car is 3 weeks after their wash! As you can tell, I would not hesitate to recommend Pasadena Motor Cars. Give them the time required to do your car right, and you will be very satisfied. I am not affiliated with VAP or Pasadena Motor Cars in any way, just a happy V8 Vantage owner. Thank you Aaron and Owen -Chris W.
